La posizione è imbattibile: la stazione della metropolitana si trova a pochissimi passi, rendendo gli spostamenti verso qualsiasi zona della città incredibilmente veloci e funzionali.La struttura eccelle per la sua pulizia impeccabile, sia nelle aree comuni che nella camera, che pur essendo compatta (come tipico a Tokyo) era dotata di ogni comfort e sfruttata al millimetro. Un elogio speciale va allo staff: tutti i ragazzi sono stati straordinariamente gentili, super disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci con indicazioni e consigli. Consigliatissimo sia per viaggi di lavoro che di piacere!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Nossa experiência no Hop Inn foi excelente do início ao fim! O hotel é simplesmente uma graça: muito bonito, moderno, tudo novinho e extremamente bem cuidado. Foi uma daquelas hospedagens que deixam a viagem ainda mais especial. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, organizado e era super aconchegante. Tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para uma estadia confortável. Também adoramos os pequenos detalhes e facilidades que o hotel oferece, como café e itens de higiene à vontade, máquina de gelo e máquina de lavar roupas — algo que fez muita diferença para nós durante a viagem. Outro ponto que merece MUITO destaque é a equipe. Todas as pessoas que nos atenderam foram extremamente educadas, gentis, atenciosas e prestativas. Fomos sempre muito bem recebidos e tratados, o que tornou nossa experiência ainda melhor. 🥰 A localização também é excelente! O hotel fica pertinho do metrô, facilitando muito os deslocamentos por Tóquio, e há várias lojas de conveniência nas proximidades, o que é ótimo para comprar qualquer coisa que você precise durante o dia ou à noite. Nós simplesmente adoramos nossa estadia! Foi confortável, prático, bonito, limpo e acolhedor. Com certeza recomendamos o Hop Inn e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá em uma próxima viagem a Tóquio. 💕🇯🇵 Muito obrigada a toda a equipe por tornar nossos dias ainda mais especiais! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

夜中に到着してしまったのも申し訳なかったけど(台風遅延です)入室しようとしたらカードキーでドアが開かず。鍵自体の電池が無かったようで真夜中に申し訳なかったけど、先に入っていた人が寝ているのを起こして中から鍵を開けて電池を変えることはできたけど、もし誰も中におらずにこうなったらどうなっていたのかと不安を感じた。点検をした方がいいと思う。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Great location right by Iidabashi station and the wonderful Kagurazaka area. Excellent access to the Morito Memorial Hall conference venue. Very decent free coffee available in the hotel lobby, much appreciated.
Milkglass windows that cannot be opened -- no view, no fresh air. Rooms are quite small (though to be expected in Tokyo). No phone in room, therefore no possibility of scheduling a wake-up call.

The fact that you can't open the window is a bit annoying. I feel like the room would need some air, and there isn't really a proper way of getting it into the room yourself (only the staff can open the window). There are the AC and a small hole in the wall that you can open, but that is not enough.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The room is very clean and it had everything necessary. The staff was also very helpful and answered all the requests and questions we had. Location is in a more residential area and it was great seeing a bit more of local Tokyo instead of more tourist areas. They have free amenities in the lobby (tea, coffee, toothbrushes, etc.). Definitely recommended for anyone traveling to Tokyo who doesn't want all the commotion of the tourist areas, but is relatively close to all the tourist spots.
Room is relatively small, but it's also small in most places in Tokyo, so take that into consideration as well.

Oda çok küçük cam açılmıyor. Sabaha karşı oda aşırı havasız oluyor. Odadaki hava temizleyici yeterince ferahlatmıyor. Cam açma şansımız olsaydı çok daha memnun kalırdım. Sürekli oda kapısını açarak havalandırmamız gerekti.

館内着のベルトが見当たらなかったです。サイズが大きく、調整できると有り難いです。

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026My room was really nice and clean and comfortable. I came to Tokyo for one night for a job interview and it was just what I needed to relax. I liked that there was Netflix and YouTube on the TV. I also liked the amenities - there was free coffee near the check in area, and a selection of things for the bathroom - like relaxing bath salts. Also, if you want to walk around a cool area I would recommend finding Kagurazaka-dori. It's not far from the hotel and it's super nice to walk around there.
