Behaviour of staff are very good

The location & clean property

Location was very close to airport and also close to many good eateries. It was situated on a four lane highway and the locality was clean and safe. Vehicles were available round the clock. The main city was within half an hour drive. The room was spacious and well maintained. Apart from a large and comfy king bed, it also had a large couch and a table and chair for work. Air conditioning was central with in-room control, soundless and very effective. Toilet was clean with a set of toiletries and a number of different towels. Hot water was good and the water pressure was excellent. Check in and check out was fast. Staff at the front desk were helpful. In room dining was fast service. Breakfast was of large spread and sumptuous and tasty. Good parking space was available.

Nothing significant. Only the lobby was smaller unlike a five star.

Shikha, Karuna & Vivek were very welcoming. Overall a great stay

There was some very disturbing sound of some doors opening or something else very frequently in the night between 2 to 4.30 or 5 am Very disturbing sounds and sleepless night.

Booking.com wasn't good It showed me the price of booking at 4570/- excluding tax with 2 adults and I booked it with 1 adult and a kid aging 14 years still they charge me at the hotel for an extra person Totally disappointed And they even mailed me parking charges after I booked the hotel When I was booking...breakfast including icon was on which meant including but I had to pay extra for buffet breakfast No transparency at all

Location and size of room.

Over checking at security, even o am going to my car, o need to get checked again. The manager at breakfast time was really bad. I ordered dosa and after 20 mins they came and said that the live counter is closed. The experience for buffet breakfast was really pathetic.

Its vicinity to the airport & next to local city train Property is new construction, ample of parking space

Luggage delivery to Room almost 30 minutes. At Check out "No one turned up to collect luggae , has to walk with 5 bags down from 3rd floor to Ground" Dining Menu took 40 minutes to be sent to room and albi was "it is not my job ask front desk" Parking arrangements " Mess" Asked for Diet Cola and the server quoted "its dry day and bar is closed and i cant serve Diet Cola" Took me ages to explain him its "Non Alcoholic Drink" List is too long .. most of them were very rude and non courteous , other than Riya Chef at Restaurant who took good care of us , Dont waste your precious time and Money here !!

If a room is booked for 3 adults, it is absurd for hotel to charge for an extra bed with reception guy giving a plea that guests manage themselves without extra bed if more than 2 stay but we charge for 3.

Comfortable business hotel conveniently located opposite the airport for early morning / late night flights. The food was very good with excellent service. Overall good experience. Highly recommended for departure/arrival of flights at odd hours.

El personal de la area de comida no habla nada o casi nada de inglés, No nos entienden, servicio muyyy lento. No tienen nunca cambio para devolverte dinero cuando pagas en cash y tienes que dejarles " a la fuerza" todo. El servicio de laundry es un total robo. Me cobraron casi 7000 rupias ( sí, casi 70 usd!!!) por menos de 20 prendas, de las cuales varias eran calcetines o interiores, ni siquiera prendas grandes. Pregunte a unos amigos locales y nos cobraron 10 veces el precio local. Qué locura e injusticia. Entiendo que por ser hotel " internacional", tengamos precios más elevados pero a este nivel, es una estafa total.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport and overall the experience was good. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using the airport.

One concern was the extra bed charge, which felt quite high. The hotel charged ₹1500 + 5% tax for an extra bed for a seven-year-old child, which seemed excessive. Another area for improvement is the breakfast menu, which was somewhat limited in variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but reviewing the extra bed pricing and expanding the breakfast options would make the experience even better.

This was one of my favorite hotel experiences ever!! The care and kindness from staff made it so Shriyank and Shrika especially wonderful at reception. Jatamansi keeping the room refreshed. Everything was perfectly clean and working well. The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious food with a full room service menu available.
