The location is good. However, it is slightly far from the station & airport. Liked the hospitality of the staff. Dinner was served at midnight piping hot when we arrived.

The bathroom is too small with the accessories & sharp edges of the shelf, hurting.

The hotel room was good with beautiful lights, a comfortable bed, clean washroom and room. The hotel manager Ronit Yadav is very helpful, you should directly talk to him. Location is peaceful, room was comfortable, decent enough big. They allow you to take outside food in your room. Overall the experience was great 😃

Room was small but decent. Looks like the hotel is new. The follow up from the hotel before checking in was nice. The portal for the booking management was nice.

Some of the items in the room didn't work or working poorly 1. Bathroom door lock did not work 2. The intercom did not work, after multiple follow ups, it was fixed. 3. The internet was quite slow 4. The breakfast service was very slow. Had to remind multiple times to serve breakfast.

Fine staying with warm gesture by everyone house keeping staff ,manager, spl mention to Jayaram sharma. I stayed with my family for 6 days,it was comfortable and convenient stay including laundry facility. Most important warm hospitality by all Staff.

I did chk in at 5.45 am but staff was there before me.

Table and chair was not there and clothes hanging facilities was not there.

Great stay and very kind people

It was a very comfortable room and amazing for the price. The driver they arranged for me, Vinod, spoke excellent English and I enjoyed travelling around the temples in Indore and Mandu with him and his wife. I would recommend staying here for any solo travellers looking to explore the area and not knowing where to start.

Sometimes there were language difficulties with the front desk but otherwise everything was very nice, especially for the price.

The cleanness of the rooms and the warm hospitality of the staff make Hotel Ganga Monastery stand out. The roof offers stunning views, and being near the temples and ghats is a huge plus. Great value for money

Low on staff. The service was not upto the mark at all. While the manager at one point screamed at me for complaining abt the lax in service. He tried to make up for it later though. But all in all, need to improve the service and increase housekeeping staff

VILAASITAA IS AT A GOOD LOCATION AND NEAT, CLEAN ROOMS.

SIZE OF BATHROOM IS TOO SMALL. DAILY AFTER ROOM CLEANING, THEY WILL GIVE ONLY ONE TOWEL, KNOWING THERE ARE TWO GUESTS AND ALL DAYS WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR ONE MORE TOWEL. TEA ALSO WAS MADE WITH MORE SUGAR AS WE HAD REQUESTED FOR LESS SUGAR AND LITTLE DARKER IN COLOUR BUT THEY WILL GIVE TEA AS THEY WANT.

The staff was nice and polite. They have a parking spot too but it's not covered.

The rooms are a bit small as compared to the images but it's not an inconvenience.

The staff is rude and lied to us multiple times, we had reached the hotel 10PM in the evening and the rooms were still not ready and they were just giving excuses. The owner was also least bothered and after one point stopped answering our calls Our room had breakfast included but there was no breakfast available at the property
