Reviewed Aug 30, 2026温泉と温泉前のラウンジ。ドリンク飲み放題、主人はビールを楽しんでました。子供もアイスキャンデーやジュースを散々頂きました。あと、卓球やゲームセンター（太鼓の達人）、マンガもあって、楽しみました。マンガはカバーがしてたあってとても清潔でした。雨で天候が良くなかったので、ホテルでゆっくりできたのが良かったです。
建物が古い点でしょうか…。

何かを確認したい時に、すぐフロントではなく0120にかけてというのと本当は、ケーキを頼みたかったりしたのですが、直接ホテルと連絡できないのが、難点でした。

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026蟹(痩せていましたが)とステーキが食べ放題で良かったことと、お料理は全体的に美味しかったことです。
夕食の時間が１８時から２０時まで…と早い時間で終了してしまった点と、売店の１０％オフになる時間も夕食の時間と丸かぶりで、夕食の時間に売店に行くことも出来ず、売店でのお得感を味わうことは出来ませんでした。 屋上のお風呂の見晴らしは最高ですが、他の建物から丸見えの様な気がします。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026古さはありましたが施設も大きくお部屋もふたりには広すぎて勿体無いくらいでした。大浴場は思ったより小さいと思いましたが最上階の露天風呂が気持ち良くて夜と朝と違う景色で満足でした。広いレストランの食事も沢山の種類で食べきれずでどれも美味しかったです！清潔でサービスも良く楽しかったです。安く泊まれて大満足です。

エレベーターのすきまが汚いし臭いが臭かった。 18:20に夕食に行ったらアヒージョ、うなぎがすっかり無くスタッフに追加はあるか聞いたらあるんじゃない？みたいに冷たい返答が返ってきて不愉快だった。 晴れていたから良かったけど駐車場からホテルが遠い！ 売店の品揃えがすくないし、特産物が何も無く寂しい。

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026朝、夕食の食べ放題、今回はカニの食べ放題だったのでさらにとてもよかった。 大浴場、天空の湯は、眺めが最高！今回は曇り空だったけど気持ちがよかったです。 前回は、長女がまだ妊娠中だったのですが、今回は乳児として、孫も一緒にきました。 前回の時に離乳食も準備されているのを知って感動、それが決めてで今回もお世話になろうと予約しました。離乳食や温めようにレンジもあったのでとても助かりました。 次回もまた、予約しまーす。

Die Taiko Spielkonsole war defekt und man konnte es nicht richtig nutzen, das Hotel ist gross, dementsprechend sind der Speisesaal und der Onsen immer voll und eher laut.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025老舗旅館でとても趣があり良かったです。特に食事が良かったです！ビュッフェ形式でしたが、和食が多く食べやすかった！朝のにぎりたておにぎりも良かったです！ 周辺施設も足湯などがありとても雰囲気が良かったです！ 施設自体は少し古いですが、気にならないくらいです。

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025お風呂自慢と言われているが残念。 時期的にかもしれないが、露天風呂の虫さんを救うことすら困難な大量の羽蟻さんにはゾッとした。 ライトアップの位置を変えるとか、頻繁に網ですくうとか足場を掛け流しにするとか、きちんと対応して欲しい。

Reviewed Apr 14, 2025Fun stay - our family had a great time for a quick stay on way up to Kanazawa. Loved that everything was included and lovely to walk around the local area too. Huge suite for family, separate rooms for kids and a lounge area- older style but gorgeous and really comfortable.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2023You can book shuttle from JR station. The location is perfect in the historical area. Although it’s aged for the facility, we have a good experience in onsen pool and Karaoke.

The sofa inside the room is broken, you should fix it. I was afraid to sit on it.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2023お風呂あがりのビール、酎ハイ、ハイボールは、無料でした。お風呂を出てから、しばらく、飲んでしまいました。卓球、カラオケ、漫画、マッサージチェアなども無料でした。従業員の皆さまのお気遣いも素晴らしく感じました。お風呂上がりのアルコールは、無料なのに食事のアルコールは、有料…そこが少々残念に感じました。
