The rooms are fully equipped with everything you’ll need on your stay, you can extend the check out time for a fee and they have storage service for your bags if your flight is later than your check out
Some double rooms might not have room for luggage. If you have big bags, maybe ask the reception to give you a room with under the bed storage place so your bags are not in the middle of the room

Aynı otelin Kyoto bölgesinde kaldım ve orada da çıkış saatinden 10:00 5 dakika sonra çıktım hiçbir sorun olmadı fakat burada kaldığımda benden 1000 japon yeni aldılar ceza olarak o yüzden onları kınıyorum ve bir daha asla orada kalmayacağım. Odaları gerçekten çok küçük ve inanılmaz kötü kokuyor odayı üçüncü günde temizlemelerini söyledik o da kesinlikle temizlenmemiş çarşaflar değiştiriilmemiş sadece düzeltilmişti o yüzden buraya bir daha asla tavsiye etmem ve gitmem

There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was comfortable and we had a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Tokyo, especially if you want easy access to Ueno and the surrounding areas.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026地下鉄東西線 上野広小路駅、JR山手線 御徒町駅からどちらも歩いて６分ほどで、賑やかで楽しい街にあるので、散策すると面白いと思いました。 朝食のコーヒーメーカーのコーヒーは普通に飲めました。 おにぎり
部屋の空調は、部屋に入って電気をONにしてから効くので、入ってすぐはムワッとして快適ではありませんでした（エコではあると思います）。 部屋が想像以上に狭かったです。 基本的に、コストダウンが目につきました。 男性がメインの客層だと思いますので、アメニティは基本的に男性用で、コームなどはありませんでした。（フロントで化粧水、乳液、入浴剤などはもらえます。） 朝食付きを選んだのですが、選べるメニューが2種類になっており、パンケーキがあまり美味しくなく、2日目はフォーとおにぎりのセットにしましたが、これも、1700円ほどする朝食とは思えず、朝食なしにすれば良かったと思いました。 バイキングがあった頃に泊まったことがあるので、アパと言えばそのイメージのままでした。 最初から最後まで、接客に力を入れていない印象でした。 部屋も同価格帯のビジネスホテルに比べて高めになっていますが、以前よりかなり質が落ちたと感じました。

Buraya eklemek isterim, bu otelde hemen önceki konaklamamız sırasında çok hissedilen bir deprem oldu. Hemen anonslarla bilgilendirme ve yönlendirmeler yapıldı. Bu çok önemliydi. Tüm personel ve yetkililere teşekkürler.

Zapłaciłem 2000 jenów za wcześniejsze zameldowanie , poczym dostałem pokój z widokiem na ścianę . Za taką dopłatę powinien być pokój przynajmniej z widokiem na miasto !. Tak wiec następny wyjazd do Tokio na pewno nie ten hotel .

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026I liked the fact that they provided clean towels almost 2-3 times a day. Room spacious and clean. The chairs had wheels ;) we could open the windows a little bit. Also the air conditioner and refrigerator helped a lot. And the cups provided.
The pillows had an awful smell. They should buy new pillows immediately or wash them and leave to the sun. The door of the bathroom was weird like an elevator door. There two chairs which was enough. The room had also another two chairs and a table which took space, they weren’t necessary cause the already existing chairs and desk are enough. The curtains didn’t block the light from the top of the curtain. In the morning 5-6 am The light went straight to my eyes when sleeping on the bed. Which woke me up.

İhtiyaç duyulacak malzemeler tarak, lastik toka, diş fırçası, terlik, çay kahve vb birçok şey düşünülmüş. Odada kettle mevcut. Hergün temiz havlu veriliyor. Kahvaltı dahil konakladık. 3 çeşit minimal kahvaltı tabağı var. Hepsi de doyurucu, en çok ramen seçeneğini sevdik.
Odanın küçük olması, ancak fiyata ve diğer olanaklara bakınca sorun değil. Biz sabah çıkıp akşam döndük. Gün içinde odada zaman geçirmek isteyenlere konforlu olmayabilir.

Me dieron la habitación una hora antes de mi llegada pero me hicieron pagar por tomar la habitación antes de la hora establecida. En otros hoteles en Japón donde me he hospedado si tienen la habitación lista me la han dado directamente sin ningún problema además me dieron la habitación 1 hora antes tampoco fue como que me la dieran desde las 8:00 am para cobrar por haberme entregado la habitación antes

