The ambience and the peaceful surroundings
The staff is amazing and they ensured our stay is comfortable.
the location and the approach road is too narrow.. also there was positioning of river view, there is no river or river view even after I was on the best of the best cottage.
Unique, boutique place.
My family’s stay at Storii was fantastic. From the time we stepped foot on the property till the time we left. What I like most was the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant to the room staff, all were so friendly. Special shout out to Pooja and DIPANKAR for making us feel at home.
I liked it all, I would recommend making it a smoke free facility.
Although the property is small, it does not deserve a five-star rating. There were cobwebs in the room, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. The surroundings were peaceful, and it was lovely to hear the natural sounds of birds, which made the environment relaxing. However, that alone does not make up for the poor maintenance, cleanliness, and service. Overall, I do not believe this property is worthy of a five-star rating.
The total cost for two rooms for two nights came to approximately ₹23,000. After informing the hotel that we were travelling with our three children, we were charged an additional ₹3,000 for an extra bed and over ₹3,000 in taxes. We have stayed at many hotels, including premium and budget properties, and while an extra bed charge is understandable, we have never experienced such high additional charges. We requested just a one-hour extension for our checkout, but the hotel staff refused, stating that the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available for booking on the same date, which made the explanation seem inconsistent. Overall, the reception service was disappointing. We found the staff to be unhelpful, and the customer service did not meet our expectations.
We checked in really late after midnight and the staff was still very accommodating and helpful. We also missed the breakfast due to the late arrival at the hotel but the kitchen staff were super helpful and still served us breakfast on the house
Very tasty food, Great location, clean rooms, exceptional staff who cater every need.
All Good
Lovely place to relax.
Place,infrastructure,food,surroundings,staff.
This review was long overdue... The staff was the most pleasant and helpful set of people .. right from giving us an early check in to making my protein shake ... Helping us with getting a car... Extremely nice .. special shoutout to the amazing washroom and plunge pool ❤️
It's just a little in the wilderness...
The rooms and the hospitality were great
I wouldn’t say I didnt like, but they could work on their food a bit.
Wonderful property with stunning views and great breakfast
Limited spread oversall experience was ok

This is my second stay at this hotel and my experience has been great both times. The property feels very private with some of the best rooms at this price point. The plunge pool is a great feature. The staff is very kind and the breakfast spread is also good.
The property lacks some fun elements. It needs to have a game room for some recreation.
Excellent, staff are friendly and helpful and everything is prepared fresh.

Приятный персонал, эстетичный ландшафт, небольшое уютное пространство.
The rooms were great
The location is a little inside
Everything
It was pretty
Terrible bed , mattress , pillows & linen
A very different flavor of Goa staying in-land rather than on the beach. Depends on what you are looking for but Storii offers a nice view on Moira river and a pleasant relaxing stay in a forest setting. It’s not the resort/mass experience. Here you get the ITC standard but in a “boutique hotel” cozy feeling. Nice pool, private plunge pools, good food, relaxing setting. The staff go out of their way to take you on a walking tour in nearby area, recommend good restaurants and prepare curated dishes. Been to Goa numerous times but the culinary experience here is extraordinary. Thanks to head-chef Soujan! Have to mention Ayush, Pradeep, Supriya and all the staff who made the stay memorable!
Nothing.
Great service, spacious and comfortable rooms.
Should’ve had a gym
I like the calmness , location is good if you wanna stay away from the hussle.
Though the location is bit isolated hotel should at least provide a 24hour in house cab service to at least explore near by area .
The quiet.
The size of the plunge pool could have been bigger.
The breakfast was horrible and stale.
Calm and peaceful.. away from the city noise
Service not good.. front desk girl gave information which next day according to her convenience changed and said by mistake she is.. not accepted.. highly unprofessional.. we have ordered Dal yellow tadka in the room and they gave Dal makhani which they are not apologetic., non professional attitude
Private pool
We stayed at Storii by ITC at the end of Nov ’25 as a family (couple with two kids), and the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel had a wedding on the property with very loud music late into the evening. We had to escalate the issue to the duty manager because this is not what you expect on a family vacation. If they knew they had a wedding booked, they shouldn’t have accepted regular guests. There was no proper response or solution from the team. The breakfast was another letdown. They charge five-star prices, but the buffet looked like something from a budget hotel. The variety was minimal, and even a decent five-star offers more options just in salads than what they had in the entire spread. This doesn’t feel like an ITC experience at all. It’s basically a small boutique property using the ITC name, and guests should be aware before booking. As a side note, we asked for a refund for one of our two nights, and they processed it within two days, which at least helped close the issue. Would not recommend.
The quaint little property is located by the river, hidden from the chaos of the city. Yet everything was easily accessible including taxis, delivery. The staff was extremely polite and took great care of us, right from check in to the check out was a fabulous experience

Beautiful rooms. Well appointed. Has all the amenities. Very comfortable.
More English channels, movies especially. Mattress could be a bit more firmer. Was a bit too soft.
Very cozy, quite place Definitely great value for money
Breakfast was good, staff were helpful.
Pool was under repair the second day

