Bonjour, Tout d'abord un grand merci aux hôtesse et spécialement un grand merci à Mme FATOU qui est d'in grand professionnalisme et surtout à l'écoute et en plus qu'elle parle français mais son charisme et son professionnalisme encore une fois qui nous a poussé déjà à envoyer deux couples amis début septembre. Merci à la direction .Une toute petite précision c'est le Parking payant même piur un très long séjour comme nous mais bon cela fait partie du business En général c'est 9.9/10. Mr Hassan

Por vezes ficava sem luz no quarto. A água da banheira não descia. Ficou a noite com água e só de manhã conseguimos que a água desceu.

L'accueil était à la hauteur de mes attentes, Judith a été professionnelle, bienveillante et à bien pris son temps pour tout nous expliquer sur l'établissement avec le sourire. La petite attention du chocolat offert la l'hôtel n'est pas grand chose mais l'intention était vraiment touchant et apprécié. Notre prochain voyage à Barcelone qui j'espère durera plus longtemps j'y retournerai volontiers. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil du personnel, de la chambre spacieuse avec des lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable avec un choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.

El personal muy amable , reservamos más tarde de las 12 de la mañana por un vuelo cancelado! Nos ofrecieron el desayuno y nos dejaron la habitación para un día más ya que no había vuelos al día siguiente por temas meteorológicos! Cerca desayuno un centro comercial cerca del aeropuerto y también del centro (vía taxi)

La televisión no tenía opción de netflix o otras plataformas! Solo you tube

La vista

Personal muy profesional, atentos, amables y detallistas; desde el personal de recepción, restauración, limpieza…… Instalaciones modernas y muy limpias. Me encantó el interior, cuenta con un patio que comunica todas las plantas, las cuales están llenas de vegetación dando una sensación de jardín vertical. Habitaciones súper cómodas, el baño una pasada. Amenities pensando en cualquier momento del aseo personal, bata y alpargatas, me encantó que hubiera plancha, la ropa llegó un poco arrugada y lo que más nos gustó, fue que teníamos agua mineral a diario cortesía del hotel. Jacuzzi con unas vistas espectaculares, ves la Sagrada Familia mientras te relajas. En la última planta está la piscina y un bar, vistas increíbles de toda la ciudad mientras te das un baño o te tomas un cocktail. Repetiremos en nuestra siguiente visita a la ciudad sin duda.

Ich fühlte mich wie eine Biene in einer geschlossenen Wabe und ich fand den Geruch nicht schön und es sieht aus wie ein Krankenzimmer, lieblos kalt, kühl, keine schönen Zimmer um sich tagsüber wohl zu fühlen // dann der Pool am Abend so was von dreckig, ekelhaft wirklich, niemals da rein. Gym so eng, dass maximal 3 Leute Platz haben und zum Freitraining nur 2 maximal

L’accueil l’hospitalité gentillesse

L’eleganza degli interni, la cura nelle scelte degli oggetti e delle luci sia delle aree comuni e del buonissimo ristorante che della camera. Impossibile non citare la chicca della piscina sul tetto con una vista a 360 gradi sulla città.

La mancata attenzione alle possibili problematiche della camera: nella nostra non funzionavano la luce del comodino e quella del bagno, problema comunque risolto in poco più di mezz’ora.

I loved the location. It was in a quiet area with great restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious and the rooftop pool and bar outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Es un hotel acogedor y espectacular con unas super vistas desde el rooftop de toda la ciudad con un personal muy profesional y amable,especialmente Aitana de recepcion.sin duda un hotel para repetir.

No hay nada que reseñar especialmente Aunque el ruido de los ascensores es un poquito molesto, superveloces por cierto,sera por eso.

Colazione abbondante e varia e ben presentata, camere spaziose e letti comodi , bella la vista sulla città.

L’emplacement à côté du métro et du centre commercial. Le design de l’hôtel, le rooftop et la literie agréable.

La salle de bain vitrée ( obligée de faire sortir mon fils à chaque fois que je me douche). La télé ne marchait pas durant tout le séjour malgré plusieurs demandes à la réception. Le ménage n’était pas bien fait dans les chambres.

En a trop aimé notre séjour a barcelon et surtout l'hôtel était magnifique au niveau de la propreté de design, franchement rien a dire.

Zona de piscina se podría mejorar. Precios en terraza muy caros en comida y bebida.

