Mismanagement between functional teams especially Kitchen unit. We had a situation with one of the services which went bad. However, front desk took up the responsibility and resolved our case with the refund.

The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and the general staff members except at reception, were polite and helpful.

The experience at the reception was completely terrible. The front desk staff was a bit rude, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative when it came to accommodating standard customer requests. We booked our stay through Booking.com, and we felt an incredibly unwelcoming vibe from the front desk. They seemed visibly annoyed by the fact that we booked through a third-party platform instead of their direct website. To make matters worse, the property has provided misleading information on its Booking.com listing. The description advertised our booking as a bungalow featuring a separate living room and a bedroom. In reality, it was just a simple, standard single room with an attached bath. When we brought this up and argued about the false description, the reception staff completely refused to accept their mistake or offer a solution. While the property is good, the terrible hospitality at the front desk kind of ruined the experience. They seriously need to fix their listing info and train their reception staff on basic customer service.

Just the location and proximity to the beach.

1. The service was absolutely abrupt.. like there was two sachets of tea and no milk creamers, no stirrers. 2. The menu is absolutely vague. Half the things written on the menu is not available. Its written just for the show. 3. The staff are not trained at all. Asked for bar menu, but no one knows where the bar menu is! 4. The breakfast buffet is very very very average!!! 5. The sausages were weird tasting! 6. Their restaurant in house tea was pathetic!!! Dont go by the foreigner’s reviews… they will love anything which is a bit hygienic. They love all kind of indian food. But the indians will not love a basic buffet!!!

The restaurant was closed and a swimming pool was dirty. The bed had bad bugs and toilets had no ventilation

Location was next to the beach. Cottages were neat and good looking. Comfortable stay. Courteous staff. You can rent scooty and cab at the resort.

People jumping in swimming pool with clothes on. Hotel staff didn't object. Room cleaning was delayed to late afternoon. Breakfast was not managed well.

The services they offer were unclear they didn’t clean rooms or give towels unless requested which is fine, but we were not told this would be the case. Similarly service at beach/bar restaurant not great often had to search for staff but food etc was good once ordered.

The Location is Grt, Food Was Tasty still need to change the breakfast menu everyday, I was with my Family & Infant stayed for 4 Nights, Resort was Cozy Comfortable Easy with Beach Access & Green Everywhere.

Only little problem with Service as they r low in staff.

Housekeeping can be better . We reported about the waste thrown off on the balcony roof just as we open the door. The cleaning was not.dpne even after requesting 4 times.

The breakfast was very average, all the 3 days same breakfast was served, nothing different. Taste was also not very average, not good.

Would have preferred a 24 hr room service even if it was limited. However the staff was more than helpful.

Su ubicación y que tenga acceso directo a la playa. Las cabañas son bastante cómodas.

La limpieza era mejorable así como el desayuno. Bastante pobre y poca variedad. En nuestra habitación se suponía que debía haber nevera pero no teníamos y la televisión tampoco funcionaba. La piscina estaba bastante sucia.

В целом, отель нам понравился. Красивая, зеленая территория, пляж 2 минуты ходьбы, хороший интернет, до лежаков на пляже не дотягивает, но на территории отеля работает хорошо, есть свои лежаки на пляже.

За 5 дней нашего проживания у нас ни разу не убирались, не приносили воду, не меняли полотенца; бассейн хоть и теплый, но сильно мутный:( завтраки однообразные и в основном местная кухня; вода в душе еле теплая, при заселении в номере не было холодильника, пришлось просить, чтоб принесли, всего 2 банных полотенца на троих, для ног и рук полотенцев нет.

Жили в 207. Всего два больших полотенца на двоих. Ни для лица ни для рук полотенец не было-это не очень история. Иногда неприятный запах канализации. Ночью были шумы как будто что-то большое лазило и скребло по крыше, но это частный случай наверное…

I really liked the proximity to the beach. It is on the beach. I loved the evenings out watching the sunset. It was such a treat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very humble and kind.

The bathroom had a really strong sewage smell which we complained about but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was poor and tables unclean. Room service was below standard, missing items that we were still charged for.

On the positive side, the breakfasts were good, with a wide selection of Indian dishes served buffet-style. The room was equipped with a fridge, kettle, and glasses, and there was also a terrace with a table, which was nice.

Unfortunately, we would rate our stay at this hotel as average. First of all, cleanliness in the cottage was an issue. Although the bed linen had been washed, it still had visible stains. There was dust in the corners, dirty curtains, and water stains in the bathroom. The cottage definitely needs some refreshing and better maintenance. We were given a cottage close to the restaurant and the pool, which meant early wake-ups. Around 7:30 a.m., the restaurant staff would turn on loud music while preparing breakfast (perhaps to wake up the guests?), which we found very irritating. The hotel is also located close to the beach, and there was loud music from beach clubs playing late into the night. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak. We stayed for four nights and were not offered any room cleaning during that time. Overall, while there were some advantages, several aspects of our stay did not meet our expectations.

Чистый бассейн, хорошие номера, очень чисто на территории, всё зелёное и ухоженное, замечательный пляж, лежаки от отеля, с чистыми полотенцами. Хороший напор в душе, всегда была горячая вода. Рядом огромное количество прекрасных ресторанов. На пляже чисто и даже в сезон не очень много народу, в самом отеле тихо, не слышно никаких вечеринок. Были с маленькими детьми, вариант для семей очень комфортный.

Еда в ресторане отеля ок, ничего особенного и медленное обслуживание, завтраки хорошие, но в основном индийские. В номерах не хватало сетки на дверь или окна, чтобы ночью можно было открыть, без этого душно. Хотя кондиционер работал прекрасно и вентилятор тоже.

I liked the resort very much. Peaceful.Private beach area was clean and neat.

The beach area didnt have any facilities like drinks and food or music as well. We would have loved to have that. Also the breakfast was really okay okay.. first 2 days were almost same set for the breakfast with just one or 2 variations, which was really boring on the third morning. Some better variations for vegetarian breakfast would have been lively with all the ither facilities that were there.

Запах канализации при выключенной вытяжке в санузле . Наличие тараканов и муравьев в номере и санузле . Необходима дезинфекция от насекомых . Съезд с основной дороги и участок от трассы к повороту на отель дискомфортные. Важно для тех кто приезжает на автомобиле или скутере .
