Reviewed Sep 3, 2026お風呂が広くて、洗い場や鏡、ドライヤーが多かった。チェックアウトしてから、ロッカーに荷物を無料で預けられるサービスが良かった。
入り口が狭い。靴を履き替える途中、ドアが邪魔になる程、狭い。 連泊をしたが、コップなどが綺麗な物に交換されていなくて、驚いた。

障害者が同乗していたため、障害者用駐車場を使わせてもらいたいと言ったのですが、対応したスタッフが外人でさっぱり話が通じず非常に腹立たしい対応でした。 次はないな！と思える対応でした。 料金の割には？と思いました。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026一番安い部屋で文句はいえませんが 部屋が狭過ぎて スーツケースがひろげるのもできないくらい 足のふみ場も無いくらいでした こんな狹い部屋は初めての経験でした ツインにしたら良かったと反省しています 三泊しましたがベッドメーキングができてなかったです 湯呑やコップはは交換されないのが普通ですか それ以外はは完璧で大満足ですが少しがっかりでした

You need to use stairs to go to floor with onsen. Therefore, my elderly parents were unable to partake in using this facility which was one reason why we booked this place. I did not see any elevator access, nor did I ask.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Fantastic modern hotel a few minutes walk from the train station. Great facilities on level 2, has coin operated laundry on site and an awesome shuttle bus service to the major attractions. A supermarket is location around the corner, 1 min walk from hotel.
Breakfast layout was a bit chaotic.

Hele kleine kamer, wel super efficiënt ingericht. Maar het was wel klein, ook voor Japanse begrippen.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut, man ist innert ca. 3-4min vom Bahnhof Hakodate im Hotel. Zudem gibt es einen Shuttleservice zu den gängigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen der Stadt.
Wir sind aufgrund unserer Zugbverbindung vor der Check-in Zeit eingetroffen. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist eher ein bisschen klein, wenn einige Gäste auf einmal eintreffen. Damit man als Gast nach Abgabe des Gepäcks auch mal kurz durchschnaufen könnte, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir im 2. Stock in den grossen und sehr schönen Aufenthaltsraum des Hotels hätten gehen können.

Reviewed May 19, 2026역앞에 호텔이어서 위치도 좋았고, 무엇보다 조식이 정말 예술이었습니다. 호텔조식을 든든히 먹으면 점심을 굳이 먹지 않아도 될 정도로 양과 내용 면에서 모두 훌륭했습니다. 특히 오징어 순대는 적극 추천합니다~!
조식 뷔폐가 강점인 걸 호텔도 잘 아는듯 퀼리티 유지를 위해 비용이 다소 비싸게 느껴졌습니다. (하지만 아깝지는 않았습니다)

Reviewed May 3, 2026The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient. You can also enjoy a sea view. The hotel feels very new and smells fresh. The room is extremely clean. The ice machine is a nice touch — it also works as a water dispenser, offering three options: ice only, water only, or a mix of water and ice. The common area on the second floor is spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, including an outdoor zone where you can relax. The onsen is excellent. There are several hot baths, a cold bath, and a sauna. The mineral water leaves you feeling very refreshed, and there are plenty of washing stations available, so it never feels crowded.
We booked a 21 sqm room, but the layout seems not very well designed, which makes the space feel smaller and there’s no proper space for large luggage.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026This resort was super awesome! The 2nd floor had an amazing atmosphere with a cafe. So many areas to sit as well as an outdoor terrace. The onsen was great after a long day of exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at on my trips to Japan! I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
