Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Elevator was not in good working order. Members of my family got stuck in it when doors refused to open. There was no phone in the elevator to call for assistance so they were pounding and yelling for help. Someone heard them and staff was able to get them out. Two senior citizens and a disabled adult who were then forced to climb stairs to and from the 3rd floor with baggage.

The staff told me I could pay late but then suddenly showed up to kick me out. I had a service dog with me that was approved to be there the previous day but then they accused me of sneaking him in and accused him of not being a service dog because he was whining during a verbal altercation i was having with the owner. I was given 15 minutes to leave or threatened with police. They claimed I did not have permission to be there even though I had asked the front desk worker myself if I could pay late and she said it was okay.

When I checked in my room it smelled old. Every time I used the bathroom, I had to take the top off of the tank to and mess with the plastic thing inside just to flush 😒 then the toilet stopped up 🤨by that time I asked to be changed to another room, got in that room just to find ants crawling all in the bed and in between the sheets. Worse experience I ever had at a hotel.

Where do I even start..one of the worst places we have stayed in the last 10 years of traveling. When you drive up, there are small trash cans from the rooms laying in the front lawn. That should have been a sign. Walk in the front door and towels laying on the floor for no apparent reason. Clerk who checked us in seemed agitated and upset that we arrived at 1:53pm for a 2:00pm check in. Initially gave us one room even though we booked two. As soon as we opened the door to the first room, the smell of wet stinky dog was overwhelming. She was reluctant to give us another room because she said she checked our room personally. The second room wasnt much better. Even though the hotel is non smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke was ingrained into everything in the room. We went to the store just to buy disinfectant and air freshener so we could breathe. The state of the rooms and overall facility was horrible. Unless you are in need of a place to conduct some shady business, stay far away. Oh and we were required to leave a deposit for both rooms and when we checked out, it took a while for the 1 clerk to go check the rooms personally before returning the deposit.

Partying loud ppl yelling, fighting a day windows being broken out in the rooms. Microwave didnt work and they didnt care. Card didnt work everyday had to be redone to get into our room. Glass all over the parkinglot

The location was pretty accommodating. The other guests were pleasant. The convenience of everything being much less than a 15 min drive down the road. Or within walking distance..

The staff. They were RUDE. They were LAZY. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL. They were MISLEADING. One of them even told me to "SHUT UP" while I was trying to resolve an issue we had with our deposit. Which was initially THEIR FAULT btw.

Customer service wasn't helpful and stayed on her earbuds the whole time talking on her phone and not helping customers. It took over a hour to check in

Staff was rude, booking online does not cover mandatory security deposit , which is overly expensive, check in was at 2 room was not ready till 3:30 check out was at 11 am but staff wanted us out at 10: 30 overall too expensive for quality of service you receive from staff 3/10

The first two rooms they had for me absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. The hotel is peppered with unhoused people outside. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet. The bed was comfortable.

I feel like the breakfast could use a little improvement. But overall, the value and location are well worth the basic breakfast ;)

I thought it was sketchy, but I was just visiting family, and my room was very comfortable. The employees were nice. The homeless people were always in the parking lot.

Everything was rusted, there was screws coming out of the bathtub and towel rack, I assume they installed themselves. The shower head had a leak so it was coming from two different places when you turned it on. Our bed had a massive indention in it making it impossible to sleep. They DO NOT have a hot tub as they say they do, they are referring to a bath tub with jets that’s not even in every room. There were what I’m assuming were syringe caps stuffed down the sink. We were out on the third floor with no working elevator. No compensation was refunded for all this nor were we offered a different room. Would not stay again.

Shay was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was paltry but available.

The halls were either extremely cold or hot and smelled of mildew. The rooms are dated. The bed was falling down and I woke up in pain each of my 5 mornings there. The last evening I stayed there, the criminal element was exceptionally high. Some man robbed a bank and then came here to hide out. Cleaning is basic. No edges. Dirty foodstuff left in my room. They charged me a $150 deposit for a service animal. Front desk staff was lovely aside from the mid shift gentleman. The owner could really spruce up the place.

We love the spa suite. It's a nice place for a stay cation!! And the price is unbeatable for another room in town with a hot tub in the room.

The room is a little on smaller side and the bed could be more up to date but all in all it's a great value

This hotel looks decent upon entry. No complaints about staff. Just be warned...The floor of my bathtub had terrible, scary yellow stains and a huge crack that was covered with a bath mat that seemed to be glued down. I have no idea where all of that water is going, but it can't be good! Im.a small person and could feel.the bathtub giving in when I stood regularly. Yes. Hazardous. Huge hole in the shower curtain, as well. The breakfast wasn't as expected. Cereal, bagels,.slices of bread. The Apple juice was acidic, burned going down-I hate I took such a huge gulp smh you want chest hairs? Drink a full cup! I will not stay again. I do not recommend. Its slum

I liked that I survived the night.

The bed literally leaned so hard to one side that my partner barely got any sleep due to almost rolling off the bed constantly and the mattress was totally wore out and hard of wear and tare. Ac barely worked so it was warm. Shower was a joke no water pressure curtain didn't even fit. Couldn't walk outside at night bc we felt like we would be robbed at any moment and was actually approached by a very shady person trying to bum money. Absolutely terrible place I will not be back and warn anyone who would listen to stay away from such a terrible place despite the value pricing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, outside of some initial crickets in my first queen bed room there were no bugs.... The queen beds were very uncomfortable definitely can use some upgrades... But for a budget friendly hotel I was pleased

The hotel was quiet. The staff let us check in early. But the condition of the build was not good. I don’t know how it achieved an 8 rating. Stains on the bedding. Mold in the bathroom. Cracks in the molding.

Toilet didn’t flush everything down. When I called front desk got no help they just said maybe it needs plunged but never came to do it. The bedding had stains and burns in them.

No security at property. Our vehicle was broken into. Also lack of caring once the front desk was notified. There is a high presence of homeless in this area, and no security.

While the lobby restroom was only a few steps away from a bio hazard, the rest of the open areas and the actual room was clean. No bad odors or visible accumulated dirt/trash. For the price, this place is a gem. comfortable beds and quiet. I have stayed multiple times and have no issues with staying again (senior female travelling solo). I mourn the absence of the waffle machine which was removed because people refused to read the instructions and it created too many problems. This visit, I noticed the yogurt was also gone. Breakfast is shrinking, but that is not enough to make me spend $25/night more at another hotel. As long as the door locks, the room is clean and the location is quiet, all is good - I only use the room to sleep. A bit of maintenance is needed to fix cosmetic things in the rooms - do so before they become chronic and a reason for folks to not take care of their rooms when they stay. Family run , pleasant staff. good place to overnight.

Property was good, but seemed a little ‘hot’ outside, though never had an issue with anyone- just saw people loitering. Lots of broken bottles in the parking lot. Inside the hotel was very clean. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was pretty weak, no hot foods but the OJ was good.

Very convenient location if you are needing to be close to the hospital and on a budget.

The staff was amazing on the service was excellent
