Convenient location for airport early morning start. The place is clean and spacious good ambience. Staff are friendly and obliging. They gave me a lift to the airport early in the morning.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Water draining. The towels good morning hello were pretty old.

Location remote and difficult to get an auto from Airport to this hotel. It is mentioned as 500 mtrs from airport, which is misleading and it is much longer.

Facilities can be improved. There was no towel holder in bathroom. No tissue boxes in room. Also quality of hand wash, body wash can be improved. Please employ staff who are good at freaking in English as well

Perfect location for Kochi Airport! Being this close to the terminal made my travel so stress-free. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Byli jsme naprosto spokojení. Ubytování je jen 20 minut chůze od letiště. Ráno jsme potřebovali odlétat hodně brzy. Na recepci byli dva velmi milí, byli velmi ochotní. Pokoj byl uklizený, voňavý, měl vše, co bylo na jednu noc potřeba. Recepce funguje 24/7. Check- in jsme měli kolem 9 p.m. a check-out 5 a.m. Vše úžasné. K dispozici voda, klimatizace, sprchový gel.

The two male staff were fabulous,, Very helpful , respectful and kind. The hotel was very convenient to airport and I met the owner at 5 am before I left. He asked how I liked the hotel. Nice genuine man.

I Would be nice with a small bedside light.

Impossible de communiquer ni par mail ni pas message booking avec les responsables de l'hôtel. Du coup c'est très impersonnel. Nous arrivions à 5 heures du matin et souhaitions leur demander si nous pouvions rester une heure ou deux dans la chambre en plus mais n'avons pas pu savoir avant d'arriver car quand on envoie un message on obtient seulement une réponse automatique.

The location did feel a bit isolated for me and I was on the ground floor and got no sleep due to the noise from reception all night long. Must be said, that to staff were friendly and the meal which was deliverd from a nearby restaurant was generous and tasty. It was a bit upsetting that the guys at reception said they could not help me with a refund on the additional room which I had paid for but cancelled 4 days before. Subsequently I was ignored by the Treebo group when I followed up on my refund request. After my last review, however, Sam, the owner of the property went above and beyond to ensure that the Treebo group refunded me. I was very grateful for all his care and effort. Thank you again Sam.

Very convenient location fir Koxhi aieport. Good rooms and hospitality

The staff is really very good and helping and Also the Owner Sam personally met us and greeted and even advised to best spots at Munnar to explore...So nice and friendly people .Food quality is awesome and value for money ....I recommend to explore this property it's good value for money and quite budget friendly.

The location

The property has ample space in the front with mango trees to walk in the shade in the day time and also in the nights. Which gave my dad some space to walk in the evening.

Even though breakfast included with our room would be preferable. There is a veg restaurant Saravana bavan 200mts from this location. So it wasn’t much of a hassle for us.

The two young men at the counter - Abhiram and Ashiq - were helpful and very good.

I reached the hotel at night, 9 pm, and faced a tough time locating the place. I roamed around with an experienced cab driver for one hour before locating it. I am physically challenged. The hotel has no rooms or washrooms for physically challenged personnel.

We stayed there for two nights. It was a very comfortable stay. Property owner was very attentive. Staff was polite, and service was very good. One thing they need to improve is their food quality. Since they only provide breakfast with select options, that should not be a big task. I'll rate breakfast at 1* and overall stay 4*.

Calm and superb location, Good and safe stay for family. The hospitality was good, and we had an early check in one hr before and provided with out any extra charge Rooms were spacious and neat. , and it was a glad moment to meet the property owner. Thanks for the whole team.

Fonctionnel quand on a un vol en pleine nuit. Voiture de l hôtel pour 300 roupies en 10 minutes a l aéroport. Chambre spacieuse et propres, bouilloire, café, savon. Pratique.

Localisation très difficile a trouver. L'adresse renseignée sur booking n'est pas reconnue par google, mon taxi a chercher 30 minutes et il y a 7 hôtels qui s'appellent Treebo....il faudrait mieux indiquer.

The hotel is very near to Airport,Very convenient if travelling by flight.Facikities are good .Hotel staff are courteous.

Sam Joshy ist ein sehr freundlicher und überaus hilfsbereiter Hotelmanager. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet um schnell am Airport zu sein und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

Das Frühstück war leider zu eintönig (keine Säfte, wenig Obst, kein Joghurt, kein Müsli)

The rooms and the facilities in this hotel are quite good but the hospitality of this place is amazing. The owner Sam believes in going out of the way for the customers so that they don't have any inconveniences. We ( group of 6 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant) stayed for one night but were quite demanding for the hotel. In one instance, one person first refused the breakfast but then arrived late asking for the breakfast, even then the owner was happy to arrange the breakfast for him. In another instance, our infant lost one of their shoes in the hotel while we were already checked out of the hotel and inside the airport. Sam himself drove to the airport and gave us the shoe.

The Location of the property, being in the close vicinity to the Airport is Very convenient. Though I may have to go out for food, there are good options available in walkable distance. (specifically, I visited Saravana Bhavan - which is a very good option for Vegetarian Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks/Dinner

I spent some time in the garden area of the property in the evening and night. There are lot of Big Big Mosquitoes. It would have been nicer, had something been done to save me from the mosquitoes.

There was a staff not sure whats his name with specs he completely misguided us with wrong hotel plus he made us book cab through him who charged us way more then what was told. Please stop misleading the customers it’s hard earn money for all.. cheating would not benefit

Several mosquitoes in the room. It had everything I needed but felt very damp.

Location

One area for improvement was the booking communication. We received constant emails and Booking.com messages asking for prepayment, despite the reservation clearly stating that no prepayment was required and payment could be made at the hotel, which became quite annoying. The situation was frustrating when the booking was cancelled the day before arrival for non-payment, as this went against the stated terms and conditions.

No slippers for guest Staffs are good, but some lack of facilities Too. Much mosquitoes The sleeping bed is not good and made body issue

Recommend this hotel but avoid booking.com for reserving rooms. Booking.com canceled our reservation without notifying us. Thankfully, the hotel staff was fantastic; they managed to squeeze us into two spare rooms. Do not book this hotel through Booking.com

AC was not working and charged me for 300 INR for airport shuttle which was memtioned free at the time of booking.

No facilities in the room,AC not working , no space for a walk, no chairs/no tables etc
