Als wir das Zimmer betreten haben kam uns ein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, das Badezimmer hat ganz schlimm nach Abfluss gerochen, die Toilette war nicht abgespült(trotz reinigungshinweis)da war noch ein Geschenk vom vorherigen Gast drin, und der Seifenspender war komplett leer. Als wir uns darüber beschwert haben, dass das Badezimmer unangenehm riecht, kamen zwei Mitarbeiter ins Zimmer und haben im Bad einen Duft versprüht und Chemikalien in die Abflüsse geschüttet. Dem einen Mitarbeiter hat es scheinbar nicht gepasst, dass wir uns beschwert haben, er kam ins Zimmer und ich hab weder ein Hallo, noch tschüss von ihm gehört. Als er fertig war, ging er kommentarlos aus dem Zimmer. Danach konnten wir das Bad nur noch mit Schuhen betreten, weil alles daneben gegangen ist. Naja dann hat das Zimmer nach Abfluss+chemikalien gero chen. Mit Kinder ist dies eigentlich unzumutbar. Gut, dass wir nur eine Nacht da waren (wenige Stunden)

Die Zimmer waren wirklich wunderschön und individuell! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tatsächlich nicht viel!

Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und nicht ansprechend! Auswahl.war limitiert.. Qualität eher nicht gut. Die Räume sehen auf Fotos irgendwie gut aus aber die Räume haben Mängel! Der Höhlenlook ist künstlich gemacht und bröckelt von der Decke, so das man permanent Sand und Klumpen auf dem Bett hast, während des Schlafes! Klappdeckel fiel immer zu, es gibt keine richtige Tür zum Bad, so das jeder hören kann, was im Bad vor sich geht! Einiges ist provisorisch gemacht.. Das Hotelerlebnis ist leider schlechter gewesen als die Bewertung es erhoffen lässt. Deswegen möchte ich hier eine ehrlichere Bewerbung angeben... Auf den Hinweis des bröckelnden Putzes, hat man einen Laken über das Bett gespannt.... Auf die Frage eines anderen Zimmers, wollte man uns ein Upgrade für 10000 TL mehr die Nacht anbieten aber mit der gleichen Problematik! Naja, Gastzufriedenheit geht anders... Wir haben den Aufenthalt leider nicht genießen können und waren froh abreisen zu können... Ich hoffe diese Mängel werden behoben und der Gast etwas besser gehört werden..

A személyzet előzékeny, figyelmes és kedves. A szobák design-ja nagyon tetszett! Az egész nagyon hangulatos, a recepció pedig éjjel-nappali.

A reggeli lehetett volna bőségesebb és változatosabb! A földszinti apartmanok ablaktalan fürdőszöbája néha fülledt, áporodott szagú. Az emeletiekkel nincs semmi baj! Az utcán kevés a parkoló hely.

Amazing stay in Cappadocia! The cave-style room was beautiful and very unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and the atmosphere was peaceful. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Excellent rooms, and interiors matching a cave, but still cozy, and innovative room warming techniques. Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful. Less traffic area, still a just short drive from the central areas. Just 1-2km from a mall.

Breakfast could have been better. We can survive 2 days, but more than that its hard to live on that.

First of all in that hotel staff was rude and once my daughter got hurt and was bleeding but the staff didn't even care they were continously saying that be quiet. I am giving you a suggestion to make this in a school.

The cave hotel design, the breakfast and the location were cool

The wifi internet connectivity was not good and the mobile network (vodafone) couldn’t find its way to the bedroom. So- forget scrolling through reels or youtube from the bedrooms…

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Oktober im Lost City Cappadocia Hotel. Wir haben das Hotel relativ spontan und spät am Abend gebucht, das einchecken etc. lief trotz dessen problemlos ab. Das gebuchte Zimmer war die Junior Suite. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir leider Festellen dass es extrem kalt war und die angebliche Fußbodenheizung nicht funktionierte. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen Heizstrahler bekommen und somit war das erste Problem fürs erste erledigt. Das Hotel ist an sich groß und wie eine Art offene Villa aufgebaut und ähnelt den offenen Häusern in der türkischen Provinz Mardin

Leider war der Toilettendeckel kaputt, das Zimmer zu beginn viel zu kalt und von der Decke und den Wänden krümelte es die ganze Zeit herunter, teilweise auch aufs Gesicht...was sehr unangenehm war. Das Buffet war in Ordnung aber auch hier war der Saal viel zu kalt genauso wie auch im Zimmer. Dadurch dass das Hotelzimmer keine Fenster hatte ist es schwer morgens aus dem Bett zu kommen, aber das sollte einem schon bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Das Bad war einigermaßen sauber. Aus dem Waschbecken hat es jedoch unangenehm gerochen, es war definitiv nicht gründlich genug geputzt worden. Auch auf der Ablage neben dem Waschbecken war es staubig und die kleine Ablage worauf die Shampoos und die Seife lagen schien etwas modrig. Im allgemeinen liegt das Hotel sehr abgelegen von den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten, es gibt im gleichen Preissegment weitaus bessere Unterkünfte mit denen man nicht zwingend auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Es gibt zudem in der Umgebung nicht so viele Restaurants etc. also ist bei einem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ein Auto zwingend notwendig.

