Reviewed Aug 23, 2026الأشخاص طيبون ودودون المرافق واسعة ولكن ليس دائما متوفر اسرة فردية لحجزها رغم ذلك يوجد اسرة اضافية هنالك مشكلة بالتواصل واللغة واستخدام المترجم ليس جيدا فهو يترجم بشكل خاطئ خصوصا ان المناطق الريفية لهم لكنة مميزة وبالمجمل المكان جميل والناس كعائلة يمكن ان تجد لك ذكريات بينهم . The people are kind and friendly,There's also a lovely grandmothe، and the facilities are spacious, but single beds aren't always available to booking. However, there are extra beds available. There's a communication and language barrier, and the translator isn't very good; he translates incorrectly, especially since people from rural areas have a distinct accent. Overall, though, the place is beautiful, and the people are like a family; you can create lasting memories with them.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Great place, we loved our stay at Cappanar Cave. The owner went above and beyond to help me arrange a magical proposal picnic in Love Valley overlooking the balloons, even though it was not a service that was offered, thank you so much!
My only critique is that we booked the suite with hammam (the room was lovely) but was not able to use due to it apparently only being operational during winter months and was the reason we booked the room originally.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Locația este minunata. Am mai rezervat o noapte in plus la receptie si mai aveau doar camere Deluxe la 40 euro. Formidabila camera pentru doar 40 euro cu md inclus.
Nu au restaurant pentru alte mese in afara de mic dejun. Daca plănuiți sa rămâneți o zi in oras, restaurantele sunt destul de departe, luați taxi pentru comoditate.

Reviewed May 27, 2026I liked the lady running the hotel the most. Didn't get her name but we met mostly at breakfast. She was friendly and very nice to hang out. The rooms were beautifully done up. The garden area is very pretty. We had booked 4 rooms and 2 of those on the 1st floor were lovely.
One of the rooms on the ground floor has no bathroom privacy. The bath and commode are separated from the bed just by a half partition which is partially see through. Not ideal for everyone. The bathroom on one of the rooms on the 1st floor was so narrow that one has to squeeze between the door and sink to get in. Limited breakfast options and anything extra that you need, tea, coffee is payable. Also, water provided only on the first day. After that it's payable. Slight attitude from one staff member. The property is beautiful however there are a few things here and there that could be improved.

Páromnak születésnapja volt, foglaláskor megbeszéltem velük, hogy a szobát feldíszítik. nagyon gyönyörű lett és még együtt is énekeltünk a páromnak.Az a hihetetlen kedvesség, még ilyennel nem találkoztam, pedig rengeteget utazom. A szállás is fantasztikus, tisztaság van, és gyönyörű, saját parkoló is van. A reggeli is nagyon fínom és nagyon kedves a személyzet is. Csak pozitív élményünk volt itt. Mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom.

Peut-être les murs en pierre qui pouvaient parfois s’effriter un peu et laisser quelques petits cailloux au sol mais cela fait aussi partie du charme du lieu.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Out of a maximum of 5 stars, I give 6 stars. Mehmet Bey gave above and beyond service. My family's transportation plan was severely interrupted. Mehmet gave solutions to our problems and met our requests, almost instantanously every single time. Rooms were very cosy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was yummy with freshly baked pastries.
If there any suggestion that I would like to give, it would be serving earlier breakfast - earlier than 9 am now. But then, we are there to relax. Just sleep in. Or have a dip in the private jacuzzi.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025One of the best hotel rooms in my whole life. It has a jacuzzi and turkish hamman room. They offer amazing breakfast and Mr.Mehmet is very hospitable guy who runs a unique hotel. Glad we choose Cappanar for our Cappadocia experience. However, I recommend you rent a car during your stay because Nar city is far from other Cappadocian cities.
Make sure to bring cash, their POS doesn’t accept international cards

Kahvaltı set menü, lezzetli ve kaliteli markalar kullanılmış, kahvaltının verildiği teras mükemmel. Dilek hanım ve ailesine bize bu güzel ortamı sağladıkları için çok teşekkür ederiz.

The rooms were noisy; the walls seemed incredibly thin, allowing noises from neighbors (ie, doors closing, people in hallway, tv, showers, toilets) to infiltrate the room. Also, the terrace was above our bedroom, so you could hear people moving chairs around, cooking etc right above, starting early as breakfast was served there in the mornings. Also, the location is very far from everything worth seeing in the region. Taxis are very expensive (even just for a 15 minute drive) when you can even get one. The closest edible restaurant was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel (which I strongly recommend—called Nora Garden—delicious!!). Finally, this is advertised as a cave hotel but it is not a cave hotel at all.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025El hotel está muy bien decorado, zona muy tranquila y muy bien ubicado. El desayuno, a pesar de no ser buffet, es muy completo y está muy rico. Las señoras parecían muy amables.
No hablan prácticamente nada de inglés, por lo que se hace muy complicada la comunicación. Las habitaciones son muy oscuras, falta iluminación. Las tuberías olían muchísimo. No te limpian la habitación a no ser que tú lo pidas expresamente.