Creo que es la primera vez que escribo una crítica negativa en Booking pero creo que lo sucedido en el hotel no se puede pasar por alto. El personal fue de lo más desagradable, en el desayuno después de haber pagado los 4 días (te dan una especie de tickets) el segundo día, no nos atendieron diciendo que se habían pasado dos minutos de la hora. Según la empleada eran las 9:02 y el restaurante aunque cierra a las 9:30 debes ir antes de las 9 y nos dejaron sin desayunar. Te regalé los tickets de desayuno de los siguientes día no queriendo ni la devolución del dinero. No volvi a desayunar más ahí. Por otro lado, las habitaciones no las limpian, según el hotel, el motivo es cuidar el medio ambiente por lo que tienes que pedir que te cambien las toallas y que limpien. La cama era pequeña y pegada a la pared. No había sitio para dejar las maletas ni la ropa. El baño diminuto, si no abrías la puerta no entrabas en el baño. El calor en las zonas comunes era insoportable. En cuanto al personal acabar diciendo que nunca había sentido un desprecio tan grande por parte de nadie. Ojalá los despidan a todos.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Kind staff, they speak english well. Great location near Akihabara. It is really easy to acces many places. Comfortable bed and working air conditioning. The hotel room really had all you needed and more. I realised I didn’t have to take so much stuff with me because the bathroom had toothbrushes, hair ties, cotton buds, razors, combs, shower cabs… I could go on! So much stuff which I was really happy about. They brought us new towels in a bag almost every day and we took them inside not realising that we could leave them by the door if we didn’t need them. We ended up having like three bags with towels in the room🤣 great service! We really ejoyed our time. Loved the atmosphere.
The room was small but it was expected. The pillow was a bit hard but I’m glad there were 2 pillows for each person. The breakfast options were weird in my opinion. The food was really good but it was too heavy for breakfast. There were three options to choosw from but two of them felt like lunch/dinner meals. At some point the cleaners tried to come to our room when I was changing clothes. I hid and kindly let them know that we are fine with no cleaning right now and that I did not have my clothes on but they still tried to open the door for a long moment. I guess they didn’t understand english well, so I understand. They did their job well after we left.

Come la maggior parte degli hotel che si possono trovare nelle città più visitate del Giappone (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, etc.) la stanza è piuttosto piccola, ma non a dei livelli che darebbero fastidio.

Pokój niewielki, łazienka jeszcze mniejsza, ale nie po to się przyjeżdża do Japonii, żeby siedzieć w hotelu. Łóżka wygodne. Natomiast największą przewaga tego hotelu jest lokalizacja. Blisko targu, blisko pociągu, blisko metra, blisko do wieczornego życia, a jednak sam hotel przy ruchliwej ulicy, ale cichej okolicy. Rewelacyjna baza do dalszych wypadów i nie ma problemy, żeby zostawić bagaż na kilka dni, bez dodatkowych opłat.

Las toallas tenían algunas manchas y la habitación no fue la más cómoda, es pequeña.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Los hoteles APA, en mi experiencia en Tokio y Osaka, han sido muy buenas. Son habitaciones pequeñas, pero eso es un hecho en Japón, y ofrecen lo que necesitas y más. Contentos con las elecciones y recomendables sin duda.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Świetna lokalizacja w jednej z ciekawszych części miasta. Świetny market, blisko pociągu i dworca, blisko fantastycznej restauracji ze śniadaniami. Pokoje malutkie, ale nie po to się jedzie do Japonii, żeby siedzieć w pokoju. Jak dla mnie 10/10.

Pusryčiai išduodami senoviškai, su talonais, kiekvieną dieną reikia atsižymėti ką valgysi ryte. Pusryčių pasirinkimas menkas. Kituose APA viešbūčiuose maistas geresnis kelis kartus, gali laisvai rinktis ką nori valgyti. Čia to nėra. Rekomenduotume imti be pusryčių ir valgyti kitur.

Wokół hotelu (zaledwie 2-5 minut pieszo) znajdują się kluczowe linie metra i kolei: Suehirocho i Ueno-hirokoji (linia Ginza), Ueno-okachimachi (linia Toei Oedo), Yushima (linia Chiyoda) oraz stacja Okachimachi (pętla JR Yamanote). Ogromnym atutem jest też bezpośredni, bezproblemowy dojazd na lotnisko Narita – krótki spacer dzieli hotel od stacji Keisei Ueno, skąd pociąg Keisei Skyliner dowozi na miejsce w 41 minut bez żadnych przesiadek! Okolica to prawdziwy raj zakupowy – tuż obok tętni targ Ameyoko, wokół działa mnóstwo sklepów spożywczych (całodobowe konbini), butików odzieżowych, sklepów z pamiątkami oraz z obuwiem wszelkiego rodzaju. Pokoje są klasyczne dla sieci APA – kompaktowe, ale perfekcyjnie czyste, ciche i świetnie wyposażone. W pokoju na gości czekają również bardzo wygodne, czyste kapcie jednorazowe, co jest świetnym i higienicznym detalem. Do dyspozycji jest także zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty wraz z czajnikiem, idealny na szybki napój. W łazience na start dostaje się pełen zestaw świetnych kosmetyków (szampon, odżywka, żel) oraz akcesoria, takie jak szczotka do włosów, czepek, płatki kosmetyczne, patyczki do uszu, myjki do ciała, maszynki czy zestaw do zębów. Super udogodnieniem są też dostępne dla gości darmowe, przezroczyste parasole na deszczowe dni. Bardzo pomocna obsługa!
