Reviewed Dec 4, 2024新しくて綺麗です。ビジネスホテルだと思えば良い感じ。部屋は狭いけれどこれはこれで心地よい。 施設の説明があまりなく分かりづらい事が多かったです。 お風呂はMAX3名。小さいです。 駅から徒歩20分とありますが、旅の荷物を持って30分以上かかり辛かった。帰りはタクシーにしました。休憩でお茶を飲む所もお店もない道中は本当にきつかったです。

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024出張にて利用させて頂きました。 少し寒くなり初めての訪問、ホテルロビー等施設全体が温かみのあるたたずまいに安心感を感じましたね。浴場もこじんまりしており朝風呂は長くゆっくり楽しめました。朝食付きをチョイス全て頂きました。味付け、ラインナップ共に凄く満足でした。

Reviewed Oct 20, 20242回目の利用でした。フロントスタッフは皆さんテキパキと笑顔で対応されていて好感を持てました。朝食はもう少しおかずが欲しかったなあ。お味噌汁は味噌が入ってませんでした。 秋田駅まで歩くにはちょっと距離がありましたね。でもすぐ近くに大昌園があり そこで夕飯を食べました。総合的には満足なホテルでした。

Reviewed May 7, 2024駐車場が少ない、女性大浴場は洗い場が3つ お風呂も数人しか入れない程の小さなお風呂。洗い場がいっぱいで浴槽に入らない人は立って待つほど。部屋のテレビでお風呂情報を見れるホテルもあるのに、新しいホテルなのに無かった。部屋の浴室や洗面所に、タオルをかけるフックがひとつもなく、濡れたタオルの置き場に困った。 今回は、長期の滞在で3箇所のホテルを利用しましたが、こちらのホテルが、朝食が品数少ないし味も美味しくなかったので、残念なホテルでした。
