Klima ve sineklik olmaması yaz ayları için sıkıntı. Cam açık kalsa ses ve sinekler odaya giriyor. Klima yoktu onun yerine vantilatör koyulmuş ama tozlu olduğu için çalıştırmadım.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De locatie is echt top! Je loopt zo het centrum in waar de winkels en eetgelegenheden zijn. De kamer is klein maar ruim genoeg voor twee personen. Wat heel erg fijn was is dat er een ventilator was met het warme weer! Het inchecken ging soepel
Helaas waren de borden, bekers en het bestek vies en moesten we dit zelf nog een keer schoon maken

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Very comfortable apartment in a great location in Aachen, very close to the Cathedral, shopping and parks. The design is modern, and the place has all the equipment you need, although there was strangely no TV. Nice communal facilities including a rooftop terrace and secure bike parking. Everything is self serviced, even taking out the trash. It is a bit on the pricey side, but overall I can recommend it.
The mattress was a bit too hard for my back, but many prefer that.

Le soleil tape sur la baie vitrée. Le store intérieur est totalement inefficace et laisse entrer la chaleur . Un sauna !

Muito minimalista. Poderiam ao menos colocar um micro-ondas na instalação. Há uma cozinha no prédio, mas apenas com forno convencional, num espaço pequeno. Com 37 graus de temperatura, impossível utilizá-lo. No banheiro poderia haver uma prateleira para os itens pessoais. Outro detalhe : o lixo deve ser depositado em um porão, com acesso por fora da porta principal. É uma descida dificil dado o estado do piso. Sou idoso, e isso complica muito os movimentos. Então, que especifiquem essa situação no anúncio..

Noise from the street was there, but you get used ti that. I would anyway clean dishes, but threatening with 30 Euro charge for not cleaning dishes is very rude and for me poor behavior. Same goes for forcing your guests to drop garbage to your basement that is not safe to access!!!! And there is no notice about where to drop it in the room. I would not repeat it due to these policies, even though rest is ok.

We hadden een vignet nodig om aachen binnen te rijden. Dat was beter vermeld geweest op de website. Er was geen mogelijkheid om de fietsen te stallen. Er was geen personeel.

A code was sent via email after payment of city taxes AND only after 3 p.m. at the day of arrival. Extremely noisy. Even though the staff provides ear pads to reduce the noise, these are by far insufficient, given the high level of daily street noise, not to mention the night club just across the street! There is no possibility to reach out for any actual living being, all communication goes exclusively via email, which, however, are being answered only the day after (at best). Small bed, uncomfortable pillows. Dirty shower. Inflexible staff online only, when asking for administrative matters such as bills/invoice.

Entgegen der Mitteilung des POHA Houses kamen die Türcodes nur per E-Mail, nicht per WhatsApp und SMS. Das war umständlich bei 4 reservierten Apartments. Es gab in einigen Apartmets für 2 Personen nur einen Stuhl. 2Stühle wären schön gewesen. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber, wir mussten es vor Benutzung erst einmal abwaschen.

Die Dusche in meinem Apartment stand vor Dreck. Der Abfluss funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Auch nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme gab es keine sinnvolle Rückmeldung seitens der Mitarbeitenden. Unter der mir angegebenen Telefonnummer war nur einmalig jemand erreichbar. Auf mehrere Nachrichten hin, wurde dann ohne Rücksprache mit mir in meiner Abwesenheit neues Silikon in der Dusche gezogen, leider ohne Reinigung und ohne den Abfluss freizumachen. Dafür dann noch zwei Tage Silikongeruch. Im Nachhinein dann gelesen, dass bereits viele Menschen vor mir dieselben Probleme hatten. Es scheint also keinerlei Konsequenz zu haben sich zu beschweren.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Moderne Einrichtung.
Es wurde schon länger kein Staub gesaugt/gewischt. Kühlschrank nicht nutzbar wegen Schimmelsporen. Besteck und Geschirr waren teils dreckig. Auf dem Duschtuch befanden sich schwarze Haare ebenso auf den Fliesen der Dusche. Die Fliesen in der Dusche könnten eine richtige Reinigung vertragen rote Ablagerungen sowie Kalkablagerungen. Der Abfluss in der dusche sollte dringend gereinigt werden, das Wasser läuft beim duschen nicht ab und somit steht man beim duschen im „dreckigen“ Wasser. Unseren Müll mussten wir mit nach Hause nehmen, da der Entsorgungsraum durch verschlossene Türen nicht erreichbar war. Gäste im Gebäude haben keine Rücksicht genommen und alle Türen zu knallen lassen egal ob Tag oder Nacht.

I really liked that the building was spacious and well organized, with plenty of areas where guests could sit, relax, or spend some time outside the room. It was also very convenient that there was a laundry area available for an additional fee. Overall, the hotel was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Another big advantage was the location — right in the city center, which made it very easy to walk around and explore the area.

The kitchen material - better to be ceramic not plastic. The door needs a lock from the inside. Anyone who has the pass can enter which is not convenient.
