Der Ort ist schön abgelegen und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Die Bar im 2 Untergeschoss bietet viel Ruhe.

Für unser Zimmer hatte es keinen Lift. Die Koffer hat das Personal hochgetragen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr schlechte Luft. Jedes Mal als wir ins Zimmer zurück gekommen sind hatte es einen üblen Geruch. Nur wenn die Klimaanlage lief, war der Geruch erträglich. Beim Restaurant wurden die Mitarbeitenden vom Personalchef angeschrien… Kein schöner Anblick und keine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre

Animasyon ekibi ve barda çalışan okan ve volkan arkadaşlar iyidi yardımsever ve karşılamada olan öğrenci kardeşim guchan çok yardımcı oldular işlerini severek yapıyorlar.

Temizlik sıfır. 5 yıldıza aldanıp geldik temizlik sıfır odayı teslim aldığımıza çarşaflarda kıl saç vardı. Çift kişilik yatak olarak rezerve yaptığım odada 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler ve farklı yataklar biri alçakta biri yüksekte bu şekilde çift kişilik yapmaya çalışmışlar rezalet. Plaja günde sadece bir servis var saat 10 da gidiyor akşam 4 te alıyor ve tam sizi aldıkları saatte 2-4 arası olan ara öğün makarna hamburger saati kaçıyor. Plajda ise otelin kendine ait barı yok yeme içme ücretli. Yani otelin plajına sabah 10 da gidip akşam 7 de tekrar akşam yemeğine kadar açsınız yer içerseniz sizden çıkar parası. Çoçuk havuzunda gölge şemsiye hiç bişey yok çoçuklar pişti. Odada biten eksikler su şampuan kahve vs ertesi gün yenilenmiyor ayrıca temizlik 2 günde bir yapılıyor oda akşam 3-4 te geldiler biz odadayken temizliğe rahatsız olduk daha saymadığım çok şey var Seneye bedava davet etseler gidip kalmam. Memnuyetsiz zor beğenen kişiler asla değiliz otelde tanıştığımız 3-4 aile aynı şeylerden aynı şekilde şikayetçiydi. Kesinlikle resimlere 5 yıldıza aldanıp gitmeyin benim gözümde 3 yıldız bi otel bile zor olur. Tatilinizi yalan etmeyin uzak durun paranıza yazık onu geçtim geçen günlere yazık. Personelden okan volkan ve guchan dışında herkes suratsız bilgisiz günlük işçi gibi tabak nerde bilen yok kaşık nerde bilen yok havuz katı neresi bilmiyorum. Koca bi bilmiyorum oteli. Gitmeyin paranızla rezil olmayın.

Havuz başında her gün aynı müzikleri dinledik Playlist değişmesi lazım onun dışında çoğu şeyden memnun kaldık

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık.Çalısanlar çok ilgiliydi,özellikle halkla ilişkilwr müdürü ve otelin genel müdürü Serkan Bey e tesekkürler.

Temizlik personeli yetersizdi ve odaların banyolarının tadilata ihtiyacı var.

Das Essen war gut und hat variiert.

Es war überall dreckig im Zimmer, die Gänge zum Zimmer. Es war grundsätzlich nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett wurde noch gewischt. Das Badezimmer war komplett veraltet und dreckig. Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse waren schon sehr schmutzig und fleckig. Die Kellner haben die Tische nicht mit einem Lappen abgewischt, sondern nur abgekehrt. Es gab immer nur zwei Handtücher im Zimmer obwohl wir vier waren und wir mussten immer betteln bei der Rezeption. Schlussendlich hat das Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient.

La Jacuzzi in camera non funzionava bene, qualche difetto. Bagno con un leggero odore di scarico, ma sopportabile. per il resto, tutto benissimo

Faccio una premessa e’ la seconda volta che veniamo in questo hotel e rispetto a 2 anni fa ci sono state tantissime migliorie in particolare la cucina che è a dir poco fantastica, lo staff sempre sorridente e disponibile e ultima chicca non per importanza e’ la spa totalmente rinnovata e vi consiglio vivamente ad acquistare i loro pacchetti le ragazze sono bravissime vi rigenerano nel vero senso della parola.

