Great location in Asakusa. Close to shopping and the temple. Lovely views of sensoji and tower from high premium rooms Uniqlo on first floor and don quoto kinda next door. Open late so can shop without the crowds early or late Spacious room and good amenities Lovely clean and deep bath and you could pick toiletries as needed from reception area. Hot water and cold water available on each floor. One bottle of water free per day Nice staff. Easy to transfer luggage to next hotel. Staff helped out

超棒的，應該說我現在只要是需要住到淺草都是訂這家了，每一層樓外面有飲水機，房間乾淨而且以這種類型的旅店來說房間算大，裡面配備的桌椅也是好座以及好放筆電的，地點也很優，距離地鐵近，隔壁就有唐吉軻德，然後根據我住了起碼三次以上的經驗每一次服務人員態度都超好，以我個人而言找不到啥缺點

I really loved that we had in-house vending machines and laundry. The staff was friendly and helpful and understanding.

The system instead of the water bottle is cool but it is slightly more complicated and takes a bit more time than grabbing a bottle from the fridge. Not an issue just a note.

Posizione comoda e centrale ad Asaksa. Noi presa camera con vista ed è davvero bella.

Camera con moquette poco pulita, hotel ecosostenibile, bene ma devi sempre ricordati di chiedere se è quali pulizie fare quotidianamente. Però ogni giorno cambiano Asciugamani x default... caffè e acqua disponibili ma nella hall o nei corridoi per cui devi ricordarti di prenderla.

Location was really good for access to Asakusa sites. The staff were fantastic, really helpful and very friendly. Breakfast excellent and good value, included local and western cuisine, omelettes were amazing.

1. 地理位置非常好 飯店周邊非常熱鬧，附近有很多商店和餐廳，不管是吃飯、逛街或臨時想買東西都很方便。 2. 交通非常便利 從飯店出發，不論是搭乘利木津巴士前往機場，或搭乘銀座線地鐵到東京其他地方，都很方便，對自由行旅客來說非常加分。 3. 生活機能很好 附近有很多不同的餐飲選擇，便利商店也很好找，晚上回到飯店後如果想吃宵夜或買飲料、日用品，都不用特別走很遠。 4. 房間舒適，住起來很放鬆 房間整體整理得很好，空間舒適，旅遊一整天回到飯店後，可以好好休息，住宿體驗很不錯。 5. 浴室非常乾淨 這是我特別滿意的一點，浴室清潔得非常仔細，整體乾淨、整潔，使用起來很舒服，也讓人對飯店的清潔品質很放心。蓮蓬頭也乾淨如新，浴室沒有黴菌很乾淨，太喜歡。

很喜歡，上樓地點有繞了一會，跑到隔壁里士滿酒店才知道不一樣，這間是里士滿國際酒店。

Nous avions oublié 2 affaires dans la chambre, et l'hôtel nous a répondu tout de suite qu'ils les avaient récupérées et gardées pour nous. Ils nous les ont restituées 2 semaines après, quand nous sommes revenus sur Tokyo. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Le salon pour jouer aux cartes ferme assez tôt le soir, ce qui est un peu dommage.

It was our first time visiting Japan, and we could not have been happier with our choice of this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Tokyo, especially as a family. The staff were always polite, welcoming, and very helpful. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Asakusa, just 100 meters from Sensō-ji Temple. The hotel is surrounded by lively shopping streets, restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops, so there is always something to see or do within walking distance. Don Quijote Asakusa is also very close by, which was extremely convenient for shopping. Another pleasant surprise was the nearby amusement park, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. My kids absolutely loved it! It was especially nice to have a fun place nearby where we could spend a few hours during the hot summer afternoons. Also, the Asakusa metro station is not that far away (about a 10-minute walk), and you can reach Shibuya directly via the Ginza Line. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of staying in Asakusa. For families visiting Tokyo, especially for the first time, I would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Laundry amenities on floor were great Free happy hour was nice. Small shaving cream, lotion etc in lobby was great. The coffee packets were really good too

The hotel is conveniently located close to several metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around and reach Tokyo’s main tourist attractions. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby, including Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart, where you can find almost anything you might need, including breakfast options. One of Tokyo’s most famous temples is also located nearby, surrounded by charming streets filled with street food, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious for Tokyo standards, and it was equipped with everything we needed, including pajamas, towels, slippers, a hairdryer, and more. The room can be cleaned daily upon request. Even if you don’t request housekeeping, fresh towels are provided and the bins are emptied every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with arranging the transfer of our luggage to Kyoto, which made our trip much more convenient. Another convenient feature is that there is a laundry room and a water dispenser available every two floors, which is especially useful for longer stays. Overall, the hotel offers a very convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities for exploring Tokyo.

La ubicacion cerca senso ji y en pleno barrio tradicional asakusa. Desayuno variado. Servicio de agua para rellenar la botella, lavandería, amenities gratis… personal super amable. Lo recomiendo si no quieres estar en el bullicio de Tokio

Emplacement dans le quartier ancien d'Asakusa, le confort de la chambre et un très bon petit déjeuner avec un vrai café (filtre), jus d'orange pressé (rare dans d'autres établissements visités), fruits frais, large choix salé/sucré.