Nothing
The riverside location. If you have your own or have hired a car there's no better place to live in. Small but beautiful. Very homely.
The staff, service and food. the property is excellent, away from noise and disturbance of the city. very relaxing and quite place.
There was a wall in the room that had dampness and dust was falling from that part. For a 5 star property it is expected to get these fixed before guest finds them out.
Ambience
The environment was quiet with lots of greenery, birds. It left like you were far away from the hustle of city life. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet had quite a bit of choices to choose from.
The design of the hotel, architecture and location and staff.
Pool was being repaired but we had a private plunge pool in our room
Very nicely tucked away in Moira along the river, the setting is clean, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and built US size. Towering doors, beds, showers etc,. The staff and hospitality were excellent on every front, room service, housekeepung and also at the restaurant. All the equipment and plug points worked too. For a quiet place to recharge with friends and do nothing much else, this place is the place to be.
The parking is a bit tight for bigger cars over 4mts so get the smaller car...as this is along the river, there are no shops till you hit town Mapusa which is just 10mins away. This is the first hotel I have ever visited in which the bed faces away from the TV. I found this a bit irritating as I had to spend time on a little couch which I felt had not been given a deep clean in a while. Another little blip was I could not figure out the switches for the lighting too, as I wake up early for my am coffee, I could never find a way without manuplating all the switches to get the coffee table lights on!!...minor techinal glitches which had noting to do with the overall stay but I thought I should bring up.
Liked the friendly staff. Good environment.
Menu should be more extensive. Should have some music /entertainment in the evening to make the atmosphere lively.
The staff was welcoming, helpful. Special mention to Amisha and Bittoo. Wonderful people, took good care of guest requirements. Ensured all the food requirements were met.
This property was selected for peace and tranquil which was ruined completely when they allowed people to party! Pls note, this is a small boutique property with 16-18 rooms only. The pool is right outside the rooms unlike other properties where it is nearer to sprawling lawns. There is no lawn, a small garden maybe. They first allowed a party of 20-25 people to have a pool side party. As mentioned this was right outside the rooms. They occupied the corridors, played music and smoked right outside rooms. There was no place to even walk. Next at night, they allowed for a party in their lounge. Whenever there is a loud party, it is kept away from the rooms in the lawns or maybe lounge if it's away from the other rooms. This was on the same floor. The deafening music started at 8. When asked when it'll stop, we were told by 11. It didn't stop till 12. We went to speak to the front desk and were told, it'll stop in another half hour Max. Finally, we called ITC mainline, who then made this stop. The property management next day said they couldn't have done anything as the other guest were not listening. How can you play a victim?! Also, when during the pool party, I enquired by when would this go on, I was told it'll go on till midnight. How can you possibly play a victim after knowing all their plans. It was your job to stop it. You didn't till the time people actually lost their cool. They did apologise the next day but my vacation was already ruined. Was there for two nights only and one was marred with this experience. You cannot allow such parties in small boutique hotels.
The staff was very helpful and cordial the room size was sufficiently big, the property was quiet & peaceful, the breakfast was good enough for a boutique hotel, the bathroom was very well made. The security would always guide at the time of parking and removal the vehicle from parking.
The room door had a lock which needed maintenance, might break down any time. The parking was slightly limited and cramped for 4 cars. The last 1 KM approach road was slightly too narrow and only one 4 wheeler would be able to go at a time. It was slightly tight for even a car and a bike to pass simultaneously.
One of the best stays. The property is located in serene location, very quiet and beautiful. The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious.
Would have liked to have facility for fun activities such as a game room.
La gentillesse du personnel La deco de la chambre
Odeur de moisi et de renfermé dans la chambre L'emplacement de l'hôtel assez excentré
Exceptional. Enjoyed throughout the stay. Peaceful getaway. Greenery, water by the river and pool, birds chirping, great food at bistro restaurant - all makes it calm and relaxing.
Small boutique charming property... very beautifully appointed... comfortable and elegant. Lots of little touches that make the stay even nicer. Food was excellent. Service was very courteous, professional and very prompt. The swimming pool was super clean.
Nothing as such. We had a wonderful time
Lovely ambience, superb staff, great service, cosy and comfortable. Must visit again.
Great experience.
Excellent location and great size of the rooms very comfortable
Liked the location, comfort and quiet
Great property. Most decent staff. Got 100% coperation and completely satisfied with my stay.
The staff and service were absolutely fantastic. We were blown away by how they went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated.
The calm and quiet location . And the property is very well maintained with courteous staff . Especially Mr Mojibur.
The breakfast spread could have more options
It's a boutique hotel, hence the crowd is small. There are fewer people and hence the load on shared facilities are much lesser. We had the whole pool to ourselves for two consecutive mornings. Also, the hotel is located in a very picturesque area. It was very calm and quite and far removed from hustle and bustle of the city.
1. The hotel is quite far from the beaches (approx. 13kms, 45 minutes drive). If your primary goal in goa is to go beaching, this hotel may not serve the purpose. 2. We had lunch at two occasions and we found the lunch to be not of the same caliber as the rest of the service. We ordered Biryani and it was quite expensive and too oily.
Breakfast was really nice but the selection /menu was very limited could have been more considering it is an ITC group hotel.
Amazing Location, Lovely Rooms, Delicious Food! Most amazing staff❤️
