Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown - Bricktown by IHG

I loved how close they were to everything in Bricktown . I was able to walk around to all the restaurants and night life!

I did not care for the parking lot, but it served its purpose

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, room very clean. Overall a great stay.

Habitació gran i neta. Piscina interior molt agradable.

Nothing. Didn’t stay.

Receptionist called 5 minutes prior to us arriving to confirm the 3 rooms I had booked for my party of 12, once we arrived they told us the rooms booked out and only had 2 rooms available. Could’ve been more professional and let us know over the phone there were not enough rooms before us getting there.

I love that hotel...they treat you like you're somebody special

No problems in that area

Cleaning staff only serviced our room twice and only partially. Bed was not made, and the bathroom not cleaned, fresh towels and coffee had to be retrieved at the front desk.

Simple breakfast

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage in Bricktown

Great room, lovely big bathroom. Toiletries were lovely

Charge for checking in early even though we were IHG members

Very excellent hotel perfectly comfortable and fantastic breakfast and amazing staff

Very clean, comfortable, roomy...

Internet policy is terrible.. I could not use Apple TV.or VPN. We were subjected to cable selections and schedules. Pathetic in this day and age. You should do better. We travel a lot. Have never had this issue before.

Location and cleanliness

Everything!!

Wish there was cold water available thru out the stay.

Great location. Clean room. courteous staff. Comfortable bed.

The room was unusually dark.

Great location, clean

Breakfast could have been better.

Location, staff, bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice

Na

Gentilezza staff, servizio lavanderia, colazione buona, letti comodi.

Good location. Room was comfortable and I liked that there was housecleaning everyday. Breakfast was good, pretty standard.

Ice machine not working.

Great

Alll was good

The greeting we received when we arrived

Nothing

The location was convenient. Breakfast was great. One staff member on check in was awful but the night staff person was amazing!

I paid extra for two queen beds and was given a king bed and small pull out couch. The bathroom door was broken and you could not shut it all the way. It was an expensive hotel then I had to pay extra to park my car.

Close to Paycom

Nothing

Staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and requests. Clean and comfortable room.

There was nothing that didn't exceed expectations

Very nice hotel right in the heart of the entertainment district known as The Brick. Short walking distance to most everything. Nice breakfast included.

No complaints

Great area and walking distance to a lot of activities. Plan on going back when warmer so enjoy other activities such as boat ride, museums, and baseball games! Great food and entertainment! Clean facilities and very helpful staff!

Area was clean, coffee hot, food was fine

I like that the hotel is in downtown and near restaurants.

N/A

It was in a great spot.

It was pay to park when you’re already getting a room. I could hear water running in the walls most the night.

The WIFI was trash. The room I got was NOT worth $261. The TV wouldnt work.

Good breakfast, good location, helpful and friendly staff.

Outdoor parking.

It was down town close to everything

More coffee in room

Clean quiet good location Smaller size easy to move about to various hotel activities

Warmer breakfast

Great breakfast

Price is high

Super location right by Bricktown. Staff was very cordial and helpful, clean comfortable room, parking was convenient.

That the wall are very thin could hear other guests talking. Just talking not loud but just carrying on a conversation.

Location. Location. Location.

It was clean and great location

Everything

Nothing

Short walk

No hot water

The bed was very uncomfortable. They charged a room deposit for each day that wasn't disclosed in the original booking. The walls were quite thin. After the first night I had neighbors that were quite loud both night and early morning.

Great location

Na

The location was super convenient for us.

Not enough lighting in the room.

Good location

Room still had other people’s trash in it

Todo

La colazione ottima e abbondante, la posizione buona

Large rooms. Comfy bed and pillows.

Paid parking. A hand held shower would’ve been very nice.

Frühstück

Location

Water wasn’t hot.

Breakfast

Rather not say

This is my second time to this property. It is clean and nice. The location is super fun.

It has nothing to do with the property, but I did not like having to pay for the parking in the back parking lot that most hotels offer as part of your stay.

It’s was bright and excellent location and most importantly clean

I didn’t care for the air conditioning it wasn’t cold enough for us

beds , soft pillows

breakfast: smelled and tasted bad, stains on the floors/frames, fire pit would not turn on unless we had our own lighter- staff said this, the tv had a few channels and was dated Dec 31, broken sink / tub fixtures and very low water pressure. The drawers on the dresser stayed open which tell me there is a structual issue.

It’s a great location and comfortable hotel the only bad thing is that they passed my credit card for a deposit and they said at checkout they would return it to me and that never happened