Gražus vaizdai pro langą į Barselonos miestą. Aplinka tvarkinga, kasdien gerai tvarkomas kambarys. Norėčiau išskirti ypatingai malonų aptarnavimą pusryčių restorane - labai pagarbiai ir paslaugiai dirba visas personalas. Galėčiau išskirti darbuotoja kuri kepa omletus - labai šauni ir mandagi moteris, tokia darbuotoja yra aukso vertės :)

Turėjome problemų su TV - nerodė kanalų, tačiau po keliu kreipimosi į registratūrą viešbutis kompensavo šį trukumą nors problema nebuvo išspręsta visa savaite. Viešbutis randasi kiek toliau nuo centro, todėl visos keliones viešuoju transportų užtrukdavo apie valandą ir reikėjo važiuoti su persėdimais.

Great location - right next to the metro and taxis are readily available. Spacious and modern rooms. The staff were very helpful and Veronica gave us lovely help with sightseeing guides. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends.

We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Also, the staff was very friently.

We had to wait one extra hour to get access to one of the two rooms we booked, because it was still not ready until 4pm.. Also, the flooring & washroom tiles were scratched and coming part.. made the hotel room look a bit rundown!

Third time we have visit this hotel and it delivers every time. The breakfast is 2nd to none and the unique design of the hotel and ensures have a fabulous stay. To get into the centre, you need to take two trams which are easy to do with five minute walk to the train station.

While the front desk and food service staff were closer to stellar, the housekeeping team, maintenance and overall comfort level of Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel left much to be desired. Check-in was quick and smooth. We were told that our room had been upgraded to a suite. While the room was large, it was not a suite. The room had a view of IKEA and looked very sterile like the triage area in a hospital emergency room or inpatient surgery center. The room was mirrors, stainless steel and dirty white floor-to-ceiling curtains everywhere. There was no warmth or natural ambiance. A suite usually has a living room space that is clearly separated from the bedroom space with actual walls. It sometimes will even have a separate kitchen or kitchenette space. A room with dirty floor-to-ceiling curtains as implied walls is not a suite. After arriving to our room, there may have been some confusion caused by the alleged upgrade because a family tried several times to use their key to access our room. Then later, housekeeping came to try and clean the room. Trying to get settled in was not easy with all this activity. We then realized that we needed maintenance since the outlet near the bathroom vanity wasn’t working and the cover kept falling off. We later reported this to the front desk. The outlet worked when we returned, but it was still exposed since the cover was not secured properly. The next day, housekeeping didn’t come to clean our room until around 4pm. We declined the service that day because we were exhausted from being on the go all day. It was very disappointing that they came so late. She reached in and turned on the do not disturb light. We turned it off because we wanted to be sure it wasn’t left on the next day. Day 3, we see housekeeping in the room next to us before we leave that morning. We arrive back to our room shortly after 5pm to find that, not only was our room not cleaned, but that someone had turned on the do not disturb light after we left. When we reported this to a housekeeper in the hallway, she said she would have someone clean the room in 10 minutes. We waited in the lobby. My husband went back to the room 20 minutes later and the room had not been cleaned. When he came down and reported the issue to the front desk, they told us that housekeeping stopped cleaning at 5pm and that we had left the do not disturb light on. At this point, it was obvious that someone from housekeeping had turned on the do not disturb light after we left to avoid having to clean the room. We waited another 45 minutes before someone finally cleaned the room. Imagine being out all day only to return exhausted and have to deal with this. Beyond the issue with housekeeping the hotel is probably fine for someone looking for a cheap option for a work trip. The location is pretty dead and requires transportation for any locations where someone on a leisure tourism trip would want to visit. There is a train station nearby in walking distance, but keep in mind that you may have to take several stairs if escalators are not working when you’re trying to get to your transfer. There’s also no air conditioning on some train platforms so it gets very hot while waiting for the train. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless there were just absolutely no other option or unless you’re just in and out for a quick turnaround trip and need to be close to the office or the airport.