The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. The hotel’s swimming pools are clean and perfect for a swim. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel grounds are also well-maintained. It’s handy that the hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach. You can also book various entertainment options, excursions and spa treatments at the hotel for an additional fee.

It says the hotel is a 5-star establishment, but that’s debatable. I noticed mould in several places in the room – it would be good if this were sorted out. Also, in the bars and restaurant, freshly squeezed fruit juice is only served at an extra charge. There are also several wasp nests on the hotel grounds – when eating on the terrace, the wasps get into the food. At the hotel, by the swimming pools, music is played every day from 10 am to 11 pm; even if you’re in your room with the windows closed, you can still hear it, so if you’re looking for a quieter holiday, I’d suggest choosing somewhere else. As for the beach – the beach served by the hotel shuttle (which leaves the hotel at 10.30 and returns at around 16.15) is rather poor – it isn’t very clean, the water is green, extremely warm and very shallow – so for a better time by the sea, you have to go to other private beach clubs (around 20 euros for a parasol and sun lounger for one day).

Hôtel très bien situé entre mer et montagne, propre en général et bien entretenu. Notre chambre était face à la piscine et au bar, avec la musique c’était très sympa! Les repas étaient de qualité ainsi que les quantités. Il n’y a que 2 toboggans mais ils sont très bien.

La propreté au niveau de la porte fenêtre qui mène sur le balcon, j’ai dû nettoyer quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait plein de traces de doigts et autres ainsi que le porte de la salle de bain et les portes de placard dans la chambre. Evidemment, la propreté inclus tout dans une chambre, le balcon compris. L’état de la douche est à rafraîchir. Les cocktails au bar sont corrects mais pourraient être améliorés. Nous avons rencontrés des problèmes sur le parking. Nous sommes venus à 2 voitures et pendant la nuit, la voiture de mon beau frère a été saccagée par un sanglier des montagnes ( aux vues de la caméra) car il n’y a pas de grilles de protection partout et de ce fait ils ont accès. La sécurité nous a appelé le matin pour nous prévenir et Il a fallu aller la gendarmerie ce qui a perturbé notre programme de la journée. Le soir même à nouveau, un sanglier s’est attaqué à la voiture d’un autre client, nous sommes arrivés à temps pour qu’il s’en aille mais la voiture était déjà bien abîmée. Nous avons été garé nos voitures de l’autre côté près du poste de sécurité.

La ristorazione è ottima, anche se a buffet, ma tutto veramente buono. La spa altrettanto da provare, relax assicurato. Piscina con scivoli ottima.

La struttura è datata e non viene pulita adeguatamente.Le stanze anche. Al nostro arrivo non avevano cambiato neanche le lenzuola, c'era del sangue e peli pubici. Chiediamo un altra stanza e ci danno una con letti puliti ma comunque bagno con muffa.... Il direttore dice che l'anno prossimo ristruttureranno....

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. DO NOT BOOK. It should be rated as a 1* Food disgusting. Place filthy. Pool area not cleaned in the whole week we were there. Run down in need of knocking down and rebuilding. Room filthy. Shower broken. No maintenance done for years. Linen dirty. Staff rude. Tried to downgrade one of our rooms when we had paid for the upgraded room which was just awful. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. We had a dreadful week and couldn’t wait to get home.

clean, friendly, facilities always available, free indoor pool and jacuzzi, snack bar, drinks always available, food was great, wifi excellent, recommend esim 4s paid £3 for 10gb used 3gb and wifi. staff amazing, Hisaronu market shops and restaurants 10 mins away was great. Tamer the holiday rep was great and he helped me with a refund on quadbike we didnt get although my son is 5ft 9inches !!

10 mins tax drive to beach, each way £5 so £10 return, hotel shuttle bus to beach is once a day at 10.30am and returns 4pm, should have a late one when you have kids its impossible to get them ready and have breakfast too. dont use ATM for cash as you get charged £10, better to take sterling or go to change office in Hisaronu. I would avoid quadbike trip outside hisaronu, one big guy with tatoos was very rude and sprayed water with a hosepipe all over us, sprinkle is fine but you cant mix water and mud on clothes. Speedboat was brilliant

Une vue magnifique, très calme et paisible.

