The staff were welcoming and jolly. The property was neat and hygienic. They took care of rainy season so well that there were no insects and flies around.

The private pool villa is ideal for you if you just want to relax and enjoy. The rooms , staff and food was amazing. Loved our stay.

It was indeed a great stay, the resort is super clean and the staff are very kind and friendly, they did a great job to make our stay memorable in Goa. Swimming pool and private pool are distinctly wonderful! Location is very close to the beautiful beach and the nearby town Morjim. I would highly recommend this place.

Good location, comfortable room and very comfortable bed

Could be more clean. There was no extra toilet paper and had to ask for everything each time. The reception would call at 7 in the morning asking us if we wanted tea. This was very intrusive. No one wants to be disturbed so early in the morning. We had to ask them personally to stop calling us.

The staff was welcoming but the amenities were not good.

We had booked a room with the jacuzzi and the same was not as per our expectations. The jacuzzi did not have hot water facility and especially in the winter we used the jacuzzi with cold water. We were told they do not provide hot water for the jacuzzi. And with respect to the breakfast, some of the dishes at the buffet were not sufficient wherein we paid the full amount for room tariff with breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Booking it for our first night in India so wanted somewhere comfortable after a long flight. Had a quick dip in the pool which was nice to cool down in. The room was clean and we slept really well. Ate in the restaurant as we were tired and couldn’t be bothered to go anywhere else. Really enjoyed my Indian pizza with a local Goan beer.

The room was spacious. Pool and gazebo were great. The staff was very courteous. Great location, very near to Ashvem beach and market.

The service was a bit slow. Cocktails seemed watered down.

Fantastic property, lovely staff everyone was so friendly perfect and top notch service! Fell in love with this place! I wish I could extend my stay here! Definitely would visit again very soon

Property is amazing. The staff wont give you any chance of complaint. I was amazed by the surprises they planned for us. It was my wedding anniversary and although I didn't ask for any special treatment they took care of everything. When I reached bed was decorated with flowers and complimentary anniversary cake too. To me it was an great pick.

Everything about the place is just perfect. Kudos to Riya and Tulsi for helping us have a great time.

Good location and attentive staff who were really friendly. We had to stay an extra day as we got poorly and they accommodated us with a room move which didn't mind.

The pool could do with a bit of maintenance, and it was cold. The pool access room we paid extra for was in the shade all day, so we didn't use it. We walked around instead. It's a bit pricey for what it is.

Nice hotel. We had to stay an extra night as we were unwell, and although we had to change room the staff were very accommodating. It is easy to access Morjim beach from the hotel

We chose a pool access room but only used it once as it was always in the shade and had a very small patio area, so we wouldn't pay extra for that type of room if we visited again. The pool was quite cold and would benefit from a makeover, but it did the job.
