Reviewed Sep 13, 2026旧市街地のど真ん中と言ってもよい場所にあり、アヤソフィア、地下宮殿、トプカプ宮殿に近い点です。部屋も綺麗でスタッフも丁寧でした。僕のイチオシはモーニングです。大変美味しく朝ごはんを楽しみに毎朝起きていました。また宿泊したいと思える施設です。
廊下の声が割とはっきり聞こえるので、他の観光客の声がうるさかったですし、音に気をつけて過ごしていました。 また、レストラン街の真ん中にあり、外で大きな声で歌ったりしてる観光客が居るとうるさい点です。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La ubicación, la limpieza ,la decoración , el desayuno , la amabilidad del personal , que nos gestionó los transfer privados al aeropuerto y fue todo genial.
Nuestra habitación en la primera planta daba a la parte de atrás, y aunq eso la hacía más silenciosa , no solo las vistas eran más que feas si no que a la terraza podía acceder cualquiera, llegaba directamente una escalera de otros pisos y los tejados del edificio de enfrente.

El señor que controlaba el comedor era de 10..que hombre tan atento y educado... super limpio...a 5 minutos andando hasta las mezquitas...15 minutos al gran bazar... Realmente fue perfecto todo.

Просторный номер со всеми удобствами (одноразовые тапочки, гели, шампунь, чай, кофе, чайник). Разрешили нам оставить вещи и дождать трансфер в отеле до 18:00, хотя мы выселились в 12.
Местоположение по своему является и минусом. У нас под окнами были разные бары, где до ночи играла музыка. Также слышно молитву с мечетей поблизости под утро. Шумоизоляция слабовата, очень слышно все что в коридоре происходит. Ну и кондиционер долго разгонялся.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Great size room, fantastic location and lovely staff! Reception is open 24/7 which was great for my arrival time being 2:30am! The door handle to my room was playing up and the staff ensured it was fixed the next morning. Very prompt!
I was there for 3 nights and my room was cleaned and towels changed everyday - this was unnecessary and not very sustainable. A sign to put on the door that you do or don’t want your room cleaned would be a good addition.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Das Hotel liegt SEHR zentral im Zentrum von Istanbul auf der europäischen Seite. Alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Joghurt, Kaffee, Süßspeisen, Eierspeise, Wurst, Käse und Brot war gut. Es gibt auch noch einige interessante, ich nehme an türkische Speisen, welche wir aber nicht gekostet haben. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Wenn man ein Zimmer auf der Straßenseite der Restaurants hat muss man schon damit rechnen, dass es bis Mitternacht etwas lauter ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber ok!
Frühstück könnte noch etwas europäischer ausfallen. Ist aber vollkommen ausreichend.

AC was temperamental which was difficult in mid-summer. Rooms very hot. Could hear everything from the bathrooms in adjacent rooms Breakfast was grand but avoid the coffee.

Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e gentilissimo. I servizi sono davvero top: noi abbiamo usufruito anche della navetta per l’aeroporto la mattina presto ed è stata comodissima e puntuale. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!

Durante nuestra llegada al hotel tuvimos un problema con el pago. Aunque indicamos que queríamos pagar con tarjeta, se nos exigió hacerlo en efectivo, algo que no estaba indicado previamente en nuestra reserva. Además, al pagar en euros nos informaron de que no disponían de cambio, por lo que tuvimos que reunir el importe exacto en monedas. La situación y la forma en que se gestionó en recepción nos resultaron muy incómodas y dejaron una mala impresión. Posteriormente, el hotel se puso en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp para pedirme que modificara o eliminara mi valoración de Booking.com. Considero que ambas situaciones deben ser tenidas en cuenta.

Маленькие грязные номера, воняет канализацией, потеки ржавой воды на потолке, не работала сплит система, балкон выходил в узкий проулок с вытяжками ресторановне , балкон в птичьем помете. Не соответствие отзывов и фото на букинге, . Нам предложили улучшеный номер, он оказался таким же грязным и вонючим. Менеджер отеля отказался вернуть стоимость, все мои письменные жалобы в букинг, отель игнорирует. Менеджер отеля вел себя по-хамски. Не советую этот отель.

They were happy to answer my questions, provide recommendations, and assist whenever I needed something. The overall experience at the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The staff made a positive impression because they were approachable and genuinely made me feel welcome. Good customer service can really make a difference during a trip, and the team here definitely made my stay more enjoyable. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to help. Even with simple requests or questions, they responded professionally and with a friendly attitude. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit. A special thank you to the receptionist for being so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our room had modern double glazing so we enjoyed peaceful sleeps in a wonderfully quiet room. It’s very easy walking distance to the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and other amazing sites in the area. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the staff were fabulous and there are loads of restaurants to choose from right outside front door.

Маленькие грязные номера, воняет канализацией, потеки ржавой воды на потолке, не работала сплит система, балкон выходил в узкий проулок с вытяжками ресторановне , балкон в птичьем помете. Не соответствие отзывов и фото на букинге, . Нам предложили улучшеный номер, он оказался таким же грязным и вонючим. Менеджер отеля отказался вернуть стоимость, все мои письменные жалобы в букинг, отель игнорирует. Менеджер отеля вел себя по-хамски. Не советую этот отель.

Street, hotel is based on, is a bit crowded and noisy, so it may be an issue if your room is close to the ground and have windows to this street.

A localização é muito boa, permitindo visitar facilmente os principais pontos de interesse da zona sem grandes deslocações. Os funcionários foram sempre simpáticos e prestáveis, com um agradecimento especial ao colaborador adepto do Fenerbahçe que nos recebeu de forma excelente e fez questão de nos ajudar a organizar o transfer para o aeroporto, o que facilitou bastante o final da viagem. O quarto tinha boas condições, estava confortável e não sentimos falta de nada durante a estadia. No geral, foi uma boa experiência e recomendamos para quem procura uma estadia bem localizada e com um atendimento simpático.
Relativamente ao pequeno-almoço, existia alguma variedade e oferta disponível, embora, pudessem ter mais opções continentais.

No nosso quarto a cada x minutos o autoclismo da casa de banho fazia muito barulho sem ninguém ter interagido com ele. Os quartos são pequenos, ainda que seja suficiente.

Рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков с высокими оценками и действительно вкусной едой. Номера чистые, комфортные, есть всё необходимое для проживания. В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление — удобный, аккуратный и отлично подходит для поездки.

Our room was really small and didn't have much natural light. The hotel is located on one of the most touristy streets in Istanbul so really central for getting to tourist destinations, but a bit intense because the street is always very busy.

Le bruit… l’hôtel est situé dans une ruelle avec pleins de restaurants et le samedi soir c’était trop bruyant jusqu’à 2h du matin. J’ajouterais qu’il manque un pommeau de douche dans la salle de bain.

Завтраки достойные, учитывая размеры отеля (порядка 16 номеров) - омлет обычный и с томатами, картошка с сосисками, 2-3 вида сыров, 5-6 салатов, зелень, сухие завтраки, выпечка. Живописных видов из окна не стоит ждать. Все-таки это старый город и улицы застроены соответственно - здания невысокие, небольшие и стоят вплотную друг к другу. Номер убирали ежедневно, чай-кофе и воду пополняли, в ванной полотенца, мыло, гель и шампунь имеются. Еще были холодильничек и сейф. Отель однозначно рекомендую.

No real complaints. The sheets and duvet were a bit small for the bed but we managed fine.