Есть все что нужно (наборы для шитья и мочалка для обуви, чайник с чаем и кофе, халаты, тапочки, одноразовая косметика, одноразовые мочалки). Приятные и отзывчивые хозяева отеля. Внутренняя парковка под камерой. Стандартные турецкие завтраки.
Время начала завтрака в 9.00 - это очень поздно

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025The building itself is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is not too close to the main attractions, but if you have a car it's comfortable to go anywhere, and it's very quiet compared to cities like Göreme and Uçisar. Breakfast is not a random buffet - it's made fresh and tastes amazing. Every morning we were looking forward to the great Turkish cuisine. No one in the family except for the owner speaks English but they always made an effort to communicate (via translators and gestures). This is a place with great potential, and it would've been my first 10/10 review if it weren't for the terrible service and the constant false advertisement. It's good for a BnB, but it tries to say it's a hotel, which it's definitely not.
The owner is dishonest and the advertisement is completely false. He also severely lacks in communication. They state the Deluxe Suite With Spa Bath with has three beds (double bed, twin bed, sofa bed) in many different points of the listing. The room in fact only has one double bed and a sofa, no sofa bed or twin bed. It also doesn't have a separate bedroom and living, unlike what was advertised. They state there is daily housekeeping. We didn't see housekeeping once, and there was no way to request cleaning or DnD. We had to ask for more toilet paper because we ran out since they didn't restock. There is tea that you can only drink once, because they won't change your cup. No change of bedsheets, which was uncomfortable because I was sick. They state they have a restaurant. They do not, they only offer breakfast (no choice of what) and when we asked about dinner, they just sent us out in town with a recommendation. They state one of the rooms has a garden view - it doesn't, the room's doors and windows all open inside the building itself. In the "Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath" room, the bathtub (main point of advertising) leaked and completely flooded the bathroom on day one. They didn't send anyone to clean or offer anything - we had to ask for a mop to clean up the flooding ourselves due to their own defective equipment. They said they'd send someone the next day, then didn't contact us at all, until we asked about it in the afternoon. Said they'd come in the evening and ghosted us again until we asked. They said it'd be the next morning, and they also ghosted us with no communication. We told them not to bother anymore, because our stay was almost over, and they still came in the room on the very last afternoon without any warning, and walked in while my parents were sleeping and undressed. No apologies, no forewarning. No explanations.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Il proprietario è molto simpatico. La struttura è accogliente, parcheggio interno gratuito. Abbiamo scelto la camera con vasca idromassaggio, un po' piccola ma utilissima dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni.
Peccato che la terrazza dove viene servita la colazione, in realtà sia l ultimo piano della struttura e non una terrazza aperta dove poter ammirare il tramonto.

La localitation, inoltre, è bellissima e si trova fuori la caotica Goreme. La stanza pulitissima, con un letto comodissimo, perfetto per riposare dopo le lunghe e calde giornate. Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Quartos espetaculares! A suite era top, parecia um palácio. As pessoas super simpáticas e prestáveis, apesar das dificuldades no Inglês. Nada que o Google translater não resolva. Vale a pena ficar a cerca de 10km de Goreme porwue a diferença de preço é brutal.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025Camera gigantesca su 2 piani. Letto molto comodo Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante. In dotazione avevamo anche l’accappatoio. Parcheggio in loco.
Il signore della reception non parlava inglese, solo turco.

Время начала завтрака в 9.00 - это очень поздно, особенно для летнего периода, также это не удобно для раннего выезда.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Esta a 10-15 minutos de los pueblos más populares como Göreme o Avanos. El pueblo de Nar es precioso, nuy tranquilo y rural, y este hotel es justo la representación de Capadocia, si vienes de estar en Estambul sin duda recomiendo huir del bullicio de Gorëme centro y alojarte aquí, donde además tienen habitaciones muy cómodas, grandes y tranquilas. El desayuno es super completo,(el café lo pagas a parte), y toda la familia del lugar nos atendió con mucho cariño.
Recomendaría des del cariño que pongan aire acondicionado en la sala de desayunos, porque a las 9h de la mañana ya no se aguanta el calor que hace ahí. Quitando eso, me encantó todo!