Le design de la chambre correspond totalement à mes goûts. Très épuré et minimaliste. La propreté parfaite et l'accueil du personnel aussi. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Absolutely unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The bathroom was dirty, there were visible mold spots in the room, and the laundry service was a complete disaster. I was given incorrect information by the reception, which left me without clean clothes and forced me to walk around in stained clothing. This completely ruined my vacation. Customer service was shocking. I was left waiting for more than an hour just to speak to a manager. When I finally spoke to another manager, the receptionist’s mistake was not acknowledged. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel chose to protect its staff and ignore what actually happened. The poor communication continued by email. After the hotel contacted me, I replied immediately, yet I had to wait almost two days for a response. At every stage, I felt ignored and treated as though my complaint simply did not matter. If you value cleanliness, honesty, customer service, and a hotel that takes responsibility for its mistakes, stay somewhere else. There are plenty of better hotels that actually care about their guests. I genuinely regret booking this hotel and would never stay here again.

Je vais à cet hôtel depuis à chaque fois que je vais à Barcelone et c’est ma 4 ou 5 fois et c’est toujours un plaisir, on a eu un long voyage on est arrivé à l’hôtel à 11h30-12h On a demandé un early check in, meme s’il faut payer plus et le manager était d’une sympathie incroyable sans même nous demandé quoi que ce soit il a dit à la réceptionniste Franchement dans cet hôtel vous êtes comme des membres pas juste des clients, les piscines le bar et les chambres

Everything was great. The room was clean and spacious. The window was cool. The indoor pool was a lot of fun and the outdoor one had a great view. We wish we could have stayed longer!

It was a nice hotel with okay amenities. The room was spacious for 3 people. The pool was nice but drinks were beyond over priced at the bar up with it. The hotel is very far from city center about a 2 hour walk. The metro is close by but takes about 30 mins to get into town.

This hotel really is not good. We arrived at 1230, told by agent “your suite is large and takes time to clean” give us an hour. 3 hrs later still no room. After another trip to desk, given 2506, a supposed “Executive Suite” absolutely nothing suite about it. Small room, chair blocks bed, constant “ding” of elevator! Really a terrible “suite”. Horrible “balcony” with dirty furniture and dead plants. Crazy green light all night, impossible to block out. The fact they sell this as a suite is incredible….Do not book this category. Hotel elevators then broken, next day we witnessed guest walking down 10-15 flights stairs as elevators were broken. Terrible hotel, I would avoid at all costs.. if you want a decent experience look elsewhere….This should not be a Marriott property… very poor in every sense.

Judith who checked us in, was very pleasant and welcoming. She was able to accommodate us with early check-in as we were coming off a cruise. The cleanliness of the room. Great service at the restaurant on the 14th floor. Will highly recommend staying there, will not be regretted. If you like shopping a Gran mall is 5 minutes walking distance.

Nice hotel, slightly odd location (far out of city, not much around) but the huge downside is it has very uncomfortable beds - they are very hard - like sleeping on a board. Bed linens are lower quality thsn usual Martiits too. Super uncomfortable especially if you have back issues. I thought Marriott was known for its comfortable beds, and this was part of the reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointed.

Un hotel con design particolare e bello esteticamente colazione e piscina sul tetto

poco funzionale, poco comodo Aspetti negativi in dettaglio: diversi problemi nella gestione dei servizi interni, customer care poco attento, servizio di pulizia distratto o manchevole nonché in alcuni momenti un pó troppo rumoroso. Room: design, ma poco funzionale! senza nessun gancio per asppemdere giacche o borse. Armadio piccolissimo per una sola persona figuriamoci per due. Impianto luci molto complesso. Nonché le luci nel bagno si surriscaldano in maniera esagerata e creano un calore fastidioso bel bagno. La porta del bagno é una enorme porta scorrevole a specchio, pesante, che bisogna far scorrere tra bagno e corridoio, scomodissimo! Prese a muro, alcune si staccano, da fare manutenzione. Zona spa troppo calda senza ricircolo d'aria. I lettini spa sono scomodi ed uno era anche rotto, non ci si puó sdraiare che sprofondi o cadi indientro. Poco spazio per muoversi. I getti d'acqua sono progettati male per lo spazio reale a disposizione e fanno schizzi ovunque (se sei sul lettino ti fanno la doccia). Zona pool: bella ma 1 sola doccia posizionata molto scomoda e con un sistema di utilizzo complicatissimo (e parliamo di una doccia!) Ascensori che fanno parecchio rumore e tempi lunghi di attesa per salire/scendere. Come hotel di categoria non vale assolutamente le stelle vantate, ne per la gestione dei servizi che per il mancato comfort generale funzionale e comodo in tanti aspetti

Die Lage direkt an der Messe war sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist mit der direkt angrenzenden Bahn-/Busstation sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
