The way the noise was heard all night long from the people above and beside us. The hardwood floors made the noise very easy to hear with stomping feet. We tried to get hot water / coffee at about 10:00 PM and all but the decaf was empty and the staff was sitting and talking.

We were very impressed and thought it a smart move to have all tile in the rooms especially when catering to pet friendly guests. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, thank you for all that you have given in your days of hard work!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Did not eat the breakfast but we were made aware of it when we checked in. You might want to think about adding a small cafeteria to your hotel so your guest would have options other than the fast food and restaurants in the area I found their food not tasty at all.
Some of the other guests were in and out of their rooms through out the night but the hotel could not do anything about that as people are free to come and go as they please.

Servicing the room with a resupply of paper products required us asking for them. They didn't make up the room. The breakfast I would rate negative stars if I could. Pancake machine didn't work. The sausage was very bad, and the cheese omelets were equally bad. The yogurt dispenser wasn't working properly. And actually guests should be offered individually packaged refrigerated yogurt. I think the current system is not food safe.

That I couldn't get an early check-in. Check ins should be earlier than 3pm. Your paying for that day and you can't check in til half the day is complete. Then you shouldn't get charged full price of the room, maybe partial cause I'd like to enjoy my entire day when I get hotels rooms, not just a few hours.

However, we did not like the fact that the air conditioning system was the type that cuts on and off all night long. Every time it cut off it would wake us. Wish there would have been a fan only setting.

Entrance level carpet was dirty , needs to be changed maybe to a flooring that can be washed , turned me off right away . Cleaning crew hanging out behind the desk folding towels , I felt like I was in there laundry room 🫤. With there snacks around them . I almost left . We were tired so we stayed.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Convenient. Staff lovely and helpful..near to lots of fast food and restaurants and many shops. Had hot food on offer for breakfast. It was a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Husband said the bed was the comfiest he has slept in so far. We are from the UK on a 3 week road trip and have slept in many different hotels so far. What carpet there was, is short so we could push the suitcases rather than pulling them.
Bit nit picking ..but tv didn't have many channels, however the guide worked so could find something to watch.
