混んでいる期間だったとは思うが、チェックインに30分も待たされた。初めは1人だけの対応。その時すでに6人ぐらい並んでいた。もう1人スタッフが来て対応したが、なかなか要領を得ず、列はどんどん長くなった。待たせていることに、スタッフは何の対応の言葉もなくがっかりした。

Sehr kleines Zimmer, zu weiches und kleines Bett, generell wirkt die Ausstattung alt. Badezimmer sollten saniert und modernisiert werden. Frühstück bietet große Vielfalt ist aber geschmacklich nicht immer gut.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Petite chambre d'hôtel bien équipée. Plein de petits accessoires utiles. Très bon matelas. Chambre très propre. Possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer.
Pas de grands bains communs comme dans de nombreux hôtels APA. Du coup on soit utiliser la minuscule salle de bains. Mentionne "Eki" (gare) dans le nom mais est tout de même à 10/12 minutes de la gare à pied. Avec des gros bagages c'est un peu loin de la gare.

1. 設施：這次入住的房間，床左右兩邊的高低不同，建議飯店檢查並更換。自助洗衣的費用比東京還貴。 2. 整潔：房間環境滿整潔乾淨，但是衣架很髒。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026禁煙で予約したが案内された部屋がタバコ臭かった。消臭スプレーをしたり、窓を開けたりしてしばし様子を見たがやはり厳しく（喘息持ちのため心配）、フロントに連絡した際、快く部屋を変える対応をしてくれたのが良かった。
禁煙の部屋のはずが、煙草臭あり。部屋に染み付いていて厳しかった。禁煙の部屋であれば、徹底的にタバコの匂いは気にしていただけると嬉しいです。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026秋田駅から少し離れていますが、アーケードの下を１０分くらいなので行くのは雨でも楽です。 部屋は小さめでしたが、必要なアメニティは全部あり、流石にアパはリーズナブルで裏切らないと思いました。朝6時半の出発でしたが、フロントの方がもういてびっくりしました。 ホテルの直ぐ前にコンビニがあるので、夜一寸食べたい飲みたいにも 便利でした。

Step up to bathroom.was quite high, tap was not as intuitive as it could be. Space between wall and bed was too small to be of any use. I thought the pillows were a little firm. No restaurant on site for dinner. Note restaurants nearby are quite small and fill up soon after 5 pm. The fridge is turned off when you arrive, the switch to turn it is above the fridge below the tv

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even if they didn’t understand English, they would use the translator and try their best to understand our requests and needs. It is convenient with laundry service, and also a convenience store right opposite the hotel.
The air conditioning was only on heater mode, and it can feel a little stuffy, especially since the room was quite small for 2 people.
