Not much to say here. Food quality was good and reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious

Long list here. - the location is horrible! Its really out of the city and the road to the city is under construction and its a pain getting to the city - property is old and has not kept up with times. The carpets are dull and stained. Tiles have lost color. Linen is really old! Only on last day upon complain, the staff replaced with good new linen. - hospitality by the staff is nowhere near a 5 star. At best an entry level 4 star - Room's key cards keep requiring activation. Old magntic strip tech - breakfast food quality was ok. Variety was poor and repetitive - premises are huge but not well maintained This should not be listed as a 5 star hotel.

Everything was good, except for the fridge, they couldn't fix it within two days.

Resort was amazing. Staff was excellent and well professional.

Lights should be on at night. It was so dark at night. And the breakfast be more fresh and not dry. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Good for me, out of city rush n hassles, great upkeep, delicious food, humble staff OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT A HERITAGE LOOK PROPERTY

We booked two rooms for two nights and our stay was not comfortable. Firstly, the services of the Hotel are very poor. The room key(card) issued for the room was not working properly. One day when we came back after a hectic day the door of the room didn't open and we requested the reception a number of times to help and we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the room to be opened by the hotel staff. Secondly, the hotel is located on a road which is uprooted and under construction. I was told by the taxi driver that this condition of the road is for the last 2 years. It is really horrible.

Sachin was very good at the restaurant! He was so professional, friendly and made our dining experience a pleasure! Welcoming songs and drums at the restaurant was an additional plus! Food was great too! Thank you, achieve team!

I was in Jodhpur on business and booked a three-night stay here. Based on the online photos and its five-star rating, I expected a comparable experience to Ajit Bhawan — another heritage property where I stayed previously and which was outstanding. Unfortunately, that property was fully booked, so I chose this as an alternative. The location itself was not ideal. Once on the hotel grounds, you are essentially limited to what the property offers. My first impression was the lobby, which felt harshly and brightly lit rather than welcoming or relaxing. I was upgraded to a suite, which I appreciated, and the room itself was spacious and quite lovely. The accommodations were not the issue. However, the rest of the experience did not match the expectations of a five-star hotel. In the evening, I hoped to find a pleasant bar or outdoor space for drinks, but the only option was another overly bright room with little atmosphere and very limited drink selections. Breakfast the next morning was also disappointing, with minimal variety. I visited the gym as well, which turned out to be a small, windowless, and uninviting space. The grounds have potential but are poorly maintained. Aside from the main yard area, the lawn looked patchy and neglected. I had read mentions of peacocks on the property, but instead there were pigeons throughout. Overall, the atmosphere felt dreary rather than relaxing — not what you want when traveling away from home. After one night I decided to check out early. Because I had prepaid, I requested a refund for the unused nights, but this was refused and my concerns did not seem to be taken seriously.

I recently stayed here as a guest and had a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to my visit. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend this place to other travelers looking for comfort and excellent service.

The ONLY good point about this HOTEL is it’s infrastructure, everything else is trash. If you want to waste your hard-earned money, ruin your holidays, face most arrogant people on earth, meet the Money Hungry people, get threatened, experience arm twisting tactics, experience worst ever customer service, face insults, get labelled as thieves & cheaters, most dirty place, face broken promises, please visit at least once to see all these. This experience is for an auspicious Marriage function which is a once in a life time happy occasion for any family on the earth. - Hotel management agreed to accept the payment terms as 50% advance, 30% on check-in and balance 20% at the time of Check-out. However, the so-called director of the hotel went back on his words saying that the person he himself designated and authorised to coordinate with us has no authority to do so…..!!!!! - The hotel management resorted to arm twisting tactics for pending piddly INR 7 L( US$ 7800) out of total Rs 50 L (US$ 60,000) – only 14%, threatening us to stop the Marriage Function in spite of our pointing out that hotel management agreed to terms mentioned above & our promises that we are committed to pay the balance. - The Maha Shivratri fasting is the most auspicious occasion for any HINDU family. However, the Hotel failed to provide the fasting dish at the breakfast table forcing many guests to break the long kept fasting tradition (some are 85 years old). This is a breach of contract and only on creating recurs, hotel provided the fasting dish which a cook likes and not as per the customer desire and liking…….!!!!! - The rooms are not cleaned at all, leave aside every day, it’s only on customer’s request in presence of customer. This is an abysmal logic as the guest gets stuck in the room till the room is cleaned & also, how can housekeeping girls are allowed to enter the room in presence of a Male Guest. Also, there is no supervision on the housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness? - The Room service is horrible, for e.g. it takes 1 Hour to serve a cup of TEA in the room & that also after couple phone calls to the Reception. - There is no drainage outlet to the toilet part of the washroom and as a result, the water logging takes place. To clean the water, housekeeping takes at least 30 minutes to reach the location. We received many similar complaints from our guests. - In some of the rooms the Light fittings were not working age some guests took initiative to repair the same - There was no power connection in many of the rooms and guests were made to wait in the dark for at least 30 minutes before the restoration of power. - The guests were forced to carry the luggage to their respective rooms since there was no Bell-Boy present……! - After the room service, the used & dirty utensils like plates glasses were never picked up for 4 days of our stay at the hotel. This is the standard of cleanliness hotel maintains. We can go on and on but due to the paucity of writing space, we are cutting it short. Bottom line is that the Guests including us kept wondering if this is a 5 star hotel ? THE HOTEL RUINED OUR HAPPY OCCASION JUST FOR A PIDDLY SUM OF RS 7 l ( US$ 7800). My family and I booked this horrific place on 7 th February 2026 for night..vos agoda .checked in late ,paid in advance....but cause we checked in at evening they sold out our room to someome else i believe...they ...blatantly refused to give another room...smiled amongst themselves....and we had to find another hotel ... The Manager Mr Gajendra Rathore 7412023115 refused to listen to us Some other person on the reception is teaching absurd rules that check in time is 2.00 pm...why are you late .... Horrific night... Bad people Total con hotel A must NO... I don't know what other ways they have to con guests ..... Will shudder visiting them ever ... They don't care ...

