Bed was super comfortable, room was cozy but lots of storage and space to organize. Best part was the staff. He even gave me a ride when I left the hotel. Top notch

Amazing views, helpful staff, buffet breakfast, room service was on point, plenty of parking space for bikers, arranged drop-off to the airport, helped with longer luggage storage - the food was tasty as well, the courtyard is beautiful. A truly serene stay. Close to the main street and shops as well.

Het personeel is ongelovelijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze doen heel graag een stap extra om je verblijf zo speciaal mogelijk te maken. Denk hierbij aan het regelen van de permits of het regelen van goede chauffeurs voor de tours. Een (belangrijk) punt om evt. rekening mee te houden is dat het in Ladakh niet vanzelfsprekend is om alcohol te verkopen en schenken. Dat is in dit hotel ook niet verkrijgbaar. Er zijn enkele leuke bars in Leh om een drankje te doen.

Klein minpuntje was dat het een tijdje duurde voor het water uit de douche warm werd.

An excellent hotel with stunning mountain views. The best hotel we stayed at in Ladakh. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, helped us plan our route, and kindly stored our luggage while we were away. Highly recommended. Clean rooms throughout, especially the suite on the top floor.

Stayed 5 nights in late May while acclimatizing to Leh. Genuinely one of the better choices in town.), Direct view of Stok Kangri from the balcony. Clean, warm, properly insulated, reliable heating and hot water. Food was consistently good, kahwa excellent. Hotel keeps oxygen cylinders on hand and a doctor on call — useful peace of mind. Quiet location in Skara, 5 min from town and SNM Hospital. Brown’s Bakery is a 2-minute walk. Special mention for Stanzin at the front desk , he made a logistically complex trip easy. Arranged airport pickup, drivers, the local SIM, handled a mid-trip driver change without drama, sorted permits, and generally took care of every operational detail. Calm, friendly, no upselling. If you stay here, ask for him. Would absolutely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests. The location was excellent, and the overall ambience of the property was peaceful and inviting. Comfortable rooms, beautiful garden, friendly people. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were stuck in Delhi for a few days, and they were communicative and flexible and let us reschedule our stay. Everything was there, and if not they arranged for them.

I liked absolutely everything, staff was very helpful, arranged for me anything I requested and even more. They cleaned my room everyday, including changing the towels, water.. the place is really in nice location, no any noise, comfortable sleep, bed is really comfy as well. I enjoyed the food, almost didn't go out for it as they cooked for me everything in the hotel. Spent one week in Yarab Tso and wish to come back. Thank you guys for my wonderful time.

Since we went to LEH for Ladakh marathon event , the Location to NDS stadium was great (800-900 m, 6-7 minutes walk)

The breakfast was messed up assuming it is a 3 star hotel. They could have done better with the amount they charged for room.

We stayed at Yarab Tso Hotel in Leh, and it was one of the best parts of our entire trip! First of all, the location is absolutely stunning — our family room had large windows with a direct view of the Himalayas. Waking up to that view was a truly magical experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was also a wonderful bonus. The staff deserves special mention — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Whether we needed to rent motorbikes, buy SIM cards, or organize excursions, everything was arranged smoothly right at the hotel. A special thanks to the owner of the hotel — you can really feel how passionate he is about what he does. He puts so much heart and care into running this place, and it shows in every detail — from the thoughtful design to the welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ladakh. It’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and well taken care of.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. They even agreed to keep our luggage for 3 days even after checkout as we were riding to Nubra and Pangong. Room was spacious and clean and had all important amenities. Food was not overly costly and was good.

We stayed twice at this property in the same trip...first was on arrival at leh for 2 days and the second stay was the last 2 days before we left Leh..The staff was very welcoming and warm with great service..Food was homely and they cater to your needs.. Great gesture of hospitality : we had requested for 1 day cancellation in case we returned late from our pangong visit for our sec9nd time sray ...and they agreed to it without hastles.. property was in constant touch with us..and during our second time stay ..they checked on us if we wanted anything special cooked for dinner on our arrival...it was my son's birthday and they arranged a cake for the occasion on request which was great...our stay clashed with the Operation Sindoor stay....the flight got cancelled just on the day we were supposed to fly back home.. we had to leave Leh by road to Manali...they packed food for us to have on the way .. the property was in constant touch to ensure we have reached safe..All these were great gestures of hospitality..would highly recommend this place ..in terms of its location, mountain view, cleanliness, homely tasty food and above all great staff!!

