Hotel magnífico. El mejor que hemos estado en la India y eso que todos han sido de categoría 5 estrellas Personal excelente, limpia esquisita, y un cama para no salir de ella.
Nada
We stayed at this hotel from April 26th to 28th during our journey from North to South India. The welcome was very warm and attentive; the staff treated us with the utmost friendliness at all times. Moreover, they went out of their way to fulfill our every wish—making us feel almost as if we were in a home away from home. :) Although the hotel grounds are situated about 15 minutes outside of Jodhpur, the journey there is definitely worth it. The property is lovingly designed, enclosed by traditional Indian walls, and surrounded by meadows and a beautiful variety of plant life. I am not entirely sure, but I estimate that there are a total of 12 separate cottages on the grounds, each featuring a unique interior design. Privacy is a core principle here, and it is fully guaranteed in every aspect. We had originally booked a standard room but received an upgrade to a villa with a private pool. It was simply incredibly beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the decor and even gathered a few ideas that we would love to incorporate into our own home back in Germany. The cleanliness of the room was also outstanding. Furthermore, we were absolutely delighted by the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, "Rasala." The hotel offers a daily changing menu—which, of course, ensures plenty of variety. :) All the dishes served at the hotel are vegetarian, yet they tasted absolutely excellent. My dietary restrictions were also taken into consideration. Should we ever find ourselves in Jodhpur again, we will definitely return to "Supura Bagh."
It is a quiet resort just 20m drive from the fort. If you don’t want to stay in Jodphur itself, this is your spot!! The rooms are huge and spotless, most of them have a private terrace. The food in both restaurants are fresh! It is vegetarian. Don’t put it off, all was delicious! Breakfast is continental. The pool is worked on, they will create a new one next season. You can still can take a good dip in the current one. Staff is so lovely and helpful and goes out of the way to help with all your needs and questions. It was a hearthwarming stay and we fully recommend it! ❤️
Exceptional Stay
Everything to be loved about the place
Supura Bagh is a gorgeous property. It is serene and peaceful. Exceptionally clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds and amenities. I would stay here again and again. It is a little out of town so you do need a driver.
The wifi can be a bit patchy which is a problem if you are trying to work but sufficient for leisure.
Everything
Notjing was bad
Our stay at Surpura Bagh was truly unforgettable. The property is stunning, surrounded by peaceful gardens and full of charm – a real oasis in Rajasthan. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and give a sense of heritage and authenticity. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and making us feel at home from the very first moment. A special mention goes to Chef Manan Singh, who was incredibly welcoming and willing to prepare any dish we wished for – his kindness and talent made every meal a delight. He even created an exemplary dinner adapted to our Italian taste, showing great flexibility and skill. Most importantly, when one of us had stomach issues, the chef and the staff took wonderful care of us, preparing light and suitable dishes with genuine attention. The food overall was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is not just a hotel, but an experience of Rajasthan’s hospitality and culture. We left with wonderful memories and the wish to come back soon. Highly recommended!
Great customer service from all staff.
I liked everything.
The staff was generally very friendly with an exception or two. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. Food served in breakfast was good but with very limited options. Room was big and spacious. Private pool was small but good. Good service in room overall. The overall ambience of the area where the reception and rooms are, is very good. Well maintained garden and lawn. Very clean and airy rooms and surroundings. Close to nature.
With the label "Resort" you have certain expectations which they lack. - No gaming area (Table tennis / board games). When asked we were told that they can give board games in the room. - No activity at all, Just stay in the room. - Too few options in Food. - Wifi was not reliable and I had hard time working from room. Even mobile signals are very weak. - There is no work desk in the room, not even a chair. Had to get a chair from Garden (They do have big sofa in the room though) - Luggage storage in Bathroom. Seriously? - Private pool is not really private. Any one can enter your private pool area any time. - There is no live streaming services available. When asked we were told that you have to use your own account to avail the streaming service. So, no use of the TV in the room technically. - The fridge drips and leaks water and you have to be extra cautious walking around it. We booked for 3 nights expecting a lot of activities and fun but unfortunately we had to sit in the room or get away from the resort and go to the town which is 10 kilometers away.