Le nécessaire toilette en libre service à l'accueil, les machines pour faire le check-out, le personnel masqué et très peu avenant,....une tendance générale de dépersonnaliser les services hôteliers au Japon. Et parmi une dizaine d'autres établissements visités courant cet été celui -là n'est pas le pire.

The hotel is so big that you have the feeling more to be a number than a customer even the staff is polite.

The TV was very connected with the facilities in the hotel, for example you could view which laundry machines were occupied and how much time they had remaining. Inside the building are two amazing restaurants.

Super Lage mit Blick auf die Asakusa Pagode und dem Skytree. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Manchmal mussten wir ein bisschen warten um einen Frühstückstisch zu bekommen, aber das Personal war sehr gut organisiert und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind eher klein. Wir haben das Bett an die Wand geschoben um ein bisschen mehr Platz zu haben.

Second time staying here and won't be the last. Our room was comfortable, clean and love the little perks like coffee and afternoon drinks. The breakfast buffet is always a highlight. Perfectly situated for shopping and Asakusa's famous sights/eats.

Could use more trash bins in the public areas.

Location is great for Asakusa. Very close to the sumo show, which is a must see. Has a terrace with great views.

Near stores. Also good for festival like today cause of the fireworks but must be booked in advance. Rates are at 70,000 jpy per night due to fireworks best to book early

Very clean hotel and rooms are maintained daily by staff. Hotel’s location is very convenient and very close proximity (5 min walk) to Senso-Ji Temple, Uniqlo, Don Quijote, Asakusa train station and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The breakfast buffet was great, lots of western and Japanese options to choose from! The staff was very kind and helpful.

The rooms were a little small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. There was a strange smell in the room despite having a nonsmoking room. The ventilation could have been improved perhaps.

The standard room size was very small with very limited storage. The noises in the hallway were quite loud. Close to one train station but not as close to the ginza line as we had thought.

The best location . We walk to places and super convenient. It’s just 1min walk to sen ji temple. Uniqlo is one the first floor and the hotel is on the 5th floor also across is Don Qiote. The best part they have Netflix

Great location next to the Asakusa Shrine, which we could see from our window. The subway station is close to the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The location was fantastic! But what really made the difference was the friendly and helpful staff. We are from Australia, and Japan is not guided by the same rules; however, the 24h reception and their great communication skills definitely made our experience better.

הכביסה עם המייבש לא עובדת , בסוף הצוות תלה את הכביסה ואנחנו חיפשנו חלופות. החדר הכפול (למשפחה) מאוד צפוף ל-5 עם מזוודות . מכל הבחינות זה ממש המינימום .

The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast offered a good balance of American and Western options. We checked in early at 11 am for a very reasonable price. There's a coffee station. The room was a good size considering there were two adults and a child. There's a Uniqlo on the first floor. It's close to Sensoji Temple, Don Quijote, clothing stores, restaurants, street food stalls, convenience stores, markets, and metro stations. The view from our room was beautiful. Would I choose to stay at this hotel again? Definitely.

Amazing hotel in Asakusa - reception is on the 5th floor and below is restaurants and a Uniqlo store. A large 24/7 Don Quixote is just across the road, Hoppy St bars and restaurants are just around the corner, Sensoji temple is just down a short road and Nakamise St not far away. Train stations are very close by. We stayed on the 13th floor and had the most amazing view of the temple and the Tokyo Skytree - that's the photo I added. The rooms were a good size for Tokyo and the beds super comfortable. On the 5th floor there is plenty of seating, 2 coffee machines and the breakfast area which has 'welcome drinks' for free - beer, wine, juice, (sake I think) - which are free and there seems to be an open policy to drop in every night you're there and have one. Breakfast had a huge variety of dishes and an omelette station and a orange juicing machine. Reception staff were always super helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff always said hello and were friendly. It was a fabulous experience staying here for the last 2 nights we were in Japan.

GERÇEK BİR FACİA! Rezalet bir deneyim, iki yetişkin ve bir çocuk için booking üzerinden aldığımız odada verdikleri yatakta 1 yetişkin ancak rahatça uyur. Bunu gidip anlattığımda bana ekstra yatak için 75000 yen ekstra ödeme talep ettiler. Odaların temizliği de çok yetersizdi, yastıklar resmen idrar kokuyordu. Japon oda standartlarında normal olduğunu ifade ettiler ama ben japonyayı biliyorum ueno da başka bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldım ve hem lokasyon hem hijyen hem de yatak olarak çok daha iyiydi. Kesinlikle uzak durun, asla tavsiye etmiyorum. İsmi richmmond international fakat çalışma prensibi yerel bile sayılmaz. 10 üzerinden 1.5 ancak eder, o da tapınağa yakınlığı için. Kalmayın asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Very bad attitude. After staying there for 7 consecutive days and paid hundreds of thousands Yen, they came running after us to get 1000 Yen for 25 minutes late check out charge 15 minutes after we were already done checking out and left the lobby.

Ubication was awesome! Tsukuba express pretty close!!! Very near to a lot of cool places in Asakusa. The hotel is abobe a Uniqlo Store, Sushiro, etc!!! Staff was awesome too.
