Location is good and access to very point very near. Atmosphere was excellent. Rooms are very neat and tide. Value for worth and staff are very professional

The stay was fabulous and very good and anadhar from housekeeping also helped and cleaned our room and the cleaning was also very good the food of the hotel was also very tasty

Since this is a Five Star Facility, it would be nice to have a clean Table Cloth for the Dining Table and also keep the Silverware in a clean Plate or on a clean Napkin. Keeping the the Silverware on the Place Matt is not a hygienic practice considering the Viral diseases going on nowadays.

We are family of 4 with 2 kids age 6 and 3. We stayed here for 4 days and this is the best stay so far for us. Gokulam Grand gave best experiences for breakfast (superior quality food and service), room dining, house-keeping, extremely respectful staff in all departments. 5-star hotel with 5-star experience throughout the stay. In one sentence, if you have kids, then don’t think just come and stay here. You will be amazed by the hospitality.

It was really an exceptional stay/dining experience during our stay at Gokulam Grand tvm from 25h to 26th. They allowed us early check in and provided a beautiful view interconnected rooms . Ajmal from the reception was so kind and helpful, he offered us a discounted brunch as well. Special thanks to him and the entire team for giving us a great experience. Rooms were so clean and the food was awesome. Very near to lulu mall and would highly recommend this hotel for friends/family who want to visit lulu mall.

Lovely , spacious and clean stay with view of lake, infinity pool which also let's you watch sunrise and moonrise through the room glass wall . Special mention to the housekeeping staff arjun and surya who did some very cute things for kids every day with the towel art and the likes .

We celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday at the main restaurant. The food was of course amazing with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager, Parvathy, and her team made sure that everyone was comfortable and everything was taken care of. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for family events and celebrations. A truly 5 star experience.

We recently hosted a dinner get-together at Gokulam Grand, and I would like to share our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience. A special mention to Parvathy, who coordinated the event from our very first conversation until the successful completion of the function. Her support and timely communication made the entire process smooth. Our guests were extremely happy with the buffet arrangements, and the surprise cake-cutting was handled beautifully. The main course was excellent and received a lot of positive comments. The live ice-cream cones were a big hit—especially with the kids! A small area of improvement would be the starters. We felt the variety was a bit limited, and options like chicken nuggets or chicken lollipops would have added to the experience. Overall, the function ended on a very happy note with smiling faces all around. One suggestion for future events: It would be great if you could include a photo corner with good lighting, so guests can capture memorable pictures and selfies. Thank you once again for making our event memorable.

We spent the weekend in Gokulam which was wonderful family trip. The hotel is well maintained our rooms are very clean and comfortable except the AC. Mr.Govind was very good in room service making nice towel animals. The pool was also in great condition. The food was tasty — appam, naan, pulao, and other dishes were all fresh and flavorful. They also gave me a sanitary pad in their own name with a cover to dispose properly. The pad was soft and felt very good to use. The Hotet is close and easy to many locations like LuLu shopping center. Highly recommend this place for a good stay. Really thankful for the experience!

Chose this venue for a Lunch get-together of Mum's distinguished friends and colleagues. Pleased by the welcome provided. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and efficient in accomodating our reservation and requirements. The environment and ambience were tidy and top-notch. The food itself was quite well prepared and suited to our palate. All in all, a memorable experience for everyone involved. I would certainly recommend the venue, and will visit again in the near future. Happened to visit while Lalettan himself was in the building, on account of his felicitation ceremony in the city. Chose GG for a reunion function with attendees coming from far and wide, all 70+ years of age. The team at GG fulfilled all our demands and last minute requests to our full satisfaction. Sabari hall proved to be a good venue for the function- well lit, cooled and with an AV setup satisfactory for our function. F&B - both the kitchen and service team did a great job, serving delightful food with grace and elegance. Thank you Mr. Jobish and team! Room service and HK also did not disappoint. Overall team GG exceeded our expectations. Hope they keep up the standards and offer a satisfying interaction for all guests!

Tye service was the best. The staff were super friendly and my daughter said and I quote,this place is gnarly. The food was really tasty especially the crab meatballs.not to forget,menu is priced tricky...to take a leaf out of it, like fresh lime juice is charged at almost 200 bucks a glass, appam at 50 rs per piece, whereas crab balls is only 500 plus for a plate of 6! Bottom line,5k for a very basic meal of 2 adults and 1 minor is on the higher side,my personal opinion. Having said that positive is,good ambience, cordial staff,great service and good tatse and exceptional musical sense. The playlist was great,all the new pop songs were there, including sabrina carpenter, taylor swift, olivia Rodrigo,gracie abrams,tyla,ect.

The room service and maintenance are exceptional, with prompt and efficient service. Special mention to Vipin and Roney from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job with the room cleaning service. Although we chose the CP package, the breakfast experience fell short of our expectations for a 5-star establishment. The live counter was notably slow, and the replenishment of dishes was inadequate. To improve, we recommend introducing more diverse options to the menu.

The experience during our first time dining visit to the My Place restaurant was very good. The food and service was excellent. We had a partnership with this hotel which we are stopping now. We csme here with iur guests from US for dinner. We were at the rooftop, but the music was played so loud in that we could not talk anything… it was like indirectly asking us to get out… we came down to the restaurant, and still waiting for the bill for the last 30 minutes!!!