A là réception ils sont souriant mais le reste du personnel n'est vraiment pas accueillant pas un bonjour. Les repas ne sont pas variés,la propreté des chambres reste à revoir mais malheureusement le personnel réclamé du renfort car ils étaient peu nombreux pour faire un travail de qualité.

We come to turkey every summer for an all inclusive holiday and the staff here were by far the friendliest from all the places we have stayed. Great customer service.

They claim to be ultra all inclusive but compared to other resorts it’s barely all inclusive. Ice creams are only available two hours a day, if you don’t eat at the main buffet restaurant there’s nothing else available in between breakfast lunch and dinner. We arrived late after dinner and no food available. Other resorts we stayed at were constantly making things like pizza, waffles, byrek etc during the day to have as pool side snacks which was great with 3 kids that are constantly hungry. We stayed 7 days and didn’t have byrek or baklava once which shocked me, not even on Turkish night?! Very small buffet too, limited options which isn’t great with fussy kids.

The food was ok at times.

The facilities were mouldy. Damp. Cigarette burns in the pillow cases. Staff were helpful would not provide bedding for my children. One had to sleep under a shirt at night. Broken glass in the room we finally got moved to. They gave me the wrong hotel room after I paid for a family suite. Betting that I would not complain. The staff were rude and unhelpful the majority of the time. It took me 5 days to finally get in contact with a manager.

Location was stunning

Was date, the hotel needed a fair amount of maintenance and the bathroom was pretty grim and they put us in the wrong room. And we had to argue to get the right room. We also were not allowed to have a second key card for a room which slept x4 people.

The stuff was friendly, the food was diverse and very tasty, and all shows were amazing. We also got a very comfortable suite room for a family of 4.

1. The shuttle goes 1/day to the sea at 10 am and picks you back at 4 pm. Considering it is summer, it is really hot, and the distance from hotel to the beach and back is big with no safe possibility to walk, one shuttle is not sufficient. Also at the 4pm shuttle there were so many people, they could barely fit. The driver said he won't come anymore. 2. The alcoholic cocktails were extremely diluted+ a lot of ice on top - I could barely taste the drink, the alcool did not feel at all. 3. Sauna and hamam is only open if you book way in advance. In order to go to sauna I had to purchase the package, and even then I could barely stay inside only 2 minutes. This is definitely not enough. 4. We especially asked at the time of booking to put us with another family next room for convenience. At the reception they said we are near but in fact we were in 2 separate buildings.

Rooms are needed to be repaire If you want to visit sauna - you have to book it previously. It’s not good. In our opinion sauna is the feature with unlimited access at 5 star hotel. Transfer to the beach and back to the hotel. One time per day - it’s too bad. You have to add minimum 2 more transfers at 9-30 and 10-00 to the beach, and at 4 pm and 5 pm to the hotel. Water slides- working time is very inconvenient . You have to provide service for the same time as pools work. From 7 am to 7 pm

Voorzieningen en prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Schoonmaak kamers! Badkamer werd niet schoongemaakt! Enorme rioleringsgeur in de badkamer! Niet te doen. De kamer was verder groot en ruim met groot balkon. Je zou dan denken dat er op zn minst door de stank, goede schoonmaak zou zijn. De bedden werden alleen maar opgemaakt en soms paar handdoeken gelegd. Strand “green pine “ waar ze samenwerking mee hebben mag je geen strand noemen! Geeft geen strand gevoel meer een recreatieplas . Past echt niet bij het mooie Fethiye! Jammer. Geen eet en drink gelegenheid bij t strand. Alleen ligbedden en parasol. Gelukkig gingen we met eigen vervoer ipv shuttle. We waren weer zo terug!