Every morning, we were treated to a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast that really set the tone for the day. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the warm hospitality. Stanzin and his team went above and beyond to help us organize our trips, book taxis, and offered invaluable recommendations and advice that made our time in Leh even more special. An unforgettable experience — we will definitely be coming back!

The best part about property is like Everything. The location is accessible, incredible view from the rooms, staff is super polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the food is yum. Definitely give a shout to Mr. Stanzin, owner of the property. He helped us figure out our itinerary and arranged cabs. Super helpful person. We had an incredible stay and felt like home and stayed at both legs of our whole itinerary. Shoutout to Mr Arun at reception, really supportive and decent guy.

Ambience, location, view from rooms, super polite and supportive staff, delicious food and one place for arranging all your cab and travel needs these guys have good connections. Access to nearest market is just a 100 meters.

The experience was great. The staff were polite and helpful. The property is very close to airport (10-15 min drive) and very convenient.

This was a great choice for our stay in Leh. The room (triple with balcony) was lovely, clean, and the view is magnificent. The breakfasts were really good - in fact all the food was excellent. But the best thing about the Yarab Tso was the staff. The manager, Arjun, hit the perfect mark: he anticipated our needs and helped with everything from a sim card to transport to food and did it all with a friendly smile. We have been travelling for 6 months out of the last 24 and have not met a better, more professional or genuinely friendlier hotel manager.

Yarab Tso is home away from home with all mordern amenities and safety . Being a solo female traveller , I felt safe in their premises and my journey got enhanced by spectacular views . I recommend this hotel to every female travellers .

Helpful staff - always ready to help the guests. Every time we needed a taxi, they could arrange within 5 mins. Once in the night when no taxi could come, the manager himself dropped me at the market. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location and great views. Good breakfast. Highly recommended.

1. Mr arjun and the staff of the hotel are very helpful, polite and very good hosts 2. The hotel has nice rooms which are clean, well furnished and all amenities taken care of 3. The decor of the hotel is tastefully done up. 4. Cleanliness is a big plus as the place is spick and span 5. 5 min drive from the airport and 5 to 10 mins to leh market. Very walkable 6. Wifi and smart tv available in all rooms 7. The view from the rooms is breathtaking

1. The approach to the hotel is little congested and confusing. But then that is all about hills. The pace of construction is outgrowing the infrastructure of the town 2. No lift. Anyone who flies in is required to accilimitise and not exert much initially. The lower rooms have no view and the 2nd floor requires one to climb 2 floors which wasnt an issue with us, but for those who are not accustomed to rarified and less oxygen environment will go breathless. So that definitely is a minus 3. Food prices : EXHORBITANT is the only word. A cup of tea costing around 150 rs or an aloo paratha worth 180 rs and the most of all two slices of bread for 120 Rs or an omlette and bread above 200 rs is outlandish. One might initially think that leh being a far flung area and supplies dependent upon plains is the reason. But walk 200 mtrs into the market and any and everything is as reasonable as in plains. Infact a meal for two in a good eating joint is anywhere between 500 to 700 rs. And in yarab tso we ended up paying almost 4000 rs for one third the amount of food. They seriously need to review their food prices. Save your hunger and pocket for a place like the tibetan kitchen which is hardly a distance or for the lehvenda cafe or leh cafe.

Good property and staff, helpful. Even with the areas of improvement that have been listed below, I'd still give this hotel a good rating because of their service and how much they accommodated us.

Slightly inflexible with service timings, with no room service (even for tea) around 10:30pm, which isn't too late. I'd ask the hotel to do better here. Rooms are a tad bit smaller than the pictures. Limited food options.
