Reviewed Sep 16, 2026De locatie! Ook de faciliteiten zoals wasmachine voor 200 yen, droogkast voor 100 yen, koelkast en diepvries die je vrij kan gebruiken. Er is vlakbij een tramhalte dus toplocatie! Je slaapt in hokjes en hebt meerdere stopcontacten en verse lakens.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Staff are super friendly, they make a great coffee downstairs, the vibe is very chill, and the manager, Yuya, is simply the greatest. I stayed at Hive about two years ago and he remembered and thanked me for staying again. Just a lovely guy and it shows in his establishment.
Some of the facilities are a bit small, but it's to be expected when you're a large American in Japan.

Det luktar mögel. Så det är nog väldigt dålig ventilation. Ingen hiss. Det finns bara duschar på ett våningsplan. Sängarna var inte heller så trevligt byggda.

En las fotos de Booking se veía todo muy limpio y en buen estado a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con un guesthouse completamente diferente. 5 pisos sin ascensor, el suelo no era lo mejor del mundo, al entrar a la habitación vimos que no era lo que mostraban en las fotos, estaba todo más viejo y solo habia 4 baños para cada genero cuando eran más de 30 camas.

It has a couple of problems. No lift, showers only on the 2 floor, in general the place feels a bit neglected, just fixing a couple of things and maybe paint some walls and floors it would improve it a lot! But in general it was ok, it was pretty cheap to be honest

All the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. What makes me want to return to this hotel is the availability of free bicycles for daily use; I was able to use them almost every day, which made getting around so much easier. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Wan Hotel Osaka—love you! 😍🤗

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026super great, but it was a bit expensive and I m vegan so i cooked at my own but if I was not vegan, its really a nice delight meal for brunch and nice cafe hourse at morning it would be nice to be at tapas and cocktail hours also I loved the cafeteria at 2nd floor small kitchen is nicer, for vegan or special persons with diets or medical treatments grocery stores are all around with very fresh and great prices is really appreciated for yoggie as myself as much as adore this place, I would like to read some nice books at 2nd floor with nice soy latte or green tea is much adores for at another time, nice rides of train and bus is great, but its easier to find locations to walk around and definately even if you are alone there is always friends to save you is this kind of freindly place thanks to for all the good days are your place and definately when i finish my business travel i like to go back for autumn leaves of museum tours at Tokyo and EDO the behind this buidling there is OBI hostel where people go for gym and its a nice connection

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Good location, directly next to station. Friendly staff. Repaired the airco which broke in the middle of the summer within 24 hours! Pleasant common room. Light turns off at 11 PM, make sure to be silent in the dorms after that time!
Some guests were loud at night, but that is not the hostels fault. Airco broke, but the fixed very quickly so it was no big deal! Breakfast was not present, except for a pasta meal. It is different from what was mentioned at Booking.com.

La struttura lascia grande autonomia in check-in e check-out, perfettamente pratico ma un po' impersonale. L'area comune non offre troppe occasioni di faniliarizzazione fra i viaggiatori

There was a guy who seemed drunk roaming around (drink in hand, aggressive attitude, spitting, unsanitary), and it was unclear whether he was a guest or managed to make his way in another way. If this actually was a guest, he should have been removed, as other guests were clearly uncomfortable with his behaviour. When we tried to notify the staff, they were unreachable, which made us have to call the police. Staff was not at the property at most times. Also, the first night, the showers were ice cold, with no way to change that. There were no lockers for luggage, which is concerning (especially given the situation with the guy).

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026我在這裡住了4晚，以青年旅社來說，這裡很好，我是一個容易緊張的人，在這裡睡覺我可以安心的睡著，你很難去管控每個旅客的生活習慣，但是只要妳反應不適給員工，他們盡力幫你處理，員工非常積極友善，讓我感到安心，附近有2個超市，食物都非常美味，我太晚發現另一個超市有美味的起士了，下次我還會選擇入住這裡，這裡有廚具，但是廚具已經被刮花了，煮飯一定會釋出毒素，但是人生哪裡不是毒素呢？如果廚具不貴的話，再去ikea買套新的吧，冰箱可以使用，你會看到冰箱裡面有很多以前的人留下的東西，即使如此，你住在這裡仍然要非常注意自己的安全，例如可能會有附近的流浪者闖入民宿（因為門禁不嚴）如果你是女生，不要選擇在人少的半夜時間使用2樓，你可能會有危險，青年旅社會碰到的問題，在這裡都會有，例如陌生男人的騷擾攀談、有人在半夜大叫，上鋪的空間很困難爬上去，而且有個大管道，我住的2晚那個空間有不明原因的嚴重汗臭味，我找不到方向來源，所以我買了一罐芳香噴霧瘋狂的噴，改善一些，不妨礙入睡，另外的2晚我睡在另一個床位，並沒有異味，地點很好，我回國時坐淺草線直達成田機場，非常好

