Rooms were untidy, even saw insects crawling on the floor! Beds were uncomfortable. Fridge in the room doesn’t work, neither the AC.

They did not allow us to enter into property despite having confirmation and said accommodation has been shifted to another property for which they have sent an email which was a clear lie, my parents had to find another hotel in the midnight. Looks like a scam. Please do not select this hotel at all.

It is on main road , room smelt like smoking room full of Pollution smoke from road. They Have very limited facility , refused to serve before 8:30 am saying no milk and staff comes late. But reception guy made at 8:15 and served us. We asked twice again for tea at 12:30 and 4:00 pm but refused by snooty staff making excuses. We found cockroach on our bed as soon as we entered, no drinking water provided.

1st of all when u booked it was mentioned that i had to pay at the property but there were non stop messages from fab hotels to pay and advance amount of 2127 to confirm my booking which i did via UPI but ... when we reached the hotel the staff at the front desk told us that they don't have rooms for the days that the booking has been confirmed . So when we spoke to the agent they told us to go to the other hotel .. which was not a fab hotel but an OYO and not in a safe location. i was told by the hotel staff to stay there or they would deem the booking cancelled to which i told them to cancel and i would book somewhere else ..btw there was also a property next to the original hotel but they told me that they do no keep foreign guests which was horrible as to why a hotel would not like to have international clientele. Later i was sent an invoice for 771 rs for tHe stay in fab when i dint and i also havent got any requisite refunds. of 2127 or any cab fares which were promised by fab hotel agents on phone and whenever i call them they talk in very ill manner and say that the issue will be resolved when it will be resolved .. there is bo proper guidance as to what i am suppsed to do to solve this or get my refund

The overall service. First the pictures which are uploaded on site is very misleading. The cleanliness or aesthetic of the room is down to the drain. I had to spent 4k to book this room which eventually I checked out and moved to other hotel without asking or checking for any refund. I would never recommend any of my family or friends fab express hotels for that matter. The room was stinking of cigarette smell..and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom I don't even want to get there. It was worst than any cheap dormitory as well. I am going to report this hotel for misleading it's customers.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2024Breakfast is served only after 9 am . Not at all good . In that case they should refund. In room it was mentioned back side at 8.30 am that also not followed. When I checked in they say earliest possible at 8 am .. While sleeping I asked they said 8.30 am but not given. Only Bread and Omlet.. So for Vegeterian option is only bread .
Gyser was not working in Winter . All the furniture very old . Room No 22,,, One of the Window was open and making noice. Towels very old , Blanket after seeing we may not use. Sofa Chair very old. At hotel they refused to provide the bill . I mentioned that we booked 2 rooms and paid at Hotel so I should get bill at hotel . Though booking was done through Booking.com but never paid any advance. The staff lying . Outside room can't sit . No hygiene at all. Very shady . No nearby place one can go by walk for dinner or lunch and hence facility should be available there only

Me and my mother had booked the room in advance, we arrived at 12am (midnight) and the room we were given was literally pathetic. It was soooooooo dirty. You cannot step in its washroom it was that dirty. The sheets were stained and when we asked to change, the manager brought 3 other sheets and they were all stained. They dont change linens. The whole property was stinking from inside. Only meant to party and leave. Not meant for ladies at all. You’ll get some wild allergies if you stay there. I am sure the owner of the property cannot stay in any of their rooms themselves. They are just fooling people.

When asked about the breakfast, we got a response stating Expedia didn’t give us enough money to serve you breakfast. I am not sure how Expedia has this hotel as a listing. Will never visit this place and will not suggest anyone.

Unreliable and no communication for our request, we reached in front gate of hotel at 5 am. But there was no one to help check in, with family and luggage we waited on main road remote place for 1 hour. Finally I lost faith with booking.com and booked another hotel with dealer and had to pay high amount and 3 for cab rides.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2019On arrival at the property, they refused to give the room against booking. They said that they haven't received any booking on the name of Sanjay Baori. After one hour of fighting and arguments they gave the room which was very dirty and there was dust everywhere. The Hotel owner is a fraud and cheater herself. I complained about the same and my Case ID is [REQ:M-25528452] and my booking confirmation number was 8104175615131.
