There was a long line for the buffet even after picking up trays. I thought it would be helpful to let people know they didn't have to stay in line after that and could just take foods from anywhere.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026大人4名、子供4名、2部屋で宿泊しました。どちらの部屋もとても広々としていて快適でした。素泊まりでしたので、食事内容は分かりません。 また、姉妹旅館？の瑠璃光で無料でプールを入ることができ子供たちも楽しめました。
ベランダが蜘蛛の巣が結構かかっていたりしたので出る気になりませんでした。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026久しぶりに素敵な旅館に泊まりました。ロビーがとても広く落ち着く館内で、スタッフの方の対応が良かったです。 周辺を観光するには場所によってバスが必要になりますが加賀温泉駅までの無料が出ていてそちらの案内もあったので利用させていただきました。 部屋は畳ですが洗面所、トイレはモダンな造りで和洋を楽しめました！ 朝食会場では朝から十分な品揃えでとても満足です。ただ、人がいないと静まり返ったような静かさなので少し音楽など流れているといいのかなと個人的に思いました。 ですが、本当にすてきな場所でした。

The traditional beds were not the most comfortable. We were only allowed to use the onsen and common areas until 10am on the check out date, it would have been nice to have some flexibility around this.

It was outdated. Very basis amenities compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The front desk charged us 4,500 yen for a simple key card we misplaced. They also tried to charge full day rental for bikes we used only for 3 hours, one of which was broken.

GWで仕方がなかったが、食事が付けられなかった。近隣の歩いてまわれる範囲内の飲食店が予約でいっぱいで、希望のお店にも全部に入れなかった。 その情報が欲しかった。 トイレの換気扇の音が気になった。

Reviewed May 5, 2026やはりいつでも好きな時に好きなだけ温泉が使えるのは本当に嬉しいかったです。 GWにも関わらずすごく静かで穏やかに観光できたのは何より嬉しかった。 スタッフの方もすごく丁寧でしたし、この値段で受けていいサービスなのかと思いました。
初日は心地よく寝れたのですが最後の日がたまたま気温が高めだったせいもあって布団だと暑くて寝苦しく寝不足の状態でチェックアウトしました。冷房つければ良いのでしょうが乾燥で喉をやられるかもと思ってつけれませんでした。

Staff inattentive. Asked staff to come to room help with luggage. But was told to get a trolly and help myself. Didn't get a welcome tea. Did not have towel in room, although there is a bath. No tea pot or tea facilities in room, lost all the old amenities you use to get from a Ryokan. Normally they will swap the onsen in the morning, obviously didn't happen here.

There were steps from the elevator to the room, but the staff helped with luggage.

部屋案内の中居さんは明るく笑顔だったけど日本語レベルが低すぎて理解しにくかった。 早くに予約はしていたが食事の内容とかも含めるとかなり割高に感じた。

Amenities could be improved and early check in time or shared benefit if book both sister hotel (hatori & rurikoh). We booked both hotek for consecutive days but unable to check in earlier or enjoy both hotel features due to gap in check out- check in time

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Sources chaudes agréables, personnel accommodant et très bon petit déjeuner. Facilement accessible en bus, rien de tel après une journée de visite. Bâtiment très intéressant architecturalement ! Chambre petite mais confortable ! Service de navette disponible.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025Ik vond het interieur mooi en het personeel was hel behulpzaam bij het diner. Ik had een ryokan diner bijbesteld, wat erg de moeite was en niet overmate duur.
Twee kleine dingen konden beter: ik had tijdens het diner het gevoel dat ik mij moest haasten, want de gerechten kwamen té snel na elkaar. Hierdoor voelde ik me niet ontspannen en heb ik eerder overeten en opgejaagd gevoeld. In andere ryokan waar ze ook het bed klaarmaken tijdens de maaltijd, laten ze de rotenburo ook vollopen. Als Hatori dat ook zou doen, zou het enorm geapprecieerd worden. Dit kan men aan de klant voorstellen aan de receptie. Dit bad was niet schoon en ik heb het moeten uitkuisen voor ik er in kon. Jammer: ik ben rugpatiënte en had dit gemeld. To h heb ik zelf een tweede futon onder het de futon bij gelegd, nochtans zou met er drie stapelen, zei men.