Rezervasyon yaparken seçtiğimiz oda ile alakasız bir oda verildi. Rutubetli ve bakımsız, yatak kırık bebek yatağı 1 gün sonra rica ile alabildik. Balkon 1 metre duvar ile çevrili 2 yaşında kızım balkonu asla kullanamadı. Halbuki rezervasyon yaparken cam korkuluklu oda seçmiştik. İlk günümüz odadan çok resepsiyonda geçti yani. Bir şey isteyecekseniz en az 3 kere aramanız gerek. İlk istemede katiyen getirmiyorlar. Hatta bazen o gün değil ertesi gün getiriyorlar.

Mooie locatie, ontzettend lekker eten. Meer en andere keuzes dan in andere hotels. Vriendelijk personeel.

Un peu difficile d'accès. Moi, j'étais véhiculé. Il faut absolument faire le téléphérique et les amoureux de la parapente, c'est un endroit idéal.

Het is mooi gelegen in de natuur en heeft mooi uitzicht. Het eten was prima.

Er mag gewerkt worden aan betere hygiëne, schonere kamers. Het hotel heeft van binnen een opknapbeurt nodig.

Schöne Anlage ( aber keine 5 Sterne wert ) Für Familien auch gut geeignet ! Die Abendshows waren wirklich unterhaltsam.

Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Obwohl die Betten sauber waren, war das Zimmer stellenweise dreckig und es roch stark nach Abfluss. Für die zwei Nächte hat es gerade so gereicht. Fitnessraum: Totaler Schrott alle Geräte sind veraltet oder kaputt. Das gesamte Hotel müsste dringend saniert werden. Service: Einige Angestellte waren uns Deutschtürken gegenüber leider nicht besonders nett. Gastronomie: Das Essen war okay. An der Poolbar gab es Getränke jedoch nur aus billigen Plastikbechern, die den Geschmack komplett verfälscht haben. Wellness (Hamam): Die inkludierten 15 Minuten im Hamam waren reine Massenabfertigung. Man wird regelrecht herausgehetzt, um Platz für zahlende Gäste zu machen. Wenn das der Umgang ist, sollte man es nicht als „All-Inclusive“ anpreisen. Und es gibt ein Handtuch Problem in diesem Hotel !

Es war nicht sauber, nicht mal am Tag der Ankunft. Es waren Essensreste am Boden. Wurde nach Anfrage beseitigt, war aber trotzdem überall schmutzig. Es wurde öfters an der Rezeption und beim Guest Relation Manager gemeldet, immer nur den Antwort, dass es morgen geputzt wird, haben sie in 1 Woche nicht geschafft...

Vzhľadom na umiestnenie hotela ďaleko od pláže, hotelový schuttle bus premava len 1x za deň a zastaví vám len.na zmluvnej pláži a popoludní o 16.00.pride pre vas. Aj keď hotel sa predáva ako ultra all inkluziv,strava je dost jednotvarna,dovozovy alkohol je len za príplatok.

Perfect place, peaceful and calm with the incredible views to Ölüdeniz bay. Hotel is small and private, on the mountain forest, on the Likiya way. So we went a part of this way before the breakfast - perfect opportunity! Restorantı always has places, not crowded which I like a lot during my vacation. Food is fresh and fits my appetite (veg) , kids and my friends, all were satisfied. We changed the room to the smaller one but with amazing view to the sea. There are free shuttle to the sea. Very nice beach with the water color like Maldives. ,

The first room was on the ground floor, there were cats on the balcony ( which might be someone should like :) and a jacuzzi. I ask to change it and hotel agree. Thank you so much for this days! I already recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

Hamam iedere keer met smoesjes niet bruikbaar ivm reserveringen. Kwam niet echt geloofwaardig over. Dan ook niet mee adverteren bij booking.com Een keer gevraagd naar fittnessruimte half antwoord. Zonder enige moeite van de wil om te helpen. Daarom ook geen betaalde massages meer genomen, want het lijkt alleen daarom te gaan. Daar wordt hard voor gelipen. Verder veel massa. Zeker geen all inclusief. Gastvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van laag niveau. Handdoeken die niet aangevuld werden op kamer. Kan gebeuren maar drie keer moeten bellen naar receptie of ze die willen brengen en daar een uur op moeten wachten past niet bij een vijf sterren accomodatie. Kamers en badkamer gedateerd.

