Dimora Thiruvananthapuram

Ok

This property is in the center of trivandrum and the staffs are very friendly

Great property, great staff. The rooms need some upgrades in terms of TV channels, no smart TV, has no fridge until requested.

Great property and great staff…Rooms need to be upgraded in terms of amenities such as TV, fridge

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend for families.

Great location for onward travel being so close to the station. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Would recommend the vegetarian restaurant near the entrance. The room was a little tired but overall comfortable.

Everything was excellent except the front desk response. I had to call the desk 5 times to get an extra towel

Awesome location conveniently located close to the railway station and ksrtc stand. Awesome service and very good breakfast that we ordered to the room. Would definitely recommend especially if coming by train or bus and also very close yo Padmanabhaswamy temple.

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and friendly. It was located in a nice area with lots of food and shops.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel. We had a very good experience. Will be visiting next time when we are in Thiruvananthapuram.

Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping.

Good rooms, good food with many options available. Great staff who work hard to provide good service to the customers. Special shoutout to: Puja Biji Puja Farah Shiju Rakesh For their excellent service rendered during our stay there.

Fantastic location, good convenient hotel with clean rooms. Next to Aryas hotel. Friendly staff.

Hotel is good located, cleanliness to be improved a lot in lifts and common areas. Carpets in common areas are not cleaned properly

The hotel was superb..clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Nice quiet pool and fitness room..the food in the hotel was great. Best Indian food I’ve had in India- beef coconut fry and black lentil dhal especially. Breakfast buffet at £5 for 2 excellent value

The stay was great as the staff was very kind and the service was excellent. Overall Apollo Dimora was a great place to stay, I would recommend this to all the people.

Very decent hotel with polite staff always ready to help. Close proximity to bus and train transport makes it more easier. Clean rooms and though in prime area, very silent. Very comfortable stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. There was a wedding while I was there and the whole front lobby area was full of smoke, this should not happen. I had to get out of there because of the smell and was choking.

Beds not cleaned properly.

Dear Expedia,It's not a 4 start property.. please don't kindly mention the same and mislead people..I have stayed in better properties for a much reasonable price.its not worth the money I spent. Worst service everything closed after 9:30PM. I had to beg so many times for just plates and spoons.Very disappointing.

I like the calm atmosphere of apolo in the middle of the city

The hotel is perfectly placed well back from the main road, just out of the very central area and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. A great rooftop swimming pool with views of the city and lots of restaurants very close by, including good ones in the hotel itself

Staff were very attentive and as we arrived early we were able to check in. The hotel itself is about a 15 minute ride from the airport, taxi and tuk tuk available at the bottom of the driveway. Has a lovely swimming pool and bathing area on the roof top, a good area to chill out and relax, if you want a beer it wont be here. The breakfast buffet in the morning has plenty of choices, overall the hotel was very comfortable and very clean and secure.

Central location, lovely Ambience, helpful staff and good maintenance

Nice experience. Excellent food !

Wonderful place, Delicious breakfast, good ambience, friendly staff.

Good experience

The location, ambiance, amenities are the highlights of Apollo Dimora. That's Why i prefer this hotel during my business days in Thiruvananthapuram. And 'expedia' provides this hotel with a reasonable rate while comparing with others.

Laundry service was poor, Housekeeping service excellent

Stayed 1 night for transit... Jishnu was the manager... very corprating.... rooms spacious and clean Excellent

Customer handling, service, cleanliness, saftey, good atmosphere

It is a clean hotel and the staff are friendly I didn’t enjoy the food

A centrally located Hotel considered excellent for the money spent.Thank you

Staffs very helpful very clean nice place Wonderful holiday i made with my family in this place.

I could have paid much lesser if I had known that the toilets will be not as clean as I had expected from a 4 plus star hotel or if I had known that the management hadn't taken care of the mosquitoes in the room. We also had raw potatoes in the Masala dosa we ordered for breakfast. Internet atlccess had to be provided on a dongle since the hot spot was not working. When this property age's, I don't know what the situation will be given that it is only 1 year old now.

