Anche se l'hotel sembra nuovo le stanze sono un po' datate. Ovviamente non è di certo un motivo per non andare.

Very nice and clean room

Our room was located in a nice corner further away from the lifts which meant that we couldnt really hear anyone outside of our room. However we could sometimes hear our next door neighbors talking loudly. The room also had a balcony which was a nice add. The only problem with it was that the window wasnt soundproof enough. Sometimes we could hear loud talking and the cars outside at night. The hotel was located next to a mall which made going to find food easy. However we didnt realize that the shops would be closed on sundays which was fine because there were still nice local cafes nearby. The bus and metro station was pretty close to the hotel which made transit to the city helpful.

There was a huge spiderweb in a corner of our room which made us feel a little uneasy but we brushed it under the rug. The room was really tiny for the fact that it was meant for 3 people. There was barely any closet space and the fridge in the room was very small. In addition there was no cutlery in the room. The pool was very small which was a letdown. The picture made the pool look way bigger than it truly was and there was only about 10 sunbeds next to the pool which made getting a seat during peak hours harder.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a mini fridge, a TV, a desk, an iron and iron board and other convenient things. Big bed, very comfortable. It's a 5min. walk from the metro station

The overall cleaning could be better... The bathroom was big and spacious but in terms of cleaning it should also be better for a 4 stars hotel. The towels were slightly worn out, with old marks on them and didn't have the best smell... The bath part was a bit dirty, including the wall tiles and floor... Also the shower isn't ideal because the bath is just floor (which is very good and practical for people with reduced mobility) but the part that's not as good is that it only had a plastic curtain, so the water gets everywhere around the bathroom and the floor was super wet afterwards everywhere...

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and definitely did not meet our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service felt very basic. Nobody offered to help with our luggage or show us around the hotel. The rooms are quite small and, although they do the job, they lack basic amenities. There was no body scrub, and we were only provided with two 500ml bottles of water on the first day with no consistent replenishment. The Wi-Fi was also poor and kept disconnecting throughout our stay. Breakfast finishes surprisingly early for a hotel catering to tourists. Most hotels we have stayed at give guests until around 11am, which is much more reasonable when you are on holiday. Another disappointment was that there was no prayer room or suitable dedicated space for guests to pray. For an international hotel welcoming guests from different backgrounds and faiths, having a small multi-faith prayer space would be a very reasonable facility to provide. On our final day, our flight wasn’t until the evening, yet there was no offer of a late checkout or much flexibility to make the final day more comfortable. Overall, the hotel looks presentable and served its basic purpose, but the hospitality, facilities and attention to detail were lacking. There are a lot of relatively small improvements that could make guests feel considerably more welcomed and looked after. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Polite staff, clean hotel, delicious, plentiful breakfast, good transport. Perfect base for exploring Barcelona.

We hadden een nette kamer met balkon.

J'ai eu un problème avec la navette qui est venue a l'heure de l'atterrissage 14:44 alors que je demandais de venir pour 16h pour le laisser le temps de récupérer ma valise en soute.

Quisiera dejar constancia de mi malestar por la forma en que se ha gestionado la solicitud de mis datos personales durante el check-in. Además de los datos necesarios para realizar el registro en el hotel, se me ha solicitado que facilite mi dirección, número de teléfono y correo electrónico. Al preguntar cuál era la finalidad de aportar estos datos adicionales, no se me ha dado una explicación clara, indicándome únicamente que podían ser necesarios en caso de que quisiera solicitar una factura. Considero que debería informarse de forma clara y transparente sobre qué datos son obligatorios, cuáles son opcionales y con qué finalidad se solicita cada uno de ellos. Asimismo, cuando he manifestado que no deseaba facilitar mi número de teléfono ni mi correo electrónico, la actitud del personal no me ha parecido especialmente amable ni adecuada. Entiendo que el hotel pueda necesitar determinados datos para cumplir con sus obligaciones, pero también considero que tengo derecho a saber qué información es necesaria y a no facilitar datos adicionales cuando no se me explica debidamente su finalidad. Por todo ello, agradecería que se revisara la forma en que se solicita y explica la recogida de datos personales a los clientes, así como el trato recibido cuando un huésped decide no facilitar información que considera innecesaria.

Clean comfy rooms, rooftop pool was fab with rooftop bar nearby. Shopping mall and restaurant amenities close by. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. A+++++

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Barcelona, sin tener que meterte en aglomeraciones. El transporte urbano es bueno en una zona tranquila y con servicios alrededor del Hotel. Centro comercial justo enfrente.

La habitación no cumplía, a mi parecer los estándares, de un Hotel de esta categoría. Bañera en vez de ducha, puerta del baño atascada, no se reponían los productos de baño, cortinas que no cerraban, ventanas que no se abrían bien... un sinfín de pequeños detalles que necesitan de mantenimiento y consideración por parte del Hotel.

The two separate occasions we requested our room to be cleaned housekeeping did not restock bath towels. It was frustrating to get back to the hotel at the end of the day tired, to try hunting down bath towels. Breakfast was ok but the buffet was setup up with the same food.

