Having the cafe downstairs was convenient. The staff were friendly.

The bed was super uncomfortable and hard. Every night our hips hurt from sleeping on our sides. The hotel provided free laundry but it takes forever to dry. Might as well not have any free laundry at all. We went to the laundry mat near the hotel and it took only an hour and a half to finish our laundry and actually clean it and dry our clothes. The laundry machines at the hotel made our clothes smell like moldy water. It was also super humid in the rooms and in the hallways.

Hotel had everything we need for 5 days in Tokio. Very spacious room, comfy beds (our room was upgraded for free!). Great location close to temples, shops, food stations. There are lots of free stuff which makes your visit much more convenient like umbrellas, water bottles and green tea. And don’t forget about the nicest and most helpfull staff of the hotel.

The rooms were small but that's just Tokyo. It was well laid out though so didn't seem too small. We had a futon room but they were pretty thick so much comfier than I thought it was going to be. Nice neighbourhood and close to a convenience store.

Die Lage ist optimal - sehr ruhig, aber unmittelbar am quirligen Areal des Senso-ji gelegen. Die frei zugängliche Dachterrasse mit direktem Blick auf Tempel und Pagode sowie den Tokyo Skytree hat uns besonders gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Menge netter Lokale und Geschäfte. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sehr durchdacht gestaltet. Das Personal ist nett und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es unterschiedliche Kombinationen (traditionell bis kontinental), aus denen man wählen kann. Vor Ort kann man eine Menge praktischer, kostenloser Services in Anspruch nehmen (Waschmaschine, Gepäckwaage - super vor der Abreise!!, zusätzliche Leselampen, ...). Insgesamt waren wir in Hinblick auf den Preis sehr positiv überrascht und haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt!

Das Café im Erdgeschoß hat zwar bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, man kann jedoch nur bis 21:30 Uhr etwas bestellen - das gilt auch für Getränke. Da wir erst kurz vor 22 Uhr Getränke für die Dachterrasse holen wollten, mussten wir leider unverrichteter Dinge wieder umkehren.

De muren waren wel best dun, dus als je luide buren hebt, kan dat wat ambetant zijn.

Die Lage war super für unseren Tag in Tokyo. Das Personal war freundlich und es gab einen Duschvorhang der zum Glück an der Wanne klebte und sich somit nicht Richtung Körper bewegte beim Duschen.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein, für eine Nacht total okay und ausreichend, wir konnten die Koffer abwechselnd öffnen und danach wieder auf die Seite stellen, für mehrere Nächte hätten wir es sehr beengend gefunden. Schlimmer war für uns allerdings die sehr harte Matratze auf der wir leider nicht gut geschlafen haben.

Perfect location. Luggage storage. Lots of amenities (slippers, pyjama, cream, facial cleaner, tooth brash etc), breakfast included. Direct train from Narita Airport. Worth to stay for sure.

Lo peor sin duda fue el personal, no te explican absolutamente nada cuando haces el check in y cualquier cosa que preguntes te miran como si fueras inútil y responden con mala cara. La habitación es muy pequeña aunque esto es normal en Japón, encontramos unas lentillas disecadas en la cama, y la cama era bastante dura, se nota que el colchón es de bastante mala calidad.

The property is super quirky and located in a quiet area in Asakusa but not too far from the busy bits. We started our stay in Japan at this property and it really set the tone for our whole trip. Other Space matches the vibe of cultural Tokyo and I really enjoyed it! I could’ve stayed there our whole trip. The staff are super friendly and will help you with anything! Lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores are just short walks. The room was very clean and smelled amazing!

Fantastic area, very close to the impressive temple complex and many shops and restaurants. Friendly, young vibe. Nice, hip lobby.

It was great that they offered complimentary laundry machines, but they need to clear lint screens more often - drying a small load took 4 hours, and there were many people waiting ! Rooms are small - walls on other side of bed so I had to crawl out the bottom.

Zentral aber ruhig, direkt am Schrein, Abends sehr schön. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Ausstattung, mit zusätzlichen Kosmetik Artikel die man gratis mitnehmen kann.

テレビも大きく部屋も綺麗だった。歯ブラシやヘアコームやナイトガウンも個人で必要分とれて、歯ブラシやヘアコーム安っぽくなかった。可愛かった。学生の頃遠征で多くのホテルに泊まったが、安っぽくないしっかりしたのは初めてだった。傘も無料貸出でありがたく使わせてもらった。お値段以上の宿泊だった。

Great location near the Senso-ji, and (leisurely) walking distance from the Asakusa metro stations. There are also bus stops nearby the hotel for great connectivity. I like the rooftop and terrace of the hotel, great place to chill and enjoy the summer evenings. You can see the Tokyo Skytree and the Senso-ji compound from the rooftop. The room is pretty spacious and well-designed, and the hotel provides plenty of amenities (that you can collect from the lobby).

I arrived at night as I missed my Shinkansen train to Kyoto It was around 9:30 PM and me being the only girl, I was a bit stressed. I came to this hotel and Booking.com gave me a very good deal with Superior room. Honestly, I slept like a baby after a stressful, humid day. I loved the television, the bed, bath, toilet, everything was just amazing.

