Reviewed Sep 13, 2026旅館位於3條地鐵跟JR的交會處，交通便利，出站回飯店距離大多幾百公尺，小走。 往兩國、淺草地區也可步行到達。飯店附近距離淺草橋很近，橋下很多小店。 各家便利商店附近都有，最近的是Ministop，大約50公尺距離，品項蠻多的。 飯店早餐非常好吃且豐富，至少可以體驗一天。
枕頭好像有點味道，應該可向櫃台反映更換。

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Zimmer sind wie in Tokyo üblich eher klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein wenig ausserhalb des Zentrums Tokyos aber ideal verbunden mit Bahn und Bus.
Nicht, ausser ein eher kleiner Zimmer mit wenig Stauraum.

スタッフの対応が微妙でした。遅い時間に来ている場合はスムーズにして欲しい。早く休みたいです。特に待っている人もいなかったがいちいちワンテンポ止まるので、システムに慣れていないのだと思うけど、対応に何が求められてるのか理解してなさそうだった。フォローするスタッフも普通。プロフェッショナルは感じませんでした。笑顔丁寧さまでは求めない。今のまま普通で良いのでとにかくスムーズにして欲しい。こちらが気を使った。

Τα δωμάτια είναι σχετικά μικρά. Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν λίγο καλύτερη αυτονομία. Μέναμε τρία άτομα στο δωμάτιο και όμως υπήρχε μόνο ένας γάντζος για πετσέτα.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026In the middle of a tourist trip, two days before reaching Tokyo, he informed me that he had cancelled the reservation due to technical problems he had mentioned a few days earlier. He offered to help me find alternative accommodations, but when I asked for help, since he had never been to Tokyo, he replied that he was having difficulty and that I should try on my own, as if it were easier for me. I quickly found alternative accommodations and contacted them to send my luggage. But if I, a foreigner, found them quickly, traveling from another city and visiting Tokyo for the first time, I find it hard to believe they couldn't have done it in 24 hours, given their business and their city.

The room was smaller than we expected. There was also no proper place to hang towels, and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to manage.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Konumu, otelin bulunduğu lokasyon nezih, kalabalık olmayan güzel bir konumda, Akihabaranın merkezine yürüme mesafesinden, Tokyoyu gezmek içinde otel çevresinde birçok metro hattın girişi birkaç adım mesafesinde.
6 gece olan konaklamamızın 3 gecesinin sabanıda otelde su borusunu patlaması sebebiyle üst katlardan lobiye kadar oteli su bastı, Otelin kapatıldığını geceye doğru otele geldiğimizde öğrendik. Öncesinde bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Yakındaki farklı bir otele seçenek sunulmadan yönlendirildik. (aradaki fiyat farkını ddd hotel karşıladı) Böyle bir maduriyet durumunda daha iyi bir otele yönlendirilmeyi beklerdim. 3 kişi olmamız sebebiyle ayrı odalarda kalmak zorunda kaldık. Kötü bir tecrübe yaşamış olduk.

住宿房間床頭有一些置物空間，也有一個小置物櫃可以放東西，如果有個小桌子可以置物也不錯！

I understand Tokyo Drift, but didn’t expect it to actually drift by the window side, hahah (or it's not drifting, just a fancy car show-off). It’s not a big problem to be honest, just found it interesting. I’d say the location won’t be ideal for anyone shopping in Shinjuku a lot. But the subway is sufficient and close, in that sense, it’s also ok.

A cama é maravilhosa e a limpeza sempre impecavel. E o café de dentro do hotel também é excelente!
Gostei de tudo, mas realmente a questão dos tamanho do quarto é algo especifico do Japão. Mesmo pegando um maior, para gerir as malas grandes é sempre um pouco apertado.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026We went for the twin room after reading that the standard was a bit small for two people, and I'm so happy we did! The beds were large and comfy. My favorite thing was probably the bathroom. Loved the layout of the room. Everything felt very fancy yet understated. What a delight to come back to a tidied up room after a day of exploring.
There was some weird loud banging multiple nights in a row, I think maybe people in the room one over opening and closing their closets?

staff behaviour has room for improvement, the shower door should be mounted the other way round as if someone has some health issue while showering and he /she faints, then the door it could get stuck. you can't open the windows, which is not good for chaining air.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Estetyka i lokalizacja. W pokoju oraz w częściach wspólnych hotelu bardzo czysto. Personel za dodatkową opłatą zajął się utylizacją zniszczonej w podróży walizki.
W opisie pokoju była informacja o jego wielkości w m^2. Jednak nie zdawaliśmy sobie sprawy, że to powierzchnia pokoju w naszej opinii łącznie z łazienką oraz dojściem z drzwi do części z łóżkiem. W związku z tym pokój był bardzo kompaktowy, co w warunkach japońskich jest dosyć częste jednak w tym przypadku okazał się dla nas zaskoczeniem. Opcja dla podróżujących z bagażem podręcznym/plecakiem nie dla turystów z dużymi walizkami, które trzeba złożyć i ostawić w kąt przy łóżku albo w wąskim korytarzu na wyjściu z pokoju, przy czym rozłożenie walizki możliwe wygodnie tylko na łóżku… Przy tym metrażu nie powinien być oferowany jako pokój 2-osobowy. Obok łóżka 60cm szerokości szafa z drążkiem we wnęce. Idealna tylko na plecak ;) W pokoju oprócz łóżka malutka szafka w przejściu, na której i tak niewiele można odstawić. Głębokie wezgłowie łóżka oraz parapet pozwoliło wygospodarować miejsce na małe sprzęty. W łazience jednak znowu brak w zasadzie miejsca na odstawienie kosmetyków przy umywalce. Jedna mała półeczka na której i tak odstawione były już szklanki. W pokoju nie ma czajnika żeby móc zrobić sobie herbatę lub kawę. Zestaw do przygotowania ciepłych napojów dostępny na korytarzu. Przy czym podczas pierwszej doby nie było już kubków aby móc z tego zestawu skorzystać. Słaba akustyka okien. Mimo, że hotel oferuje darmowe zatyczki do uszu to nie są one rozwiązaniem idealnym. Co mnie zaskoczyło to bardzo wysoki stopień na wejściu do łazienki, conajmniej 30cm. Dla osób z trudnościami z poruszaniem się może to być realne utrudnienie. Pod prysznicem nie było żelu do mycia, który jednak został dostarczony następnego dnia po zgłoszeniu jego braku rano na recepcji. Wymeldowaliśmy się po 1 nocy przed planowanym terminem, jednak personel nawet nie zapytał z jakich powodów. Nie mamy oczywiście porównania z innymi pokojami ale tych większych przynajmniej w opisie nie ma wiele w hotelu.

ホテルからいちばん近い駅の出口には階段がありません、、、( ; ; ) 冷蔵庫の場所が見つけるのが難しかったです。(扉の中のクローゼットの下にありました)

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026El alojamiento está en orden de acuerdo al precio. El personal es un 10/10 siempre dispuestos a colaborar. El desayuno está bien, normal, no hay mucha variedad, pero esta de acuerdo a lo que se paga, pero no es imprescindible, hay muchas opciones en las cercanías, ya que la zona es muy accesible en cuanto a precios.
Las habitaciones de 14 m2 se hacen realmente pequeñas si viajas con muchas maletas. Para pasar más de 4 días es mejor buscar algo más grande o hacer el upgrade. En cada piso hay una zona de servicio, donde puedes recoger algo de té y algunos artículos de aseo personal, pero lamentablemente nunca encontramos el hervidor, ya que siempre estaba en uso.