The beds were comfortable. The location is great!There was a lot of convenient public transport and a big commercial store within 5 min walk. The staff was friendly and helpful - when we called in advance on the phone and during our stay.

The online check-in and the prepayment process felt strange at first and we were anxious until we successfully got the cards for the rooms when we arrived. In our room, we were surprised that the door for the bathroom was made of mat glass (there was a hole instead of a handle, therefore not much privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom). Probably an aesthetic design, but didn’t feel comfortable.

Déçus par notre séjour Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 15 au 19 août 2026, dans deux chambres pour un montant d’environ 1 200 €. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été marqué par un problème important : un évier bouché qui a nécessité deux interventions, sans que le problème soit réellement résolu. Des mauvaises odeurs étaient également présentes, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins agréable. Nous avons signalé la situation à l’hôtel et avons attendu une résolution, mais malgré les interventions, le problème a persisté. L’hôtel est bien situé, mais au regard du prix payé et des désagréments rencontrés, nous sommes déçus de notre expérience et nous attendions un niveau de service plus satisfaisant.

Paid for parking, and was asked for car plate, but I had to let them know every time I wanted to go in and out. Inconvenient. They charged 10 EUR per hour for late check out. First time I have encountered this in my travels around the world.

Un po’ caro il garage

Ételérzékenyként fontos volt a mentes étkezés, Gluténmentes pékárúból rendelkezésre állt minden nap zsemle/bagett, croissant, vagy muffin is. Bőséges reggeli választék volt. A szoba megfelelő méretű volt a 6 napos tartózkodáshoz, és minden eszköz volt a szobában amire szükségünk volt. Összességében teljesen korrekt és jó szállás volt. A reptérről és a belváros irányából is kiválóan megközelíthető, 5 percen belül van megálló, pláza a szomszédban, ahol minden szükséges bolt van.

A klíma a szobában csepegett, ezt nem jeleztük végül, minket annyira nem zavart, csak furcsa volt. A szobaszervíz néha csak 1 törölközőt cserélt, vagy csak elvitte a fürdőkilépőt, és nem helyezett ki újat.

Den Bereich um die Poolbar könnte man schöner gestalten und die Öffnungszeiten im Sommer ausweiten.

Frühstück war gut, aber teuer. Nur an sehr wenigen Tagen Nutella, fanden die Kinder nicht so gut. Brote mitnehmen war ok. Kein ordentlicher Latte möglich. Insgesamt aber gut. Wir waren trotz Abweichungen zufrieden.

una noche de las 3 que nos alojamos en el hotel tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado de la habitación, avisamos en recepción y de inmediato subieron a revisar, esperamos por 1 hora y media para el arreglo y aun así no funciono el personal super amable para resolverlo esto fue a media noche, y al final tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación a la 1 de la madrugada algo incomodo con los niños a esta hora pero lo solucionaron asignándonos otra habitación

Just a terrible service. The AC on the room didn’t work and it was much hotter than being outside, impossible to sleep. The hotel reception told us to wait for a technician at 5am that never showed up and later realized he was sleeping and not working that night. They also couldn’t get us another room and later decided to pivot the entire issue to my friend not having a physical id for the check in, calling the police on that so they would not face any issues with their terrible service. The 2 hotel receptionists were of the worst competence I’ve ever witnessed and I’m still speechless honestly, they took everything personally and wanted somehow to get into more drama instead of owning their own issue with the poor service the hotel was offering, a simple refund or a next night in a different room would have solved it.. Some people are in their own world and have no idea how to do their part, I’m sure the company is at fault here, but the workers made it so worse trying to call the police because of something so pointless, just to change the attention to something else.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Only 10 mins on the taxi. Walking distance to the underground station. It’s convenient for shopping and eating out as there is a big shopping mall across from the road. A big Carrefour in the shopping mall as well. Very good swimming pool - my son loved it!

Waiter here is great. Polite and engaging. Decided on straight to main, and opted for the steak and potatoes. Came to dinner at SB Plaza hotel restaurant at 7pm, where I was staying. Was advised that I could not sit down until 8pm. So I was Even more hungry and so looked forward to eating. Dinner arrived quickly. Steak looked great but where are the potatoes? (See photo). No sauce, no pepper no mustard. Nothing. Anyway tried to make the bits of potato last Steak was lovely. With no potatoes or other vegetables to enjoy I decided on dessert , not something I usually do but still hungry. With no cheese platter on offer I decided on the tiramisu and looked forward to it. When the partially defrosted failed tiramisu arrived with some sugar art my heart sank. It was dreadful and tasted as bad as it looked So all in all, a little disappointed with the food but thanks to the waiter and his politeness and the steak being ok I’ll leave this as it is and wish you the best if you decide to eat here

The room is small, the pool is smaller than pictured, and always packed. The location is close to the subway but it’s in the suburb of Barcelona and there’s not much around. The sink in my first room smells like sewage but they were willing to let me change room when it becomes available.