Unico neo la lavanderia: 3 lavatrici con cicli infiniti, ma direi che è proprio un difetto minore.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from Senso-ji Temple and within easy reach of the train station. The property was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities including free laundry facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the luggage storage service made our multi-city Japan trip much easier. The café downstairs was convenient and served delicious food, especially the breakfast omelette. While the rooms were compact, they were well designed and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, Asakusa was an ideal base for exploring Tokyo, and this hotel offered excellent service, comfort, and value. Highly recommended!

todo. superó las expectativas, lo reservamos con un dia de antelación y fue un acierto. descubrimos que la azotea tiene unas vistas impresionantes.

lo unico que hubiese preferido, pero tampoco se puede pedir tanto, es que llegamos a las 2.30 y nos podrian haber facilitado antes el check in (en muchos sitios nos lo han hecho asi), pero es lógico y su check in es a las 3 así que tampoco me puedo quejar demasiado

Situación y limpieza. Todo muy nuevo también.

Me hicieron cambiar de habitación. Alargué la estancia , pedí quedarme dos días más. Me dijeron que no les quedaban habitaciones de mi categoría, que eran el doble de caras las que quedaban. Entré en Booking y si habían. Aunque aso me hicieron hacer las maletas, salir de la habitación y a partir de las 15.00 me dieron la habitación nueva. Creo que podrían haber gestionado mejor todo esto. El hotel está bien, la verdad. La gente es simpática y agradable. La habitación demasiado pequeña para 3 que éramos.

L'accueil est sympathique, la chambre était chouette, l emplacement idéal dans le quartier d Asakusa. Le personnel a accepté de garder nos valises après le check out, ce qui a été très appréciable pour passer notre dernière journée tranquillement avant de prendre notre avion.

Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner une fois et bien que le personnel se donne du mal, nous ne nous sommes pas régalés.

Pedimos alargar la estancia, me dijeron que no había habitaciones del mismo precio, me pedían bastante más. Entré en Booking, si las había, reservé una igual que la que teníamos. Nos hicieron abandonar la habitantes, sacar las maletas...para luego darnos otra. Se podría haber ahorrado el sacarnos...el hotel vale la pena, es pequeñito, sobre las habitaciones. El desayuno te dan 5 opciones, no hay más. Sinceramente prefiero los buffet libres, que bueno, no estaba mal. La habitación era muy pequeña para 3 que éramos.

The cafe in the lobby was really nice, the roof deck had amazing views of Tokyo tower and the nearby shrine, and being right next to the shrine makes sightseeing really seamless.

The concept and facilities are very modern and suit our lifestyle. The location was great, and the staff was helpful. They provided everything you would need: an iron, a hair straightener, a luggage scale, etc. Baggage storage is available.

The bed sheets were a little rough and the room was quiet small if you have 2 big luggages but very understandable for Tokyo.

我住的房型真的很大間，衣架也給很多，每房有兩瓶水供應。地點、設施、服務都很好喔，頂樓還有大陽台桌椅可以跟朋友一起聊天吃東西並且可以看得到晴空塔跟淺草寺!

Die Lage hat uns gefallen, weil das Hotel in der Nähe von der Asakusa Station gelegen ist und man zusätzlich einige Attraktion direkt vor der eigenen Haustüre hatte. Das Hotelpersonal war auch sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar (24h Service).

Das Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach nicht für „Hotelreisende“ geeignet, da man mit zwei großen Koffern (+ Taschen und Handgepäck) leider nicht sehr viel Platz hatte.

Ubicación en un barrio no tan conocido pero que nos encantó! Está al lado del tenplo Senso-ji, con lo cual puedes ir a primera y última hora (y de una zona comercial con mucha vida pero sin multitudes)

En general todo bien con respecto a su precio. En recepción todos hablaban inglés. No pedimos desayuno, así que no podemos opinar al respecto.

Really well located, super friendly staff that helps you as needed. It's really fun to walk around the neighborhood in the morning \ evening and we regretted we didn't have more time there. Staff was very helpful and went beyond what I expected.

In our room, the sink was in the same room as we slept in which wasn't great. We also had lots of toiletries and it was the only place where we didn't have enough room for everything. Also there are not enough wash machines so washing requires you to book in advance or do it in the early morning \ night. Overall minor complaints

The property is ideally located next to Senso-ji Temple, making everything extremely convenient during my trip. The front desk staff are always available to assist with any questions or issues I had.

Everything was excellent, breakfast very basic.

There was an error in Booking's algorithm that charged us twice for a 4-night reservation. Booking was unwilling to credit us and blamed the hotel. Which was willing to credit for 3 nights and charge for the first night. We booked the rest of the hotels on our trip through Agoda and were very pleased with their service.

Rooms are clean, spacious. Affordable!

The location is good. It's really quite quiet at night that I enjoyed much. The breakfast was delicious but not much choices. The hotel offered free laundry services (without detergent but you could buy from the hotel) that we thought it's absolutely great.

The worst hotel staff I've encountered in Japan. There were problems with my reservation and the room wasn't what I had expected. That can happen — but the way the staff handled it was terrible. After that, they were unhelpful with virtually every question or request I had, with the one exception of the person who helped me ship my luggage.
