إدارة الفندق من أسوء مايمكن انتم تمثلون هيلتون استغرب بأن لايوجد خدمات للحقائب شيل عفشك بنفسك

السلام عليكم الفندق جيد.موقع جيد قريب جدا من المول ويوجد بالفندق إفطار متنوع والطاقم متعاونين والحمد لله ولكن الغرف صغيره بالنسبه لشخصين واعتقد ان سعر مقابل الغرفه مفروض يكون أقل ولكن فندق نظيف وبسيط وهادي وفيه طله عالجيل وفيه الجزء الاخر طله عالمول كبير للتسوق وفيه سوبر ماركت كبير ومطاعم ومحلات للتسوق والالعاب الأطفال بالطابق الثالث يعني موقعه جيد جدا وقريب من محطة التاكسي وشكرا لكل الطاقم والعاملين

السلام عليكم لم يعجبنا حجم الغرفه بالنسبه حق شخصين ماياخذ الشخص راحته بالصلاة والحركه ولكن إذا حق شخص واحد مناسبه جداجدا ... حق شخصين اعتقد لازم لليلتين او 3 مو اكثر والي ازعجنا أكثر ان ليلة كامله صكروا علينا التكييف يعني تقريبا يوم كامل والجو حار والعذر غير مقنع ان الكهرباء في المنطقة فيها مشكله لان فنادق معروف بكل العالم عندهم مولدات خاصه احتياطي للطوارئ وارجو ان يكون في المستقبل الاستعداد افضل والتكييف افضل وعفوا وكذلك سعر شوي مبالغ فيه لو افل تفضل رغم ان تاريخ كنا متواجدين فيه كان كثير من الغرفة فاضيه فالمتوقع الأسعار يكون علينا خصومات وللعلم انهم لم يقصروا معنا وعوضونا عن الليله الي انقطعت فيها التكييف بليلة اخري مجاني وهذا من حسن تعاملهم ولكم الشكر

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, und auch das Zimmer sowie das Frühstück haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett und freundlich.

Leider war der Service an der Rezeption nicht optimal. Es gab keine ausreichende Unterstützung mit dem Gepäck, keine gute Orientierung bzw. Wegweisung im Hotel und teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Einchecken und Beziehen des Zimmers. Zudem kam es wiederholt zu Systemausfällen, was den Ablauf zusätzlich erschwert hat. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas älter und könnte an einigen Stellen eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Mit einem besser organisierten Rezeptionsservice und zuverlässigeren Systemen wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

The main positive points for me were the convenient access to the main road and the staff at reception. They were very polite, helpful and always ready to answer any questions or help with anything I needed. That’s really all I can say about the positive side of my stay.

There is construction going on around the hotel, and the parking area is too small and quite chaotic. I had a hard time finding a parking space and had to leave my car key at reception so my car could be moved if another guest left earlier. But this was a minor inconvenience compared to the condition of the hotel. The hotel is very old and, unfortunately, extremely dirty. The room was in terrible condition. There was a strong smell of dampness and an old, musty smell. There were stains everywhere, the carpets were dirty, and the bathroom and toilet were not clean. Everything looked dirty and neglected, and I honestly didn’t want to touch anything. I arrived at night and was so shocked by how dirty the room was that I slept in my clothes because I wasn’t even sure how clean the bed linen was. The breakfast was also not very tasty. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, and this was probably one of the least enjoyable breakfasts I have had. The biggest problem is the price. The quality of this hotel absolutely does not match the price. For what I paid, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained hotel. In my opinion, there is a complete mismatch between the price and the quality. 85€ for one adult - it’s simply completely unreasonable! The toilet was dirty as well. I didn’t even take a photo of it. The curtains were dirty, the floor was dirty, and there were even small pieces of plastic lying on the floor. Everything in the room felt dirty and poorly maintained.

The hotel is very nice attached to the mall which make it very convince especially if you have kids. The room are clean breakfast is very nice and staff are nice as well.

Everything was great and comfortable stay.

الفندق ملاصق لمول, وبجانبه مطاعم وكافيهات. ولأن المدينة صغيرة, فكل شيء قريب من الفندق بالسيارة. ولديهم وجية إفطار جيدة, ويمكن إبلاغ المعنيين عن الإفطار بتجهيز طبق خاص ويرحبون بذلك. حيث تقدم هذه الطلبات مثل بيض عيون وشكشوكة وأومليت بحسب الطلب

لا يوجد حامل حقائب. والغرفة لأكثر من شخصين ضيقة.

‏نظافة المكان بشاشة الموظفين مشترك بالساحة مع مجمع سمبل

‏ليس هناك من يحمل الامتعه وتوصيلها للغرف او السياره لا يوجد مطبخ لطلب الطعام يوجد فقط الإفطار من 7:00 إلى 10:00 صباحا

I've booked this hotel more than once; I'm drawn to it by the price and location,near to a shopping mall and has a nice selection of cafes nearby.

Great location, right next to the mall, which is very convenient for families with children especially if they’re picky eaters, as you’ll find plenty of food options nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely

Breakfast could use more variety. The only thing was the bathroom door and lock which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great family stay

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed 2 persoonsbed. Eenpersoonsbedden minder goed. Iedere dag een kleine verandering aan het ontbijt. Terras buiten waar je altijd koffie,thee en water kan krijgen gratis.