Вид из номера потрясающий, 100 из 10. Рядом Ликийская тропа, чудесный пляж и канатная дорога доступны (в 5-ти минутах) на такси, которое легко вызывается. Еда достаточно разнообразная, всё вкусно. Всегда свободные лежаки у бассейна. Традиционные мини-диско, детский клуб и минимальнвя ненавязчивая анимация для взрослых. По сравнению с другими вариантами рядом это очень выгодный по цене вариант. Отель подойдет для не слишком притязательных туристов. В целом мы довольны отдыхом.

Чистота не идеальная во всех пространствах, в том числе в ресторане. В номере убрали всего 1 раз за неделю. Несколько раз горничная как специально подгадывала, когда мы возвращались в номер (всегда в разное время), и отказывалась подождать 10 минут, чтобы мы собрались и освободили номер. В один из дней сломался лифт до нашего этажа и не работал несколько суток, позже мы уехали. Трансфер от отеля привозит на весьма сомнительный пляж. Но всегда доступны рядом другие очень красивые пляжи, есть бесплатные и патные варианты.

Еда, бассейн, расположение отеля. Цена-качество.

Номерной фонд устарел. Что то да сломано. Отель нуждается в хорошем ремонте. Ресепшн не всегда владеет информацией, всегда куда то кому звонят чтобы ответить на вопросы.

The hotel looks tired and the rooms need upgrading as as there’s a lot of repairs need doing broken equipment tiles missing steps broken

1. Очень приятный и вежливый бармен в лобби-баре. 2. Питание было хорошим, еды всегда хватало. 3. Несколько бассейнов с подогревом. 4. Бутилированная вода была доступна в любое время. 5. Вечерние шоу и анимация были хорошего качества.

1. Номер оказался в очень плохом состоянии и совершенно не соответствовал фотографиям на Booking. Отсутствовали стулья, зеркала были разбиты, двери скрипели, вентиляция в ванной не работала, унитаз был неисправен, освещение не работало (как оказалось, мы просто НЕ вкрутили лампочку!), диваны на террасе были грязными. 2. Работа ресепшена оставила крайне негативное впечатление. При просьбе заменить номер нам сразу отказали, сославшись на отсутствие свободных номеров, несмотря на то, что бронирование было оплачено за 2,5 месяца до приезда. После обращения к менеджеру и требования предоставить номер надлежащего качества сотрудник ресепшена заявил: «Хотите - оставайтесь, не хотите - уезжайте». 3. Уборка номера фактически отсутствовала. За 4 дня пребывания уборку не провели ни разу. На четверых гостей был предоставлен всего один кусочек мыла. Для двуспальной кровати было выдано односпальное одеяло. 4. На баре возле бассейна столы практически не убирались. Постоянно грязь, жир, сложно куда-то не вступить, брезгливым лучше туда не заходить. Также нам отказали в выдаче мороженого за 5 минут до закрытия. 5. В ресторане регулярно не убирали столы. приходилось самостоятельно искать персонал и просить убрать посуду или принести приборы. 6. Коммуникация персонала с гостями практически отсутствует. За все время пребывания мы не увидели ни приветливого отношения, ни элементарной улыбки. 7. Трансфер до пляжа организован неудобно: всего один рейс туда и один обратно в день. Из-за нехватки мест некоторые гости ехали стоя. 8. Пляжные полотенца пришлось ждать около 40 минут. Персонал не мог объяснить, кто отвечает за их выдачу и когда их можно получить. 9. Отель выглядит очень старым и неухоженным. При этом виды и расположение действительно красивые, что делает ситуацию ещё более обидной.

The ultra all inclusive formula is very convenient. The room is quite big and very close to the pool. The cuisine is wonderful and full of Turkish delights. The pools are many. The private beach is also very convenient for toddlers. Great value for the price.

Unfortunately there's likely an issue with the sewer. This can bring bad smell in the room above all in the afternoon and at night. It is advisable to close the toilet seat and the door and to buy some toilet scent. The miniclub should propose some activity. For kids there were few things. The water slides should stay open more time.