Very modern with good facilities, close to the bus and railway station but down a long drive so quiet. Excellent value. Good view of the city from the roof top pool. The reception staff were very helpful and happily extended check out for us. Nice restaurant but no alcohol despite the modern appearance. The only slight concern was a feeling of being pressured to have the buffet dinner when we were not very hungry. It was nice with plenty of food and too many other diners. A la carte was available but not encouraged

We had diarrhoea after eating their buffet breakfast,so I doubt the quality of the materials used and the way it’s cooked. Staffs are great and pretty nice hotel located in a very convenient location. I would request the management to look at the food aspect of the hotel.

Great location, walking distance to the main temple. The Staff members are very helpful and friendly. I used the Layers SPA few times and the Ayurvedic Therapist - Nandu is excellent.

A very clean and quiet hotel one block from train station and 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The hotel staff are all very professional but the staff in the 2 hotel restaurants are amazing. So helpful and informative they really made our stay memorable and the breakfast and evening meals were very good. This is a good choice when visiting the pleasant city of Trivandrum.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Good food

Pool was excellent. Nice view from the roof. Room and food were 👍 great

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff . I strongly recommend this hotel

Food was very well prepared and presented. They should get rid of the carpets

Hotel close to a congested area. Could have better washroom facilities like soap dispenser instead of just a soap

Great location close to Central Railway Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool on he roof was a real treat. An oasis of calm from the streets below

The hotel is fairly new and well maintained. The gym is very good but the pool soars to be poorly maintained as I got a skin rash all over the body 10 minutes after I got into the water. The rash dissipated once I got out of the pool and had a bath. The room itself had good facilities but smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke which was irritating as all of us are non smokers. If the hotel does not have non smoking rooms they should stay the practice immediately. One quirk I noticed was that the bathroom door was fitted with a door closer which took a long time to close. This was irritating when you needed to use the loo in a hurry and were sharing the room with others.

This place is great! Front desk people need more customer oriented training. Hardly no sound when they they speak. Need to focus on cleaning toilet area to clean with some fragmented cleaning solution. Smell of urine was present and stain of dirt noticed in floor corners of the bathroom floors. Food at hotel is super expensive! Overall this place is great, however needs to keep up with a supervision of cleanness and customer satisfaction. Saw many people, may be mangers walking around in suits. Do not know what they do. Took too long to make decision on room charges they love to keep the price high.

New property and good value for money... very centrally located

The stay at the hotel was good, I stayed for 2 nights and the stay was very comfortable with good hospitality.

Modern centrally located and well connected and code to local attractions. Staff very helpful. Hotel allowed us an early check iin and later upgraded our room when Room smelled of tobacco.Food was excellent especially the inclusive breakfast but the vegetarian restaurant Vega is outstanding . In short a great place for a very comfortable stay

Its feel good hotel with clean and hifi environment. The staff are polite and rooms are very good. I prefer to stay again in the same hotel.

Overall good experience. Hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. They are very much helpful for any doubts for the customers.

Following a gruelling 15 hour train journey , staff were not in the least fazed at our early arrival and could not have made us more welcome. The hotel facilities were excellent and I would love to stay there again.

We decided to book this hotel because it was centralized and the hotel looked new. In fact, it is only one year old. The staff were very helpful and always smiled and greeted us whenever we were at the lobby. Room service was prompt and the room was clean and spacious. The only thing we would like to comment is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the vicinity and the pool can be better maintained since it's on the roof top (raining and sunshine).

We only stayed at the Apollo for one night before a flight out from Trivandrum Airport. It is located next to Trivandrum Central train station and is a 20 minute drive to the airport. We were luckily upgraded to a suite which obviously made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Can not fault the room or the service from staff here at all based on our short stay. Highly recommended.
