המקום ממוקם רחוק הכביש הסואן ויחד עם זאת עשר דקות הליכה לבזאר. המקום נקי. חדרים מרווחים מאד, גדולים ומאובזרים. הצוות נגיש ומסייע בכל דבר. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. המלון עצמו מרווח ומטופח.

Wonderful hotel. Big, clean room with an outstanding view. Location is quite, 10 minutes walk to the main bazar. The staff was warm and caring and helped us with everything we needed. Overall a great choice in Leh.

המקום נקי ומטופח מאוד. הצוות מקסים ויוצא מגידרו לעזור ולסייע. הליווי בימי ההתאקלמות יוצא מין הכלל. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת ועשירה. יצא לנו גם לאכול ארוחת צהריים ביום ההתאקלמות והאוכל היה טעים מאוד. מרחק הליכה מהמרכז ובמיקום שקט עם נוף משגע. מומלץ בחום!

It is a nice rather a new place. Very clean. maintains well. Although 15-17 rooms are there they maintain it as a 5 star hotel. One kid in our group has developed high altitude sickness as Leh located 3500 m above sea level. Staff provided us breath supplement oxygen free of charge. Mr Ravi in front desk is very friendly and kind.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liegt zentrumsnah und ist trotzdem sehr leise. Ich hatte die Höhenkrankheit und die Mitarbeitenden haben mich bis in Krankenhaus begleitet und waren vorher und hinterher unglaublich nett und freundlich!! Dankeschön 🙏

The room was very clean and comfortable and the traditional welcome was so warm. The hospitality shown by the staff members, led by Ravi, was just great. They really took care of us, specially helped us with acclimatization on the first few days. The breakfast and a la carte food was simply amazing. They even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight. Will definitely stay there again of we come back to Leh!

The room was great...big and clean with a good shower and huge balcony. The staff were excellent and willing to please. Special mention to Ravi who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

It was little far from the main bazaar but only a 10 min walk.

Everything. The staff and the owner went beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for us! The rooms are spacious with lovely balconies, are extremely neat, clean and hygienic. You value the sunny and well lit rooms so much more while being in Ladakh. The bath and bed linen is nice. They also provided us with a heater on request.

The staff were really helpful, organised an ILR permit & arranged a taxi to the start of the Markha Valley trek. Food was decent. It’s a short walk to the main drag.

The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location, easy to get around, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The views from the room were beautiful, and the bedrooms were large, clean, and very comfortable.

The bed was a little on the hard side — but that’s the only thing I could fault.

We were warmy welcomed with khatag for good luck and freshly brewed Kehwa! Welcome was genuine and did not feel typical hotel forced to do welcome. Immediately our tiredness went away after driving all the way from Darcha. The room was spacious but then we were upgraded to suite with an amazing balcony and the breathtaking view! The room service was prompt and breakfast had couple of options but it was not a buffet at our time. But we could order whatever we wanted from the menu which was included. We did not have pay anything extra. The property is 800m from the main market but that ensures you have a good sleep without any street noise. I would love to stay here again. Also they have a lovely garden!

Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

I stayed here four nights and found the staff (especially Banan, the manager) to very service oriented. See my prior review—facilities, staff, location and food are all excellent.

Perfect location and very modern hotel just .4 mile from Main Bazaar. Naman, the manager, is amazing in his service-orientation and attention to detail. His entire staff shows the same high quality. Room is very large, bathroom is totally updated, there is 24x7 hot water, power, and strong wifi. My balcony has spectacular view and an outside sitting area. Food/service are superb-they have buffets but I always ordered off menu—totally satisfied. There is a small courtyard with tables/umbrellas on ground level.

The location is close to the main market of Leh. One can just walk up. The family room is perfect for family of four.

No fan in rooms however option of standing fan to be placed. Summer in leh now require fans.

The supervisor/reception staff is very friendly and helpful. He made all effort to print and scan documet including how to use an App to scan. The hotel has a small nice front garden- neat and clean. Various potted plants were placed along the stairs, and corridor. The hotel interior corridor, staircase are spacious. The hotel prepared packed breakfast for those who cannot do the regular breakfast. Laundry cost was cheap. My room was upgraded to one with balcony at no extra. Good room facilities at most attractive room rate, compared to the other 3 hotels I stayed in Leh and Nubra Valley, which make the hotel excellent value.

Should inform new guest arriving that if hot water is needed in the room, to call front desk who can then switch on the hot water to the room very quickly. I think the hotel has installed a hot water on demand system as part of saving energy - a commendable effort. When I asked to switch on hot water for my shower, the hot water was available within few minutes. There is no lift, but hotel staff would help to take luggage upstair.

We had 2 reservations at this place. We kept some of our luggage here as we had to come back again the day before our flight. We had early check-out and they arranged for packed hot breakfast for us. Naman and staff were very friendly and took care of all our requests while we were at the property.

The family room is spacious and the property is walking distance from Leh Market. Staff os polite and helpful.

Approach road is but narrow for SUVs but the same is true for most of the locations.

Location is superb and the food being served was very good. Hotel met & exceeded our expectation. The staff comprising Naman & team went out their way to help us to acclimatise us to the low oxygen levels, since we were coming from Delhi. Stay was very good & enjoyed every minute.

Nice hotel with ectremely nice and helpful staff. The staff is the main point of this hotel. Very helpful and they show respect that you will not get in Europe. You will not even get 10 percent of the service and kindness in Europe, especially not in Scandinavia. My best recommendations for this hotel, and by tje way, you will get very nice breakfast.

The on site manager, Naman, was incredibly helpful. We had altitude sickness and took care of us. Felt like a local homey place.

Dogs bark on and off late at night. They gave us standing fans. Ceiling fans would have been nice.

Location is walking distance from main market yet very silent n peaceful. Service is really good, they go beyond their boundaries to full fill the requirements. Overall very very satisfied with the property

The room was large and airy with a balcony that had reasonable view of the mountains. It was very quiet and the garden area was very pleasant with flowers and tables/chairs and umbrellas. The internet was excellent, the breakfast great and the staff were very helpful. It is also close to a couple of shortcuts to a supermarket and to the Main Market.

Traditional hotel with 5 star facilities & service...

Clean Room & good service

Superb Staff and their hospitality to make us feel at home all the time with their excellent and smiling services and who also went out of the way to all our needs and more. B'fast and food at the restaurant with good room service. Location was 20 out of 10, it was tucked away and was close to important sites. We got a room with balcony and a view of the mountains surrounding Leh. Must comment the staff as they run around a lot up and down the stairs relentlessly even though there is no lift service.

No Lift so is tiring at times when you go out and come back and with the altitude and low oxygen, it does matter. TV was outdated and we couldn't use our account for any OTT platform. Only on the last day did they provide Cable network. Wifi connection was questionable

The beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is only a couple of years old. The WiFi was fast and reliable. Fantastic helpful staff especially Naman on the front desk and the Chef. The owner kindly arranged a taxi to pick us from the airport and was available throughout our stay if we needed any help. Great location with the main market a short 10 minute walk. Delicious breakfast and room service provided by the talented Chef and his team. Really going to miss the masala omelettes for breakfast.