We were given a used dirty room, open shower toiletries, with a broken bed, and the toilet had sewerage smells coming in. But what was really upsetting was the reception desk attendant took my wife into the room and ignored the state of the room. Only when I called Reception, did the Manager give us a new room. It seems that either the place is in disrepair, or maintenance is being done without consideration for the guests.

Spa was closed during my stay which is half of everything and the hotel management have refused to offer partial refund even tho i was never informed its closed as confirmed as well from booking.com so felt like a scam since i booked it specifically for this feature

Hotel Garcia in Turkije is een absolute aanrader voor reizigers. Het hotel voldoet aan alle eisen en biedt zeer comfortabele kamers die in prima staat verkeren, grotendeels met een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad. Ook het eten is van goede kwaliteit en goed verzorgd. Een groot pluspunt is de ligging direct naast een schitterend wandelpad, ideaal voor wie houdt van de natuur en wandelen in plaats van alleen het strand. Wij bezoeken deze plek inmiddels jaarlijks en zijn nog nooit teleurgesteld!

Was een minpunt. In april en mei waren sauna en wellness gesloten door renovatie. Maar binnenkort gaat open.

The view but this can be found anywhere in the area

It saddens me to write this review as I had come to this hotel in 2023 and the hotel was great and had exceptional service so I decided to return to this hotel, biggest mistake of my life. I’m disappointed I did not take many photos at the time as initial I was not going to complain however after events escalated over the week, I regret not taking as many photos in hindsight. Upon arrival I was greeted at the hotel, and then taken to my room it was very late night so I did not fully inspect the room at the time I just wanted to sleep, and went straight to bed. I was woken up two hours later to a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, I went to asses the bathroom at this point and at the point the strong smell hit me caused me to vomit it was that bad. This was in the middle of the night and did not want to cause any trouble so I waited until the morning, I struggled to get any sleep that night so sat on the balcony to get away from the smell and managed to get a hour sleep on the balcony when entering back in the apartment morning I went back to bathroom to discuss that the walls were also covered in black mould and the bedroom also had black mould all over the walls. I immediately call reception who inform me so one will be within the hour to asses this was at 7am. Waited until 11am no one ever came, missed breakfast at this point. I recalled reception who and at this point I explained I’ve waited in all morning and will not wait any longer as this my holiday and I want to go and enjoy myself and get this mould infested room. The receptionist said please enjoy you day and we will get someone to assess. I came back from the day at beach, and went straight to reception to check what they have assessed and how we can resolve this. She apologised and said all the cleaners have now gone home and we have no one in to assess however they can give me a new room tomorrow. So I had another sleepiness night because of the strong scent.

Das einzig positive war, dass die Unterkunft beim Start des Lykischen Weges liegt. Das Essen war Top, das eigentlich ein Standard für die Türkei ist.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Ich glaube, dass das Hotel seine Sterne hauptsächlich wegen des Pools und des Hamams erhalten hat, aber insgesamt wirkte es eher wie ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Es mangelt stark an Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Die Damen an der Rezeption wirkten, als hätten sie genug von ihrer Arbeit, und beschwerten sich sogar hinter dem Rücken der Gäste. Außerdem waren sie sehr unorganisiert – sie konnten nicht einmal eine Visitenkarte aushändigen. Es wäre empfehlenswert, die Englischkenntnisse zu verbessern, da die meisten Gäste Englisch sprechen. Das Hotel benötigt dringend ein enormes Upgrade. Eine Generalsanierung wäre definitiv von Vorteil. Die Türen, Möbel, Sonnenliegen und auch das Restaurant-Equipment wirken sehr alt und abgenutzt. Teilweise sind die Wasserabläufe der Waschbecken verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen kann. Im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel sowie aufgequollene und beschädigte Holzmöbel durch Feuchtigkeit. Die Toilettensitze müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, da die Urinflecken extrem sichtbar und nicht mehr entfernbar sind. Außerdem habe ich das Gefühl, dass viele der positiven Bewertungen von Bots erstellt oder gekauft wurden. Aufgrund der Bewertungen habe ich dieses Hotel gebucht, aber ein zweites Mal werde ich definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Das erste Zimmer war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Es lag Müll im Zimmer – unter dem Bett und an den Tischrändern. Kaugummi über das Bett. Der Boden und das Badezimmer waren offensichtlich nicht gereinigt worden und sehr schmutzig. Ich musste die erste Nacht in einem dreckigen Zimmer verbringen. Als ich mein Geld zurückverlangen und abreisen wollte, bot man mir am nächsten Tag ein alternatives Zimmer an. Gegen 14:40 Uhr erhielt ich als Entschuldigung ein Doppelzimmer mit direktem Poolzugang. Leider war dadurch der gesamte Tagesplan ruiniert. Das neue Zimmer wurde auf Anweisung gründlich gereinigt.

