Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Alles war sehr gut erreichbar. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber hat täglich gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Hat uns stets bei allem weitergeholfen. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Leider war es sehr hellhörig. Nichts für (m)einen sehr leichten Schlaf.

Camas cómodas, wifi, buena ubicación, amable en la atención de recepción

Nos sentimos cómodos. Tenía baño amplio, lugar limpio, la escalera interior era algo empinada pero con bonita decoración. Fue muy útil el frigobar, clóset y hervidor de agua.

En la habitación que nos tocó había un ruido leve del edificio relacionado a ductos de ventilación.

Además de la ubicación y limpieza, lo que más destaco es la amabilidad del personal: Salih hizo todo para que nuestra estadía fuera lo más cómoda posible y nos ayudó en varios temas! Muy agradecidos de sus gestiones!

La pieza tiene un tamaño justo, pero la cama es muy cómoda y el baño también, moderno y limpio!

O quarto era muito confortável e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Bem que poderiam substituir os armários vazios por um microondas. Isso ajudaria os hóspedes na alimentação noturna, por exemplo.

Nos tocó una habitación en el tercer piso y no tienen ascensor.

Foarte aproape de Marele Bazar și aproape de restaurante, farmacii, magazine. Camera foarte curată, perfectă pentru călătoria nostră. Personalul minunat, a fost de mare ajutor oricând, recomand cu drag, vor revenii cu siguranță! Recomand cu drag!

Shops nearby are good and pretty cheap. Room is clean and you have flip flops. The hotel staff is really nice and will help you with everything you need from information about the zone or restaurants recommandations or even things like an iron. The check in and check out went smoothly.

The location is not the prettiest and you have to walk around 15 minutes to get to the common transportation. However you are also 15-20 minutes of walking from blue mosque. The room pretty small and a bit of rust in the bathroom. Depending on the room you might get one to the street and it is a bit noisy.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel et la chambre, qui correspondait parfaitement aux photos. Une mention spéciale au réceptionniste, très attentionné et aux petits soins, qui s’est assuré que je ne manquais de rien et a fait bien plus que le nécessaire pour rendre mon séjour agréable.

The owner was very friendly. Although there is no lift, he helped us carry them. What is more, it was very easy to contact him. I don't complain about anything.

L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs sites emblématiques, notamment la Mosquée Bleue. L'hôtel est également très proche du Grand Bazar ainsi que des transports en commun (tramway et bus).

La ubicación es muy buena a pocos minutos de todo , lo único que queda un poco más retirado es la torre gálata, la atención es súper buena, el encargado de súper amable

Very comfortable stay and exceptional client service, the host was very polite, friendly and very helpful

The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The stuff is super helpful and nice. The room was clean, air-conditioned and soundproof. The additional breakfast was delicious, really worth paying for it.

We liked everything. One thing worth mentioning is the pretty steep staircase, so a ground-floor room might be a better option for some, although the view is nicer upstairs. Our room was at the top, and for us it was perfect.

Camera dotata di tutti i confort e pulita. A 10 minuti dal grand bazar, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto. L’host gentilissimo, super disponibile, ci ha aiutato con tante informazioni

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The rooms were great and in a good location, right next to everything you would need and want to visit.

You could hear the noise when people come into the hotel late at night or any animal noises, however it wasn't loud enough to really be an issue for me. The sea view for the room we got wasn't really great either.

Établissement très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre était confortable. L’équipe de l’hôtel est avenante et disponbile.

O hotel fica numa zona calma e é muito bonito. O quarto estava muito limpo e tinha uma vista excelente para o mar. O senhor da recepção esteve sempre disponível para ajudar, demonstrando preocupação constante connosco.

Séjour très agréable. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant. La chambre était très propre et bien entretenue, avec des équipements pratiques (une bouilloire, un coffre-fort...) La salle de bains était particulièrement belle et moderne. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du centre et des principaux sites touristiques.

Lage ist sehr zentral ! Hotelmanager ist sehr freundlich und versucht sein bestes es für die Gäste passend zu machen !

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr laut aber als wir das angesprochen haben hat uns der Hotelmanager ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt und das war deutlich angenehmer

Not too expensive. Decent location, not too far from touristic sites. Helpful, reactive and nice host. The TV has integrated Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted in a small dark hallway with a small desk and big screen with camera footage which gave us the impression of an escape game room rather than a hotel. The host then showed us our room, which was not the one we originally booked. Only after we made the remark that the shown room was not the one we booked, we were informed that the room was unavailable due to plumbing issues that had not been fixed before our arrival. It took 3 days to fix that issue, in the meanwhile we were given "temporary" room at the ground floor, in which we spent 3 nights, almost half of our stay. This room was particularly small and borderline claustrophobic, there was not much space around the bed. It was also next to the street which was a bit noisy at night due to traffic and, because it was on the ground floor, the bathroom had a stench from the sewers system. We spent 4 subsequent nights in the originally booked room after the plumbing issue was fixed. However, the problems did not stop there. On our last day we suddenly didn't have hot water during shower. Even though the issue was resolved by the host within 1h, this was a very unpleasant experience and it is unacceptable for a respectable hotel. The host was really trying to be helpful by offering us one breakfast and buying us snacks once we expressed our disappointment with the unavailability of the room, however the issues listed are far too important to be overlooked. My advice is to increase your budget slightly and look for something else, if you want a pleasant stay.

Very kind and friendly people. Helped us a lot through our staying, being 100% ready for any request 24/7. The rooms were clean and tidy.

A bit hard to find as there is no sign outside (or didnt notice)

The room was clean, cosy and the building looks nice and renovated. Location is very good, a lot of restaurants nearby. Also top atractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia) are walking distance just keep in mind that the walk is uphill. The owner was really nice and responsive. There was an issue with the plumbing in the first night at the hotel so we had to sleep in another hotel but we received 2 breakfasts as sorry gesture.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were helped with carrying our luggage, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The water pressure was excellent, which was a big plus 😊 The staff were always in touch, checking if everything was okay and ready to help at any time. When it rained, they even provided us with an umbrella, and they also arranged an airport transfer for us at a good price — very convenient. The location is great: there are many restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, a park, and a bus station with easy access to the Egyptian Bazaar. Sultanahmet is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a very pleasant experience and great value for money 👍

All was perfect.

El personal es muy bueno, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron y comunicacion continúa. Las camas son muy cómodas, la habitación es como se ven las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del transporte público y tienes comercios y comida a los alrededores.

Tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche, en la habitación que nos asignaron había un ruido continuo, se lo comunicamos al personal y fueron muy amables de cambiarnos de habitación al día siguiente, nos escribieron y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, así que contentos.

The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Das Personal war hervorragend und die Lage war perfekt. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kommt überall in 30 min zu Fuß. Sehr sehr sauber.

The rooms had everything that we needed, it was very clean, and the location was central. The personnel was extremely friendly, they told us we can contact them at any time and they were always available to help. Special things to Hadi really went out of his way to help us! 😊

The rooms are maybe a little bit small, and the towels were not changed during our stay. I am sure we could’ve asked for a change, but we did not need it for the time that we spent there.

Camerele sunt de o curățenie excepțională, bine dotate, destul de izolate de zgomotul traficului de afară. Zona bună, ai 2 stații de tren care duc în zone diferite, e ok și de mers pe jos (20 min până în Sultanahmet unde sunt toate atracțiile). La 1 stradă distanță ai o zonă întreagă cu terase și la 5 min de hotel ai un magazin mic cu tot ce vrei. DOAMNA DE LA STAFF, ESTE EXCEPȚIONALĂ!!! Vom reveni cu drag