Jwala, Kamal, and Jitendra were extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. Their behavior made the stay very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained, which added a lot to the overall experience. Cleanliness was clearly taken seriously, and everything was properly arranged. The garden is very big and beautiful, with plenty of open space to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

I liked the property a lot. Especially the pool area. And the housekeeping staff is very cooperative and helpful especially Ramesh Solanki. They helped a lot in providing services at best.

We just checked out of the hotel. Truly, the most magnificent and grandeur property that we had stayed in. One of the most beautiful building in the world. Food and restaurant were great. Waiters and staffs were very attentive. The wellness spa was the most beautiful and relaxing one we had in our entire trip in India. The activities the hotel provided for kids were more than enough to keep our 8 years old very happy. We even got to watch couple of polo matches that we found very exciting. The room was very cleaned and well kept. Make sure, you put the “do not disturb” rope on your door because the housekeeping staffs were very eager to keep us happy and satisfied.

Stay was comfortable and specially good service provide by Mr. Gajendra DM and tapasya front office. We will come soon.

Excellent service and all the staff very polite and humble. A must stay during Jodhpur trip. My stay was upgraded and they didn't even charge for my 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Food is great.

Visiting from US, decided to stay at this property with my parents. It’s a beautiful and peaceful property. Entire staff is very courteous and professional. We were greeted by Tapasya, she took care of check in quickly. Their food is delicious and breakfast is must have, Neetu was very courteous in the restaurant and the food variety is meant for everyone. I would definitely come back, it was very comfortable stay for my elderly parents also and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool views.

My experience was terrible. At the time of came at resort there is no one to pick luggage and parking is little far from entrance. Secondary the tv remote not provided and Every 20 min tv is shut down automatically. Third at the time of breakfast a told a person I was getting late so make my things first but he served same thing which I ordered to other people who are given order late than me. Please if you are thinking about 5 start catagory resort than it's not.

Very spacious

While space of the property is palatial, the electrical gadgets are very old and staff totally inadequate. No one knows English.

The property is nothing short of spectacular. Our stay was a memorable one. Thoroughly enjoyed the vast property and the hospitality. Mr. Chandan and Mr Motilal took great care of us. Thank you to the entire hotel staff.

The rooms and cleanliness services were top-notch. The location was convenient, atmosphere was warm, and value for money was great. The cultural program in the evening was a highlight, though the noise level was a bit high. All in all, it was an experience worth having 😊.

The place was really historic and beautiful. Beyond that was a open space garden. There are people playing Rajasthani music and it was soul - calming . Recommend going to this place.

Outer areas are clean

The beds are so cheap that they have made it to save money and joined pieces. Moreover, the service is too bad.

It is far from the city to invariably I spent nearly 2000 INR per day to travel back and forth

I wish they staff would have told me about their morning nature trail and others on day one instead of when i was about to check out

We recently stayed for three days with our family at The Umed Jodhpur Resort & Spa, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, serene, and perfectly maintained, offering a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the housekeeping team. A special mention to Jwala, along with her team members Kumut and Sharif, for their outstanding service. Their warm behaviour, attention to detail, and genuine care made a big difference to our stay. The rooms were always spotless, and every request was handled promptly and with a smile. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and courteous staff, and they truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the team’s efforts.