Отель далеко не 5* и даже не 4*, я бы дал уверенные 3* и вот почему: в номерах уборка посредственная, пыль на лампочках и выступающих поверхностях, отель повидал лучшие времена, теперь стены не крашены к сезону, дверь в ванной облупилась, еда - пойдет. У нас были только завтраки. Плюсы: виды с балкона - берите номер с видом и не пожалеете, с утра не жарко потому что тень от горы, по красный вид на закате, и самое главное - доступ в пешей доступности к ликийской тропе - это диодный плюс. Приедем ли мы еще? Да, только ради вида с балкона и ликийской тропы.

We verbleven 9 nachten in dit hotel. Het hotel heeft een prachtig uitzicht en het personeel deed echt zijn best en was vriendelijk. Ook het eten was uitgebreid en gevarieerd, al miste het vaak smaak. De harde muziek in het restaurant vonden wij wel storend.

Helaas zijn de kamers erg verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. In de badkamer zat schimmel en er hing een sterke rioollucht. De hygiëne viel tegen en de kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, terwijl dat met 5 personen wel nodig is. Hoewel het hotel relatief betaalbaar was, mag je altijd basis hygiëne verwachten. Zelfs in sommige 3-sterrenhotels hebben we schonere kamers gezien. Misschien was dit hotel 20 jaar geleden echt een 5-sterrenhotel, maar dat gevoel kregen wij nu niet meer. Wij boekten dit hotel speciaal vanwege het verwarmde binnenzwembad dat vanaf 1 mei open zou zijn, maar dit bleek helaas gesloten. Gelukkig heeft Booking.com hiervoor compensatie geregeld. Op onze laatste dag was ons ontbijt voor vertrek naar de luchthaven beloofd, maar dit hebben we uiteindelijk niet gekregen.

Отель был выбран и забронирован на 1 ночь, потому что далее планировался трекинг по ликийской тропе, которая начинается рядом с отелем. Для тех, кто едет отдыхать на море и без машины, стоит сильно подумать, т.к. отель находится на большом расстоянии от любой цивилизации и моря. Понравился завтрак - весьма хорош. Кровать удобная, белье свежее. Прекрасный вид с балкона и других локаций отеля на бухту Олюдениза. Атмосфера природы и леса вокруг. За 45 евро нас вполне все устроило.

Геолокация на гугл и букинге отмечена некорректно. На самом деле отель находится дальше, и к нему нужно спускаться с горки. В ванной был странный запах, уборка неидеальная, на балконе пыль, мебель уставшая, всего один пуф в номере, сидеть не на чем. СПА не работало, как и почти все уличные бассейны - все находится на ремонте. На 1-2 ночи нас все устроило, но на целый отпуск я бы там оставаться не хотела, пока отель не приведут в порядок.

Great location, views, value for dollar in the off-season

Very tired. Broken elevator—the one that worked was located in the cleaning cupboards. Kind of hard to navigate with luggage. Food was plentiful and very solidly mediocre. But, if you’ve got kids, they’ll love it and your life will be easier.

Rooms were really smelly and we had to change room which wasn’t great either. Beds had smoke smell embedded and bathroom and balcony was so filthy that kids refused to use it. There was a broken glass next to the lift which took more than 24 hours for the staff to clean. Food quality was so below par.
