The location and hospitality of the restaurant staff.

Extremely dirty, poorly maintained. We had to cut our stay because everything was so dirtily kept. They didnt offer the room we had originally booked as it was under renovation. The ground floor room was damp, the sofa was stained and had cockroaches underneath. The deluxe room walls were covered in dirt. The bed runner was covered in stains and vomit or nappy dirt from another guest. The rooms were nothing like the pictures showed in the listing.

The poropery was accessible from Madikkery town.. The room given to us was clean and well maintained.. The staff who was available for assisting us was very helpful

The river stream was not available which was the highlight of the property..The propery needs a little more upkeeping and maintanance.. There are some work going on The breakfast provded was average.

The isolated location of the property was great and the recreation room had good options

The location beats it all. surrounded by natural plantations you can fully enjoy the beautiful views and the peaceful sounds of nature. no noise pollution so could hear birds chirping, squirrels squeaking, and every soothing sound of the outdoors. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent room service. The in house kitchen prepared food and the quality was good given the location. the room was spacious, and choosing a room with a balcony was definitely worth it because of the stunning views. The comfortable bed and large bathroom made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was good value for the price. overall a value for money stay.

There wasnt much to dislike. One area for improvement would be for the kitchen to offer a selection of snacks that guests can enjoy during the monsoon weather. Secondly, the Wi-Fi could be better. However, we relied on mobile data most of the time so didnt feel missed out.

Choisir une chambre avec vue ( malheureusement pas dispo pour nous). Sommes arrivés en pleine moisson, n'avons donc pas vraiment pû profiter des lieux. Rapport Qualité/Prix un peu decevant

This place is wonderful and cozy. Situated amidst the coffee plantation it gives very nice experience. Property is big. Breakfast and food is excellent. The play zone is add on to consider. The surrounding is calm and great for a laid-back vacation. Staff is very helpful and accommodative. The owner has been so generous enough to consider our request.

The room can be a little more spacious, cleaner and there should be some provision for drying or at least for hanging the clothes as the weather is mostly wet. We should have opted for bigger room instead.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. In addition, the stay also arranged vehicles for sightseeing.

One definitely needs their own vehicle as there are no services of ola/uber etc.

The property is not well maintained, the bedspreads had blood stains on it. Breakfast area was unkept with minimal options and food wasn’t served fresh.

Il ristorante è una struttura desolante e deprimente e loro stessi consigliano il servizio in camera, che poi tra l'altro viene addebitato. Disorganizzati burocraticamente.

I really enjoyed my stay. The scenery was stunning. I would highly recommend the balcony view. The stay was very serene and tranquil. The staff were very nice a accommodating to all outer needs. The coffee tour was very interesting.

For more than 6500 rs per night, the walls in the rooms were heavily stained. The cupboards in pathetic condition. Not what you'd expect. However, the staff and service were very good and take care of the customers. When I asked to pay by debit card on check in, i was told i will be charged 2 percent more. So I paid cash. In this day and age, people assume cards are accepted at a place like this.

Plantation stay - Peaceful location amidst nature.

W.R.T food, tiffin items like roti, gravy are good. But briyani rice is not well cooked and not upto mark. Better to have only breakfast at hotel and lunch outside.

A family 2 night stay at Kingmakers plantation. The plantation tour was interesting but very short, lasted 5-10 minutes. Coffee plants on the premises was nice. The barbecue with bonfire at site was great, food was okay but the setting was perfect.

Beware of leeches if you go to the stream, establishment has boots to use. Upon checking out the reception was closed and main gate to property also closed. Delaying our departure by 30 mins. Roo.s could yave been more updated and cleaner.

Value for money,excellent location and view for the price we paid. they upgraded us to a premium room at no -cost.room facilities were good.Plantation tour was very good,preson was knowledgeable.Walk in the plantation was very pleasant.

bed quality and size needs improvement. cleaniness near kitchen is not upto the mark. food requires major change,taste and quality was no where near expectations. Breakfast was average,but its ok as per occupancy.

It is in the midst of nature/coffee plantation.

It is really pricey for the value the property is providing. The staff is not attentive to the needs of the visitors, one need to remind them multiple times to get anything done. The food they provide is ok but it could be better. The facilities are worn out and also this facility need some good house keeping. I recommend not to book this property mainly due the the value they are providing for the five-star hotel price they are charging.

The property is so good, you don't feel like stepping out. The room & it's balcony look out at the coffee plantation. Excellent breakfast.

I only wish they put up a sign on the main road, saying 'turn here for Kingmakers Plantation.' Their neighbor has done it. When Vodafone signal failed as did the GPS, we ended up driving another 5 kms before a good Samaritan in another hotel used her phone to get in touch. Even then, with some landmarks provided, it took at least 3 further enquiries from shopkeepers along the way till we found our destination. But then the resort made up for it.

The overall stay was quite comfortable . The game room was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Food was awesome too

The heater takes quite a while and it stops working sometimes. Its much needed when we wanted to start our trips early in the day

Breakfast options were limited but decent in taste. Had a good breakfast - 7/10. View of coffee plantation from room, and the property has good greenery and plants all around.

The furniture was cheap and broken, seemed as if purchased from scrap furniture. There's a recreational room, but games are ill-maintained. Paid 4.2k but was worth it, much better options exists definitely.

The location and the staff

We parked our car close to the stay on the farm. It was unfortunate that, the rat ate many electric wires of my car and malfunctioned the electronic system and its sensors, somehow we managed to drive the vehicle very carefully till Kochi and drop the vehicle in service. Needless to say that we spend a good amount to diagnose the problem and to replace the damaged wirings. Be cautious by both (the property management to do something to keep rats away from parked vehicles and also the visitors to keep rat Repellent on your car while parked especially in places like farms.

I enjoyed the breakfast which was freshly made each day. The foods were really great. Only I would like to have the egg options to be included, as it is my usual for breakfast. Overall it was amazing option which was included with my stay.

I feel the room service could be included during the time, like washroom maintenance, extra paper roll etc. I also would like to have easier cab rental option from the estate as it is bit far from the center.

Property nature is good and rooms was well maintained.

The area is superb.located inside the coffee estate.

There are a few things that need to be changed. 1.No Response from reception 2.Food taste is not good 3.Should have been more clean.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. It was more on economical side.

There was no electricity for one night.

Stayed in the twin bedroom suite, very spacious and clean.

Water seepage marks in the bathroom ceiling needs to be fixed.
