Great hospitality from each staff. Buggy facilities to travel within the resort.

Room was smell like it was not used for a while. There was a spider in the bathtub - With 2 young kids it’s a big no for us.

The resorts location was a big plus point

The staff lacked basic courtesy, and there seemed to be very little coordination among the team. Unfortunately, the property appeared to place more emphasis on money than on genuine hospitality and guest experience. I would also strongly recommend booking directly through the property’s official website. There were unexpected charges applied on the spot despite having made the booking through another platform and informing the reservations team about it in advance. This lack of transparency was quite disappointing.

If you are looking for an idyllic resort far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, don’t think twice. Staff were amazing. They are definitely the major plus point. I would like to especially mention Zuala, Kimi and Anushka who made our stay incredibly convenient

Amenities could have been a bit more better. A bit more equipment in the gym goes a long way. And you can see the wear and tear of the property in some subtle ways. For example, the main doors in the kitchen that leads to terrace are broken and no one has fixed it yet.

The room was exceptionally good, and I really enjoyed both the variety and taste of the breakfast menu. The property offers a lush, green, and serene environment that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff were courteous, soft-spoken, and very helpful.

We ordered burgers through room service, but unfortunately, the taste was quite below our expectations.

The toilet shld have a door. The glass shower door shld be translucent so that 2 ppl can use the bathroom at the same time.

The property was very beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the view from our villa. The staff were very prompt in helping us whenever we called.

At night, it’s too dark around the entrances of the villas and people could trip since it’s hard to see the steps. Because of the rain buggy seats were wet.

We recently visited Marriott coorg. We had booked for 1 night and 2 rooms in their luxury cottages. The hotel was amazing. Our stay was perfectly ready. Rooms were cleaned. Reception staff was very helpful. They allowed us for early check in since we arrived early. And also they agreed for late check out. We were welcomed with a warm welcome drink. They have a common pool and also they offer cabana service. They even have deck near the pool where you can enjoy food with a view. They have a unesco certified spa but unfortunately we couldn’t get the time to experience it because we had to book for spa in advance. Coffee Plantation tour is a must. Our tour guide Mr. Rashin ponnappa was the best. He guided us with lots of information about coffee trees and other different types of trees. If you visit Marriott coorg do ask for Mr. Rashin ponnappa as your guide for plantation tour. They even have a hi-tea services in the evening where you get complimentary tea or coffee with variety of snacks in evening. And it totally free for all the guest staying the hotel. Their guest playing room was perfect. They had TT table, pool, carom board and also PS5 (per hour charge). They even have indoor kids play area. Food was amazing. We had booked hotel with breakfast and dinner. They had both veg and non-veg. Both had different varieties of food. The food was completely tasty and even the chef had given us a complimentary jalebi chat. Their masala tea and filter coffee was perfect to start your day. Overall the stay was amazing and in future if we get a chance to go to coorg definitely we will be going to Marriott coorg.

The place, food, real friendly staff and the accomodation was amazing. There's kids activities to keep them engaged and resort location was awesome.

Bathroom is so so good but toilet needs a seperate door.

The best part of this stay was staff. They were always ready to help. Buffet breakfast was sooo delicious, also cared enough to parcel for my toddler as he would not eat there. This is so sweet of them and they also extended my check out till 1:30 for free

Their passion for creating exceptional dining experiences truly stood out and added so much to our stay. We would also like to thank Manoj from housekeeping for ensuring everything was always spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to the buggy cart driver Dyand, who were always cheerful, prompt, and eager to help. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Rooms Director Niranjan for his leadership, professionalism, and personal attention to guest satisfaction. His commitment to excellence was evident throughout our stay and contributed greatly to making our experience unforgettable. Food quality was ok vis-a-vis the price charged. I would recommend people to opt for breakfast and dinned meals included in their package.

Le resort est idéalement situé au milieu de la nature. Idéal pour se relaxer et profiter de la nature. Le personnel a mis tout en œuvre pour que nous soyons bien. Merci radish pour toutes vos attentions au restaurant et merci à Pradish pour la qualité de la visite des plantations.

Nous avions une villa avec piscine . Cela fait un peu de bruit et peu empêcher de dormir et le deuxième jour la piscine était plus froide et du coup moins agréable.

Great stay overall. The cottages were perfectly managed, offering a lovely ambiance with a luxurious feel. The pathways were thoughtfully planned and very well executed. Although I couldn’t attend all the programs, the guest manager explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The high tea was awesome—set in the open air with a charming small amphitheater setup. Madikeri Kitchen was superb, and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, dinner, and breakfast there. The Buddha gift was a very nice and pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, and attentive, making the entire experience even more comfortable and memorable.

Wish they would take the effort to carry out more activities at the property free of cost , so that more people join in . I couldn’t see anyone take part in the coffee expedition or trekking etc .

The property is beautiful and very well maintained.

Corporate events and company parties are fine, but they are too noisy and spoiled the pristine environment. Care should be taken not to disturb other guests.