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026東京駅から近く(二駅)、便利だった。値段もお手頃。建物内は清潔で、何も気になる点はなかった。2階の共有スペースにはシャワールーム、くつろげるソファ、リビング、洗濯機、乾燥機などがあり、設備が充実していた。9時以降でもセルフチェックインが簡単に可能で助かった。
全体的に廊下が狭く、またエレベーターは無かった。そのため、大きな荷物を持っているときは階段を上がるのが大変かもしれない。

Personel yardımsever. Özellikle Rin çok cana yakın. Odalar koğuş tipi. Yatak çok rahat olmasa da fena değil. Tuvalet çok iyi. Son teknoloji.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Super clean facilities. Clean kitchen, showers, toilets... I think for bunk beds they were quite spacious. At least it was good enough for me. The subway station is just on the side, like not even one min walking (Bakurocho station if i am not mistaken)
The showers are on the second floor so it wasn't the best, but I guess it is no one's fault. Also there's no elevator so hopefully the subway stairs are enough training for the guesthouse haha. However, the staff was kind enough to help my friend.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The property is close to Bakurocho , Bakurayokoyama and Higashi-Nihombashi,Kodemmacho station , Family mart is closer to it. You can reach shinjuku , tokyo, Asakusa station in few minutes.They have a full fledged kitchen with cutleries utensils kitchennete with basic things utensils cofee, sugar , salt and oil is provided, water heater kettle , microwave overn bread toaster, and open terrace to relax, they provide free umberellas. The locality is calm and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The check in was smooth the staff at reception was welcoming and provided all information clearly. wifi was fast. There is also a local supermarket with fruits vegetables fresh and precooked foods and a lot more just the adjacent building as you step out. Over all its a great location and a peaceful stay on a budget. A towel and blanket is provided.
Toilets and accomodation beds are in third floor and common lobby , kitchen bathrooms are in second floor the staricase are very steep and difficult to climb the beds on the upper bunk are difficult to climb and the wodden boards are sharp at places and scratched. The construction of the beds is very cheap very thin plywood has been used. Outside the rooms, there are shoe racks but this area has a strong, unpleasant smell. There’s also no elevator, so you have to carry all your bags up steep stairs. Bathrooms a riny you just have to stand and take bath and the the space is adequate for that.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026場所は良いですね、JR馬喰町の駅から歩いて１分。値段も非常に良いです。スタッフさんの対応も親身で、とても良かったです。共有スペースは椅子やテーブルがある程度あり、不自由なく使えました。またキッチンや共有冷蔵庫があるので、自分で食材を調達してこれば、自炊でさらに安く済ませられます。
まず、２段ベッドの作りと、その梯子に問題がありました。私は２段ベッド上段(308)でしたが、天井に配管が通っており、それが邪魔でした。特に梯子で上がる時、配管に頭や背中が閊えました。下段ベッドは上下スペースが、一般的なカプセルルームよりかなり広いので、そこの天井をもう少し低くして、上段ベッドの空間を広げるべきだったと思います。 梯子に関しては１段１段の間隔が広すぎるのと、最上部の梯子は、ほぼベッドの縁と同じ高さなので不要だと思いました。というのはベッドから降りるときに、最上段の梯子が邪魔になり、２段目の梯子に脚をかけるのにかなり苦労します。慣れるまで転落の危険をかなり感じましたし、あの高さで転落するとケガの程度も大きいので、そのリスクを考えると、利用者は注意する必要があります。 他には、男性トイレが少なかったように思います。 そしてもう一つ、Wifiが非常に不安定でした。時間帯、通信量、場所、どういったことに起因するのかは不明ですが、いずれにしても、頻繁に通信が途切れてしばらく通信不能ということが起きました。私は主にPCでしたが、スマホでも起こりました。

