Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The room was very spacious and having a small kitchen with an induction stovetop was really convenient. Check-in and check-out were both very fast and easy. The location was excellent — just a few steps from the train station, with a Lawson convenience store right there. I also really liked the baggage packing area with lockers and a scale to check luggage weight — such a useful and thoughtful facility to have at an airport hotel. The public facilities were another highlight; I really enjoyed both the onsen and sauna. Breakfast was nice too, especially the fresh pancake station & salad options.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room seemed to be centrally restricted and couldn’t be set below 23°C, which was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. Interestingly, my co-traveller’s room could be lowered to 18°C, so there seems to be some inconsistency between rooms. The green light on the air-conditioning control panel was also surprisingly bright at night. I even tried covering it with some tape, but the light still came through, so it was quite noticeable when trying to sleep. Cleanliness could also be improved: some areas of the walls had quite a lot of dust, and the carpet felt a little dirty and humid, so I preferred wearing slippers or socks inside. There are only a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel. The nearby alternative parking was still convenient enough, although less ideal when we arrived in heavy rain. For the otherwise excellent onsen facilities, one small suggestion would be to provide a vacuum cleaner in the changing/drying area so guests can quickly clean up fallen hair after drying, as I’ve seen in some Japanese gyms.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Love the location where 2 mins walk to the train station plus 5 mins to the outlet mall. We took the taxi once landed at the airport and directly to the hotel. No pain to our wallet as the hotel is very close to the Kansai airport. Love the Onsen at the hotel. Sky bar with craft beer was our every night visit!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Vlakbij vliegveld en de gratis busshutle in ochtend naar vliegveld. Mooi rooftop om in avond nog wat te drinken. Prachtige onsen om nog even te genieten van lange reis door Japan.
Ook al is het bij meerdere hotels in Japan zo. Jammer dat je echt pas om exact 15.00h kunt inchecken. Klein beetje flexibiliteit en klantvriendelijkheid zou fijner zijn.

Keuze in avondeten is beperkt. Het eten is wel van prima kwaliteit. Wij hadden een heel vroege vlucht dus het ontbijt helaas niet kunnen uitproberen

I servizi sono tantissimi e quasi tutti gratuiti, c'è anche un konbini aperto 24h ed è compresa la navetta prenotabile per il trasporto in aeroporto. Abbiamo dato 9, perché non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione, il nostro aereo partiva troppo presto al mattino.

部屋に水などの飲み物のサービスがなかったのが残念だった 領収書の発行ができず、証明書のみの発行しかしてもらえなかった。領収書は予約サイトで出されるものを利用するよう言われたが、それだと大阪府の宿泊税が加算されてないため、仕事で利用するものからすると清算が面倒であった

It was a a large and impersonal hotel, very crowded in the holiday season. The staff at check in and in the bar and restaurant were probably too few for the number of guests and (not surprisingly) overwhelmed.

They also have an public Onsen area (not natural spring) but its worth going with the family. Location is very close to Airport and its a suprisingly a value for money hotel. They also have car park available.
They only give you 1 hotel room key card if you have a kid in the same room, which is super inconvinent, because I booked for 3 rooms and only 2 rooms with kids but they only gave me 1 room key for each room.

Breakfast was 15 min after we had to leave for our flight so we missed it. Elevator was always super busy!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026行きも帰りも、荷物を預けられて手ぶらで出かけられました。21階の雲がでる仕掛けや綿菓子は孫が喜びました。朝食もとても良かったです。
息子の部屋は、浴槽に髪の毛が残っていて、掃除が行き届いてないようでした。 カードキーが1枚の部屋があり、別々に出かけられなくて、2枚欲しかったです

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location was get if you are looking to stay by the airport. Super easy to get to walking from the station. Had a shuttle if you didn’t take the subway/train, and had a lawsons downstairs. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the amenities.

I don’t like the clean up schedule. They don’t clear the garbage in the room everyday so it become an odor problem in the room. No gym room.

冷氣空調最低溫由飯店中控，房間冷度不夠，高溫天氣顯得有點悶熱

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Esperienza eccezionale per chi ha bisogno di un alloggio a due passi dall'aeroporto. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Servizio navetta gratis per l'aeroporto già dalle 5 a.m. Uno degli onsen più belli visti in tutto il paese (all'interno delle strutture), per rilassarsi e riprendersi in un ambiente pulito ed estremamente confortevole. Se devi partire da Kansai airport, vale davvero la pena alloggiare in questo hotel.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Everything about this hotel is excellent - location, room, service. The OMO hotel is what you need after a long flight: 1 train stop from the airport, has a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable beds, lots of amenities, and it was very affordable. The room was super clean, chek in/out was easy. There is a nice lobby and also baggage room. Unfortunately, I was too tired to enjoy the spa.
Food selection for breakfast could be more international. After an exhausting trip, many people would like to eat food they are used to. However, this is just a minor thing, selection was good, ecpecialy if you are used to Japanese tipe of breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Quarto amplo, limpo e funcional. Além disso teve Onsen -Daiyokujyou, que consegui relaxar e tirar o cansaço. O ônibus gratuito para aeroporto também foi um dos motivos para a escolha deste hotel.
Queria jantar no restaurante, mas horário de fechamento foi cedo demais para mim. Foi uma pena

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Excellent hotel with the best location close to the airport. The rooms were perfect, the public baths one of the best we have experienced in a hotel in Japan. Located close to the outlet is a perfect stay for people who like us need a good place to stay before or after a flight from Osaka Airport. It is right outside of the Rinku Town station and only 10 mins away with the train to the airport
