Treebo Amigos Residency - 500M From Cochin Airport

Rooms was neat and checkin and checkout process smooth They even assist you on airport drop-off

Location was near to airport. I got drop off to the airport by the staff named Rakesh.

I could see stains and marks in the room.

Everything. In particular, the behaviour, hospitality and help provided by Mr. Rakesh were of excellent quality. He was very polite and understood our needs fully.

Nothing.

Reasonable

A small fridge in the room would have been better.

Near the airport comfortable stay

Very proximity to Airport. Food restaurants are available near by.

Nil

Very near to the airport. Had a lift for convenience.

Very bad breakfast with very limited choices.

Proximity to Airport

Behaviour of the staff was not at all cordial ( especially a man named Yasir). Room provided was infested with mosquitoes. Till 1 AM there was thudding & screeching sound of heavy furniture shifting from the adjacent rooms.

Well maintained..The staff is very supportive especially the Manager Mr.Rakesh..

Cleanliness and spacious

Washroom bucket could be changed

altho it's very near to airport only that is one plus point but the amount is okies mid range my breakfast was not included and in that amount.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Amigos Residency I recently stayed at Amigos Residency and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a great job ensuring everything was neat and hygienic. The bed was comfortable, and all the essential amenities were available and in good working condition. One of the highlights of my stay was the courteous and professional staff. They were always approachable, helpful, and willing to assist with any requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The property's location is another major advantage, offering convenient access to nearby Cochin Airport and transportation facilities. Despite being in an accessible location, the overall environment was peaceful and pleasant. The Breakfast and hospitality were also commendable. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attention to detail contributed greatly to a memorable stay. Overall, my experience at Amigos Residency was outstanding. The combination of clean accommodations, excellent service, convenient location, and warm hospitality makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing felt Bad. Overall Good experience!

To humble

The behaviour

Cleanliness and Supportive staff. Airport drop was helpful.

Nothing really, just that there were couple of mosquitoes.

Absolutely loved my one night stay here. The staff were so incredibly friendly, and upgraded me to a larger room upon arrival. The room was extremely clean, with a large shower + towels and toiletries all provided. The room also had bottled water and a kettle with coffee + tea. Highly recommend for a quick stay before heading to your next location - the staff will make you feel at home!

Good staff, co operatives

Vicinity was best as near to airport and clean rooms

The room were no good value for money

I didn't stay there. Right from the tome of my booking I wad inundated with unnecessary messages to the point where I cancelled my booking. I am still getting unwanted messages from them

Quick response from the reception staff. I got my initial room with live cockroach and I asked for a room move immediately they moved me to another same category room. Second room no cockroach however super dusty

Room cleanliness is zero. Everywhere is dusty and dirty. Centre table and head board I wrote clean me with the dust settles there. Cleanliness I rate 0/10

Superb.everything is fine .Near to airport

Nothing

Need to improve on cleanliness and customer service

Nice property and nice stay

Nothing

A peaceful destination close to the airport.♥️♥️♥️

Neat and clean atmosphere.and well maintained room.Good behaviour from the staff especially from the receptionist.

The price was a little bit high.

מקום מעולה בקרבת שדה תעופה עם צוות שרק רוצה לעזור.

Ignore the trolls—this place is great! "Had a wonderful stay at Amigos Residency. It’s obvious someone is trying to bring their rating down with fake reviews because my experience was 5-star across the board. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great service. Don't hesitate to book!"

Nothing

Average ok night some mosquitoes inside the room i think its came through bathroom

Cleanes ok average

All staffs really helpful , good atmosphere, breakfast really tasty, good clean rooms and washrooms. Very near to airport.

Great Experience

Nothing

Excellent

Excellent

Nothing.

Absolute garbage system, leaving me stranded. I made the booking through the Booking.com app, where the payment terms were "Pay at property", with a non-refundable payment term. Guaranteed it with my credit card. After making the booking, they kept sending me messages through the App asking for advance payment?? Without telling me how to make this payment. They then proceed to cancel my booking stating non-payment as the reason. DO NOT PUT "PAY AT PROPERTY" if you need advance payment. And if you do, provide the right way to do it along with your message.

Close to airport.

far less staff noise throughout the night, more modern bathroom needed.

Staff were welcoming, organised and efficient. Excellent location, just a short taxi ride from the airport. Room felt clean, up to date, good quality.

Nothing special.

Location was away.

החדר נקי, המיטה נוחה וגדולה, הצוות מאוד נחמד

ארוחת הבוקר לא מגוונת

I stayed with family, realy satisfied. Staff are humble and good service.

Operation Manager Regini was good approach

Bathroom,needs more room and sanitation.

Location

Breakfast

The location. Very conveniently located close to the Cochin international airport.

The AC in our room did not work. The breakfast buffet was extremely unsatisfactory. The table mats were very dirty and looked like they hadn't been washed for months. The buffet pots and the bread toaster were also dirty.

The hotel staffs especially the front desk was really friendly. The room was clean and loved everything bout it.

Not availed

It would have been good if full payment is taken while booking the room itself instead of putting the confirmation of room puting on HOLD till payment is made. This will help in avoiding the inconvenience to the customer

Good location, comfortable spacious rooms

Room wasn’t totally clean and had several large flies in it.

very friendly and helpful staff. provided transporatation to the airport at 1:00am. very close to the airport.

Close to the Air pot, Budget friendly

Short stay , Clean and comfortable

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. For a place that charges a premium, the lack of basic amenities like running water is completely unacceptable. There was either no water or extremely limited water supply throughout my stay, making even basic hygiene impossible. Despite raising the issue with the staff, there was no timely solution. Simple things like a shower or drinking water became a struggle, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel that cannot guarantee such a fundamental service is not worth the money or the stress.

Proximity to the airport for late flights and friendliness of the staff. They helped order food when I did not have an active indian number.

“Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.”

None

They continually hounded us to pay via a separate site which we could not access. We asked many times for help but they just sent the same pre-written email every time. Then they cancelled our booking with less than 24 hours before checkin, after we had left for the airport.

Communication. And lack of clarity

Clean

Nothing particular. It was a bit difficult to find the place.