The view from terrace is nice at night and in the morning. Some staff are nice.

It is suffocating. It has a disgusting smell coming from drainage. The man-made stone or walls falling anywhere most specially in bed. Waking up with tiny thing or sands. The place is a man-made cave not as what we expected from nature. They dont mention on details. It is 15mins away from goreme village which taxi is expensive vise versa. Inconvenient for restaurants and other views. Not advisable for walking. Some staff are rude they dont speak english. The breakfast are no no.

I was travelling for my daughter during her fall holiday. We chose Lost City Cappadocia and we are very happy with our choice: the stuff was amazing, treating us like we were their friends or family members, not clients. The hotel Manager Jayla or the housekeeping lady Layla there were our main communicating parties since they were speaking English pretty well. There was no issue that we have raised and Jayla not to solve, she is amazing.

The wi-fi was rather slow and light inside the room was also quite weak, but I guess they were looking to create a Cave Atmosfere, so this did not bother us too much.

Sehr schöne Aussicht sehr ruhig Personal war sehr nett Zimmer aber sehr schön aber wir hatten Problem mit einem Lichtschalter war sehr erheblich aber nur eine Kleinigkeit keit, Frühstück war super

Мръсно на пода. Не работещ/счупен големия душ в банята. Имаше дупка в тавана за кумин от която падат боклуци в стаята.

Como coloquei na avaliação anterior, minha estadia foi pessima, só que ressaltar que haviam 2 atendentes gentis na recepção, que como funcionários fizeram o melhor diante da situação deplorável

Alem de tudo que relatei, pra tudo tem escadas de pedra lisa, no ultimo dia choveu, o piso não tem nenha proteção ante queda é muito liso, o risco de um acidente grave é muito grande, se a pessoa for idosa pelo amir de Deus não vá a esse hotel, questão de segurança e saúde

Absolutamente nada, local umido, sem janelas, cheiro horte de esgoto, sem wifi, o wifi não funciona, e o hotel fica num lugar ermo, nem os meus dados celular funcionavam, cafe da manha pessimo, no primeiro dia não tinha agua quente para tomar um cafe ou cha, nenhuma fruta, um suco artificial que eu nem sei descrever o sabor, e parecia ser o mesmo de todos os dias, pois o sabor estava como se estivesse estragando, meu marido pediu um ovo frito, disseram um sonoro nao, so havia algum tipo de comercio à 20 km em goreme, nao tinhamos nem como pedir taxi

Qdo chegueibno hotem nao imaginei o terror que iriamos passar e resolvi ficar mais dois dia e reservei o mesmo hotel por mais dois dias, logo no dia seguinte cancelei axestada, a booking me mandou um email que ficava a critérios do hotel, pois o pagamento nao havia sido pago, o hotel me mandou email pela booking que nao cancelaria e que se eu quisesse sair ia me colocar numa lista negra na booking me ameaçando, giquei com medo por estar num pais estranho e me submeti a ficar nesse local horrível, passei mal, tivemos que andar 20km pra achar uma farmacia, sou brasileira ja utilizei a booking em mais de 8 paises e nunca passei por isso, fica o alerta

Le camere scavate nella roccia sono originali e suggestive. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio di fianco all'Hotel. Staff gentilissimo, un grazie soprattutto a Kutay che ci ha aiutato con un problema che avevamo con l'autonoleggio traducendo per noi un messaggio. Ci ha anche accolto in tarda serata senza problemi consigliandoci un posto dove mangiare nonostante fossero le 23:00.

Un pò fuori rispetto alla zona di Goreme/centro della Cappadocia, che rimane comunque facilmente raggiungibile. Eravamo in 4 forse il bagno un pò piccolo.

Había un ruido terrible. Fuimos a pasar una noche y al dia siguiente teniamos que madrugar mucho, a las 23:30 comenzaron con una música muy fuerte y a hablar muy muy alto en recepción, se hizo imposible dormir hasta que no apagaron la musica pasadas unas horas.

The place was amazing and so was the price. I loved the view it was a little far from the market but the cave affect was outstanding. The room, the staff was very accommodating felt like home. You need to visit them.

Superbe hôtel. La chambre occupée à 4 était magnifique, une vraie immersion déjà dans la beauté de la région! La literie est de très bonne qualité. Il manque juste quelques details dans la salle de bain (quelques portes-serviettes et/ou un petit meuble pour poser ses affaires, surtout qu'il y a largemenr la place pour ça). Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous étions en voiture donc aucun problème pour se déplacer sur les sites à visiter mais autrement j'ai vu plusieurs navette venir chercher et deposer les clients. Bref un hôtel vraiment très charmant que je recommande vivement.

Bad service, dirty bathroom, poor wifi, or I can say there is no internet the staff is not kind and helpfull they just try to make fool the guests and earn money, is very long way from the city, I dont recommend it to any one, especialy the staff is worst

Hôtel au décors très authentique, personnels très très accueillant et agréable. De très bon conseils, nous remercions Kutay pour ses services et sa gentillesse.

La salle de bain! Pas assez de rangement et malheureusement une forte odeur de canalisation. Pas de clim dans la chambre.