シャンプーだけ、ガサガサなったから、買いに行ったとのこと。 宿泊費が安いのでそれは仕方ないと思います。

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Wie haben das Hostel wegen dem Preis und der Dachterrasse ausgewählt. Für uns war es wichtig, dass wir nach einem ganzen Tag in der Stadt trotzdem noch draußen sitzen konnten. Trotz beschriebener Sperrzeit in den Kommentaren war die Terrasse durchgehend geöffnet. Das war wirklich gut. Auch wenn der Ausblick eher minimal ist, kann man doch ein wenig die Leute auf der Straße beobachten. Das Frühstück war lecker. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung und eine größere Portion wäre schön, aber wenn man nur ein paar Tage bleibt ist das völlig in Ordnung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Personal konnte Englisch. Es hat gepasst. Es ist eben ein Hostel und kein Hotel. Für den Preis kann man sich in Tokio nicht beschweren.
Ich denke, unser Problem lag bei unseren Mitbewohnern im Stockwerk und die Lage unserer Betten neben den Toiletten im Stockwerk. Man hat wirklich alles gehört. Egal ob jemand ein Asahi zu viel getrunken hat, das Essen nicht vertragen hat oder einfach in der früh um 4 Uhr pinkeln geht. Wir haben es gehört. Der Schlaf war manchmal nicht sonderlich erholsam. Insbesondere wenn manche Personen zum Flughafen müssen und bereits um 3:30 Uhr anfangen, sich im einzigen Waschbecken des Stockwerks die Zähne zu putzen.

There's washing machine and laundry machine, pay per use. Shared communal kitchenette. Shared space has various board games. Also located super close to a train station.
There are no stairs, and I was staying on the 5th floor. For an overnight stay it would be no problem but I was staying for a few days, which was a bit of a hassle. There are only showers on the second floor, so you have to bring your stuff up and down to the showers. There were also not enough slippers. I had to borrow some from a different floor (maybe other guests have taken them?)

Reviewed May 25, 2026The location was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean and clearly regularly cleaned by staff. The common space was nice.
There were too many people in each dormitory room so it felt quite crowded. The lock for the bedroom door was loud which was disturbing when people came in late at night. I would have preferred the bathroom to be nearer to the bedroom rather than next to the kitchen one floor down.

楼梯很陡，没有电梯对大件行李不友好，床铺架子上灰尘比较多

Reviewed May 11, 2026管家很友善英文能力也好，床挺長也寬，睡下舖的人頭上有足夠空間，感覺西方人應該會很滿意床舖。廚房設備齊全，有大冰箱可存放食物。有男女分用的浴廁，住宿客人都有禮貌，2樓共用空間讓人感到輕鬆自在，牆上有2處實用的東京旅遊資訊。位置好，交通方便，街景安靜整齊好看，附近多辦公大樓，可以漫步其間感受日本上班族日常場域，不像淺草太多觀光客了。
此青旅原來建築較老舊，只有樓梯，沒有電梯（不過男管家很壯，會主動幫忙提行李箱上樓。）

Reviewed May 5, 2026朝早くの東京発の新幹線に乗りたくて近くの安く泊まれるところを探していたところ、こちらを見つけて宿泊しました。 各フロアは土足禁止だったのは良かったです。
エレベーターがないので、5階までキャリーを運ぶのは少し大変かもしれませんが、事前に調べればわかることなので少し不便かな？と思うだけでした。 シャワールームは2階のみでしたが、私は23時くらいの到着でしたが、その時間は誰も使っておらず待ち時間はなかったです。 フロントに人がいない時間帯でのチェックアウトの時の、リネン回収ボックスの場所が分からなかったです。

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Amazing hostel. Very clean common areas, plenty of space for all guests to relax and eat. Comfortable showers. The beds themselves are also excellent, spacious enough, while providing privacy, you can completely lock yourself in your unit. An ideal location in the center of Tokyo, with several subway stations nearby. We really enjoyed it!

Limpeza e condições dos quartos a desejar , especialmente para quem passar mais de 2 noites como nós Pequeno almoço poderia ter opção de ovo e leite disponíveis

La camas de arriba son incómodas. Tienen conductos de ventilación que pasan por dentro de la cama y hay que tener cuidado de no golpearse la cabeza

The f’ing dryer! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to one 6 mins away walking and pay the same price for more than a quarter of the time. The dryer needs like 3 hours to dry a wash and that’s like 600 yen when the local one does it in 16 mins for 200

Las camas estan en la 5a planta, el comedor o zona comun en la 1-2, es pesado tener que desplazarse tanto. Si estas un par de dias esta bien, si vas para una semana es un poco incordio, pero aceptable.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Sehr sauber und zentral, direkt neben dem Hostel war die Metro, 7/11 und ein Supermarkt. Die Zimmer sind zwar 20er Zimmer aber mega ruhig und echt viel Platz für Rucksack, Koffer etc. Die Duschen/Badezimmer waren sehr praktisch! Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und es war kein Problem so spät einzuchecken.
