The location is excellent – right in Vijay Nagar, a convenient spot near the Mahindra Showroom, with easy access to everything. The hotel’s overall look and room size are decent, the staff was friendly, and the property feels relatively new. However, the hygiene level was completely disappointing and unacceptable. The bed sheets were old, dirty, and clearly used – it looked like the previous guest checked out, they just shook them out or folded them without changing them at all. There were visible stains and a bad smell on the bed. Sleeping on such filthy bedding raised serious concerns about skin infections or allergies, especially for families or anyone with sensitive skin – this is a major health risk. Cleanliness seemed only surface-level; there was no proper deep cleaning or attention to hygiene standards. They market themselves as a “Luxury Boutique Hotel,” but not changing bed linens is completely unacceptable and ruins the entire experience. Because of this, the stay was far from comfortable. If you’re looking for a short stay and prioritize location above all, it might be okay. But don’t expect proper hygiene or good housekeeping here. There are much better options in Indore even in the 3-4 star category.

I liked nothing about the hotel. Not value for money.

I booked 2 rooms online through booking.com for 2 nights. However, on reaching the hotel I didn't like the hotel as it was overpriced looking at the facilities, staff etc... I immediately conveyed my concern to the hotel management. I said that I wanted to modify the booking and decided to stay for 1 night only. Hotel staff showed no interest in helping with the modification, instead they said they'll charge for 2 nights. I modified my booking through booking.com app and the app allowed modification with revised room tariffs. It charged approx 10k that I agreed and paid. Later on, I informed the hotel staff about the modification and conveyed that we'll be checking out next morning i.e. staying only for 1 night. The hotel management said that the modification is not reflected in their booking system. To redress this grievance I tried calling many times booking.com helpline number but no response later it went switched off. I further tried communicating with the booking.com through messages on the grievance redressal portal. No resolution from booking.com. Eventually, I had to pay for a 2 nights stay against my actual stay of 1 night. It's been 2 days now, no resolution from both the hotel as well as booking.com... It's the worst experience I've ever had.

Morning breakfast was quite nice, having varieties and tasty. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. First of all I wanna start with the hospitality of the staff of Aceotel Selct Tulsi Vijay Nagar, Indore. Because that's what I think was the most satisfying thing during my visit. Each and every staff of hotel was very polite and extra caring towards both of us. There hospitality was top notch and we don't have any complains regarding the staffs behavior rather we are very much impressed. Secondly, the quality of hotel as compared to the price is completely justified. I think a hotel being in such a posh area of Indore has very reasonable rates and one can easily stay without burning there pockets. Thirdly, I wanna share one of my personal experience. It was my partner's birthday during my visit. As we have lots of friends and family in Indore we were very busy hence I couldn't plan anything special for her on the night of her birthday however at the last moment Aceotel came to my rescue and on requesting them they did a superb job of decorating my room at a very short notice of time. Overall I had a very splendid experience and would highly recommend the Aceotel for my future stay.

I had not heard of this hotel before I started exploring hotels in Indore for one night stay for my long return trip back to Delhi. As I was not willing to shell out more money to the likes of best western hotels or Effotel by sayaji, I took a chance by booking this hotel based on user rating. Surprisingly it turned out to be better than many high cost branded hotels. Nice location near ring road makes it easy to commute both within and outside the city. Food including breakfast is good and hygienic with variety of cuisines. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Staff is polite and friendly.

Stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 night in Premium room and it was a perfect decision choosing this. Excellent hospitality complimented by delicious food and empathy of all staffs I met during my stay. It was my wife’s birthday and they arranged everything including room decorations at a very nominal charge. Breakfast spread was good and they have a super delicious dinner at a very competitive rates. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh from reception team who went extra mile and worked on his day off to arrange flowers and bouquet to make our day memorable. It was Nice and safe stay, room was nice and descent with Spacious size also one things i didn't see in 4 Star hotels as well is Glass Patrion's in Washroom . The restaurant is hygienic food tasty and you get multiple choice for complementary breakfast. Restaurant at rooftop and very gentle staff at restaurant specially Mr. Sitaram JI. Chef Rahul is my absolute favorite. He prepared food according to my health conditions, whilst ensuring the food tasted great. Each and every dish was simply fantastic and I enjoyed all the dishes he prepared for me. Hence, I would like to thank Chef Rahul and his team for the extremely wonderful service as it definitely made my stay so much better. In addition to this, the housekeeping of the hotel was excellent, the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff attended promptly to all our needs and requests. The staff including the reception staff, was so welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to enjoy their days off in a stress free , calm and relaxing environment. I've stayed in the best of hotels all over the world including Waldorf, New York and Queen Elizabeth, Montreal but never saw such wonderful service as in this small, almost budget hotel, Aceotel Select Tulsi in Indore. The staff is so courteous and go the extra mile to try and provide even services not included in their fare. I stayed here for my business deal and it was truly a home away from home. Brilliant service

It was a pleasant stay at Aceotel Select is value for money and services by all the stuff including reception staff & Housekeeping Staff then house keeping, then restaurant staff and service staff I like there politeness and humbleness with lot of cooperative nature as I am in sales and since last 29 years I visit lots 4* & 5* hotels in India and best hotels but the service of Aceotel Select was really memorable, but they have to covered the rooftop in morning breakfast time it was very Sunny . Staff was very helpful and polite behavior and quality service you can adjust , hotel was centrally located near CHL Hospital & Skye Corporate well connected to all the famous places thank you Aceotel for your best services and memorable stay.