Garden attached with room was awesome and we had great stay there with trees planted creating a natural vibe to saty and enjoy
Restaurant dinner service was a bit slow and more options could be added in indian cuisine menu of rasala
Beautiful & spacious rooms, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on location is delicious and very fair in pricing. The grounds where the rooms are lovely.
Breakfast was a bit limited, the pool (for everyone) was a bit far from pools and because it's at the restaurant it doesn't seem very comfortable/welcoming to lie there in bathing suit. Everyone was incredibly friendly but we were often asked to leave a tripadvisor review which was definitely a bit much.
A fabulous experience, made even better by the exceptional service by Sachin, Tapasya and the rest of the staff. Very welcoming, warm and helpful. Truly a gem in Jodhpur
The breakfast and the food is vegetarian with limited options . It was not well prepared and was very spicy. it needs to offer more variety and cater to all tastes.
The food and service at the breakfast counters.
The grounds of the hotel are really beautiful, with wide, open spaces and well-maintained gardens. The rooms are bright, spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks at the on-site restaurant and bar were some of the best we experienced during our visit to India.
The hotel is a little secluded, so it may not be in the best location if you are planning to do sightseeing in Jodhpur. Although it is still easy enough to get there.
The energy of the place is awesome..the rooms very spacious and nice ..plenty of places to sit in the gardens and enjoy the sunshine ..and a very good team of people
The maintenance could be a little better
Very clean and big villas, great staff and service
Would be nice if there’s a Spa and a heated pool.
While the location was a bit remote, overall the property was gorgeous. I really enjoyed staying close to nature, and the hotel had a lot of greenery and open spaces.
Please introduce in-room dining! :)
They were responsive to suggestions for breakfast - and we loved the local breakfast food made. The manager Amit Pushkarna, front desk staff and the f&B manager/ staff were extremely attentive and helpful
Our family of four, with two boys ages 13 and 11, stayed for three nights at Surpura Bagh. We absolutely loved it! The staff were wonderful and our room/villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved eating at the resort’s two restaurants and using the swimming pools - both the larger one by the restaurants and the smaller private one at our villa. We have no real complaints . The resort is about 11 km away from the city and main attractions, so be prepared to make arrangements to get to those places, and there are no stores or restaurants nearby that are walkable. Also accessing the WiFi was somewhat inconvenient and internet connection was spotty at times - but this felt like a minor thing and overall this was a great place for us to stay. We’d come back anytime we could manage and fully recommend it for others!
Nothing
The water heater was off. Electricity kept going off. When we went for breakfast there was no one there. We had to wait for 30 minutes. The hotel was not ready to serve guest and i would advice that ppl should not go there for atleast next couple of months.
It was an excellent stay, very helpful staff n very polite, in fact Nandini was very helpful for information on shopping, n very quick check in n check out Will definitely stay at this place again n again Food quality was also very good Rajasthani taste I recommend this hotel to everyone
The property is beautiful, clean and every villa has a private pool. Every member of the staff, the reception, the chefs, the managers and the housekeeping will go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
I like the place and it has very different vibe its bit expensive but totally worth it
I like the staff and the manager I forget his name but very good person and he took very good Care of us
The room and the surroundings were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast and dining facilities requires major overhaul, the utensils were unclean, although the management made immediate action when they were told about it. The staff requires formal training in hospitality, especially when catering to families, and clarity on local travels and associated cost is required from the upper management when they are booking the local travel for guests.
It was amazing specially prantha and aloo puri .
Everything is amazing
Extremely comfortable stay with all amenities.
It was great in everything.
It was an absolute surreal experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
amazing place, everything was just beautiful and worth the price! A must visit
loved everything!
I absolutely love the rajshthani food there and the ambiance is justt breathtaking. I went there with my boyfriend and at my anniversary and we we’re stunned by the property it was totally worth
The rooms are quite elaborate. It had sit out at the back of the room with bonfire; which gave exceptional experience. The staff and the owner himself made sure we the families of two had wonderful experience. A big thanks to the team.
We had discussions around our discomforts and were immediately sorted.
It was a very nice setup. Property is new
It was a good stay. It is isolated, so family people may feel uncomfortable but those who are looking for secluded place, away from noises and crowd, this is a good place.
Good hospitality
