Reviewed Oct 7, 2025男女ともに素晴らしい温泉施設を備えています 最上階の温泉フロアには、WiFi、コンセントなども備え、展望の良い男女共通の休息スペースがあり、入浴以外でも利用できます 部屋は少々コンパクト（ダブルルーム利用）でしたが、温泉でくつろげることを考えれば十分です また、ドーミーインホテルでの朝食はいつも楽しみにしているのですが、ここ（青森）も大変に美味しく、時間ぎりぎりに行ったのに食べすぎてしまいました

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025The dormy inn Aomori is an excellent choice for a short stay in the area. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is extremely gracious. I chose this because I wanted to stay in a hotel that had access to an onsen, and this one did not disappoint. The onsen facility was clean, never over crowded and a nice temperature even during the hot summer. A complimentary cream or popsicle after you soak was a bonus.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025This was disappointing. The standard-double was clearly designed for single occupancy (and that's allowing for the fact that Japanese hotel rooms are always on the small side). They charge you if you want your room cleaned and this was not made clear in the booking. They make you put your own towels and rubbish outside the room if you want them changed/emptied. In other words, it's not offering a standard hotel service ... more like a hostel - one where you do the work for them. Not sure I've ever been asked to pay extra to have a room cleaned. Tiny bottles of water provided. Location is good but overall, the meanness of the service left a very bad impression.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Hotellet virler nytt og alt er rent og pent. Men rommenes layout er helt merkelig med toalett på et eget rom utenfor badet. Inne på rommet var det overfylt av stpre møbler som gjorde det krevende med bagasje. Putene på sengen var steinharde og madrassene også. Vi fikk ikke sove pga lav komfort med sengene. Et av de verste hotellene vi har besøkt i Japan pga dette. Vestlige turister vil finne sengekomforten dårlig da vi er vant med myke puter.

The only thing I could possibly note are the pillows. I had to go out and buy one that was a more comfortable. But besides that one thing, the hotel is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025お部屋は清潔、大浴場が別にあるからか？部屋の浴室はシャワーブースのみ、洗面所が部屋に入ったドアを開けた横にありクローゼット(扉無)と横並びに設置してあった。電灯が人感センサーの設定になっており、洗面所を利用中に点いたり消えたりしストレスだった。クローセットの位置も不便。サービスは良く、部屋の広さも満足。出来ればスーツケースを広げられる場所やスツールがあるとありがたかった

Reviewed May 26, 2025自動チェックイン機で行うよう促されたが機械のエラーでカードキーが出てこなかった。そういう事もあるのかもしれないが、カウンターの女性からは特に一言もなくカードを手渡された。誤ってほしい訳ではなく、とっさの一言が出るかどうかでホテルの印象は変わると思いますので今後に期待する事にします。 部屋は入り口スペースと寝室の間にドアがあり落ち着いた印象でした。温泉が非常に良かったです。湯上がりのサービスも嬉しく思いました。 駅からは少し離れていますが、総合的にまた宿泊したあと思えるホテルでした。

Reviewed May 2, 2025房間大小在日本來說算不錯，整潔舒適。 大浴場有不同種類水温供選擇，地方算寬敞。 職員很友善，很幫忙。 離青森車站大概10分鐘路程，其實只是沿有蓋行人路一直走就到，不難找且沿路都有食肆。一旁有711，很方便。旁邊的橫街向海邊（物産中心）有Maroon cafe，反方向行有青之森公園，剛好還可以賞櫻。

Reviewed Apr 26, 2025It was a most pleasant stay in my trip. Clean and good location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot spring in the middle of the city and on the top of the hotel, looking at the beautiful view of Aomori port with the cruise ship lit up at night. There were complimentary strawberry jelly in the fridge in the room. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2025Everything about this Dormy Inn makes you want to take a moment to realise you are in a special place. From reception (which is on 4F )and a welcome drink to the wonder of the Onsen on 13F all is set up for you to have a real wellness break. The breakfast also helps with an amazing array that includes local delicacies. Food presentation , variety and tastes are top quality and the staff are quietly ensuring the dining room remains in good order and all serving dishes get topped up. On 13F the hot baths are open to the sky and I was lucky to be in the bath when it snowed! The toiletries provided in the spa are by Pola.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025とにかくサービスが良かったです。また綺麗だった点と、大浴場の広さに夜中でも利用出来る点、眺めも最高でした。またお部屋では大画面でYouTube等が閲覧出来るのは、とても嬉しかったです。 ただ今回 大雪だった為、青森駅まではちょっと遠いかな？と思いました。ですが、トータルはこちらに泊まって大正解だったと思っています。出来る事が
