Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Location was critical for us, main train station is not so far away actually. Main sightseeings could easily be reached on foot. Room was as described and shown on the pictures, thus can't complain about space as we booked just one room, an issue we were aware of. This shower gets the prize of best shower of our trip!
A recent review warned us about the complicated checkin, still it was not a nice experience. Why early checkin to repeat the same information later on? Definitely something they can improve.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026近くにコンビニがあり不便がない。 博多駅までも歩いて行ける。 時間帯にもよるが、コインパーキングが近くにあるので駐車場は困らなかった。（金額は色々あり） 部屋はシンプル、コンパクト。子供と2人でダブルベッドを使いましたが問題なし。寝具も清潔でした。 部屋に6、7本のハンガーあり。 乾燥機能は無いものの、洗濯したあとに干すこともできた。クーラーで薄手の服は乾きました。
洗面台とお風呂はやや使用感があるところが少し見受けられました。 近隣の部屋の声は聞こえませんが、生活音、硬いボールを転がしているようなコロコロというが夜と朝方に聞こえていました。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers waren unschlagbar. In nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Canal City. Wir hatten einen Balkon, der zum Fluss hin zeigte. Der Self-Check-in verlief reibungslos.
Die Küche ist mit Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern ausgestattet. Ich habe mich aber nicht getraut den Herd zu benutzen. Mir hätte hier sowohl auch für die Waschmaschine eine Anleitung auf Englisch geholfen.

Il check in è stato molto complicato, non si capisce come entrare in struttura, una volta riusciti ad entrare con codici di sicurezza che arrivano via mail abbiamo dovuto fare un check in con tablet comprensivo di chiamata live con operatore e pagamento di tassa di soggiorno (almeno 15' di tempo). La stanza non era molto pulita.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Location - a very short walk from Canal City and to local restaurants. It's a little bit further away from Hakata station, but nonetheless we were able to walk to/from there every day (less than 15 minutes). The surrounding area was very quiet and there is a konbini located at the next corner. We also liked the spaciousness - for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and 5 luggages, this was very important for us. The washer, large fridge, and microwave were also very useful.
Lack of place to sit down (apart from the bed). Would be nice to have a table and chairs in the balcony overlooking the river. More hangers and a clothesline would help with drying more laundry faster. The wifi was extremely slow, and although we messaged the property to fix it (including us manually restarting the router and the apartment breaker - first time for us to do this), it remained at a slow 5-15mbps during our stay.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026位置距離運河城很近，但與博多車站步行有點距離，建議有行李直接搭計程車過去。 自助checkin 手續滿便利的。 在3月眾多貴到沒天理的房價中，此間價位合理很多。 離開飯店後不小心遺落物品，感謝人員很迅速的協助處理！
行李寄放處的鎖有不少壞掉無法使用的，如果可以更新會更好。 枕頭有點高。 不知道是不是因為河邊風比較大的關係，窗戶會發出像哨子的異音，床又靠在窗邊睡覺會一直聽到聲音，要把窗戶打開聲音才會消失，但就會聽到樓上房客的聲音

Unstaffed reception was fine, but the lockers were only secured with cable locks, and some people had locked them without even storing any luggage. We contacted the staff to have them unlocked so we could use them until checkin time. However, the staff weren’t very friendly and told us it would take more than 4hours for someone to come which would have been around 5PM, even later than the checkin time. In the end, we had to go back to the nearest major sta (Hakata Sta) to store our luggage:(

Pas de personnel. Le check in est virtuel et se fait sur tablette. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais ou japonais, passez à une autre adresse. Lors du check in, on demande une chambre en étage élevé avec vue sur le fleuve. On sera au 1F, en rez-de-chaussée. Le placard du salon n'avait pas de porte On entendait les bruits des pas des voisins du dessus. Parfois, le wifi était lent. Parfois, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude puis elle revenait. Il y avait une légère odeur de renfermé en entrant. Le matelas est ultra ferme. On aime ou pas. Nous étions, il y a 3 grands lits. Attention, il y a un canapé 2 places et pas de chaises autour de la table.

החשכת אור לא מוצלחת - למי שצריך חושך טוב כדי לישון. בחוץ יש קצת אור מהמסדרון שנכנס ובתוך החדר יש אור בנוסף מהמרפסת בגלל שהוילונות לא מחשיכי אור. לא משהו רציני אבל למי שמפריע לו…

für uns war der Kontakt ohne richtigen Empfang in Ordnung aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es für ältere Personen eventuell etwas schwierig werden könnte.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026住宿地點算便利，附近有博多運河城，附近有全家及7-11及業務超市。 最近的車站是櫛田神社前站，走路約十分鐘左右，電梯出入口對面也有一間24小時的超市。
窗戶氣密度不夠躺在窗邊床上都有咻咻聲，尤其是晚上睡覺時特別明顯。

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony space and view overlooking the riverside. Convenient walking distance to the nightlife hub and riverside, and a short taxi ride away to Tenjin shopping district and Hakata Station.
The train station is not very close, especially if hauling large luggages. There were dirt prints scattered over parts of the room walls, slightly unpleasant sight.

-ทำเล ถ้ามีสัมภาระเยอะเดินจากสถานีฮากาตะค่อนข้างไกล ต้องนั่งtaxi หรือขึ้นรถเมล์มา -ที่พัก ไม่มีถุงใส่ขยะไว้เปลี่ยน พัก6คืน ต้องหาถุงจากการช้อปปิ้งมาเปลี่ยน ไม่รู้จุดทิ้งขยะเลยใช้วิธีวางหน้าห้องบางวันมีคนเก็บให้

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026좋았던점은 식기류가구비되어있고 근처 편의점도가깝고, 캐널시티에 가장가까웠던점입니다(늦게까지 영업함,포장가능한 음식점들있음) 또 세탁기도있어 6살8살아이들 옷을빨수있어서 좋았습니다 또한 침실과 거실이 분리되어있어서 아이들재워놓고 야식먹기도좋았습니당(식탁?있음) 일본숙소치곤 넓었어요 그리고 베란다에 강뷰가 좋습니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 제일중요한 카펫이 아니어서 좋았어요 애들이 과자뿌스러기나, 물같은거흘려도 바로치울수있고 카펫먼지마실일도없고.. 침구류도 냄새안나고 깔끔했습니다(살짝 매트리스가꺼진거같지만..) 일본날씨가 한국마냥 춥지않아서 히터도안틀고 그냥잤는데도 입,코,얼굴이 건조하지않아서 좋았습니당
흠..구석구석 자세히보면 먼지가보였고..(걸레받이등, 오랫동안 청소하지않은 그런먼지..)화장실에 핑크곰팡이가있었습니다(흐린눈장착) 하지만 이런거저런거다따지면 이돈에 이만한숙소는없는거같아요 대체적으로 만족해요👍🏻

1.浴室沒有乾燥設備，若有洗衣，晾乾衣服需要更長的時間，不太方便。 2.入住第一晚兩台暖氣中其中有一台不聽遙控器使喚，運作異常。 3.因是冬天旅遊，床頭的位置後方是陽台且面向博多河，晚上睡覺時會有冷風從窗戶灌進來並直接對著頭吹。

Check-in es absolutamente nefasto. No me llegó el codigo para entrar al edificio. Tuve que reclamarlo varias veces. Finalmente, me llegó un mail en japones donde tenia que adivinar donde está este código. Una experiencia muy muy mala

The checkin process might be improved - the first tablet didn’t have permissions to use camera enabled, so I couldn’t take a photo of my ID. Fortunately, the second one worked.