Hygiëne. Je verwacht van het Hilton dat deze kraakheldere glazen heeft. Vingerafdrukken op deuren en glas. Meubilair in lounge versleten en redelijk vies. Gehorig via ramen en badkamer.

The room was unclean, the washer/dryer didn’t work, and despite choosing a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of smoke. No bellboy service was available either.

1- العاملين في الاستقبال محترمين لا يوجد شيء آخر يدعوا للاعجاب لن اعود للفندق لو كان السكن مجانا

1- الافطار سيئ جدا و حرام تدفع فيه ليره الافطار التركي مشهور بجودته و تنوعه لكن للاسف في الفندق كان اسوأ تجربة 2- وقت الافطار قصير و اذا انتهى الوقت حتى لو انت موجود العاملين يشيلون الاكل من امامك بكل وقاحة 3- الاثاث متهالك و غير نظيف 4- لايوجد في الفندق Room service لتقديم الطعام

قربه من مول كبير فيه اغلب البراندات التركية وبعض العالمية .. وقربه من سوق جمله مترو فيه صمونة كباب مااحكيلك عنها بلذاذتها . وقربه من بازار الأحد . وقربه من كووشك تكاسي

بعده عن الساحل عدم الحرص على غسيل وتنظيف الحمام

نظيف وأنيق ، يوجد به صالة رياضية ، الافطار متنوع ويكفي الحاجة .. الموظفون تعاملهم راقي ولطيف .. اللوبي جميييل جدا وواسع ، بجانبك المول مباشرة ..

الغرفه ضيقة جداً كان مقاسها 24 سم مربع ولكنها ضيقة لاتناسب شخصين . غالباً لن تجد موقف قريب وتضطر توقف في مواقف المول السفلية ..

الموقع ممتاز جدا طبعا الى حاب يسكن خارج اسطنبول وقريب من جميع المواقع السياحية مثل صبنجة معشوقية المطل الزجاجي جميع هذي المواقع وافضل يكون عندك سيارة لسهولة التنقل او سائق خاص الافطار جيد يوجد مجمع اسمة سمبول ملاصق فيه وفية كل شي سوبر ماركت جميع الماركات العالميه و التركية و مطاعم و العاب الاطفال

مواقف السيارات محدوده وخاصه اذا صادف يوم وينكد يكون الموقع حوالين الفندق مزدحم ولا تحصل بارك و الجيك ان بالدقيقة محسوبه حتى قبل نص ساعه ما يدخلك

لا يقدم الفندق اي خدمات فالامتعه وحدك من تقوم بنقلها وغير متعاونين في توفير طلبات النزلاء وكذلك المكيف غير يعتبر مقبول وليس بارد جداً والسجاد كان به بقع كبيره

يحتاج اعادة النظر في المخدات لأنها غير مريحه في النوم

التكييف غرفة 911 اول يوم كان سيء واستجابة الفنيين أسوء وكذب علينا لمدة 4 ساعات ثم تم تغير الغرفة بعد متابعتنا الى غرفة 410 ولم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب من البروده ( تبين ان تكييف الفندق لا يعمل بكفاءة اثناء الحراره العالية ) لان الجو حار جدا باختصار بالصيف الشديد ابتعد عن هذا الفندق

انني من محبي الفندق وزبون دائم

احيانا لاتوجد مواقف خارجية مقابل الفندق من زحمه النزلاء لذا تجبر على مواقف المول الارضية ذلك اغلب الاحيان

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereit Personal mit einem sehr guten Namen Hilton verpflichtet.

Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was ganz schlimm war, fand ich, dass es im Bad an den Fugen schon Schimmel angesetzt hat. Wo man im Grunde genommen mit Kleinreparaturen das beseitigen kann, finde ich bei einem Hotel , die den Namen Hilton trägt, mangelhaft.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit😊 Habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.👍🏼 Sehr famila🫶🌸

Klimaanlage war manchmal sehr kalt eingestellt☹️

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee are fine. In general it’s a good value for money.

Location is not great, also not easy to find it with some route deviations due to works around. Long wait for the lift to go up and downstairs.

The room is wasn’t good as on the pictures, and the smell of the cigarettes were to strong, there was an insect on the carpet, stain in the bathroom, the water in restroom wasn’t clear, it was gray to white color.

the only advantage of this hotel is the location, adjusted to the mall , the staff was friendly but they can do more than that, most rooms have sofa bed

let me start with the smell of the rooms, the moment the evaluator's door open to the rooms floor you will smell the cigarette, despite the no smoking rule, they give us a room we couldn't stay because to the smell, we had to change, I think they should enforce the no smoking policy, and parking in-front of the hotel is almost impossible, people were blocking the loading and off-loading area and the staff didn't do any thing, when I spoke to them, we can't do any thing, and there was construction next door, noice all the time the rooms carpet was dirty and the towels smell awful

직원들 친절도 훌륭하고, 호텔 분위기, 시설 만족스러움. 주변의 symbol mall 과 여러 식당 등 편의 시설도 좋음. 커넥팅 룸이었던게 약간 아쉬웠음

일요일에 갑자기 4시간 정도 물이 안나왔었음.. 그래도 바로 조치를 취해줬음

had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Kocaeli Symbol. The location is excellent - situated in a great area of Izmit and directly connected to Symbol AVM, which is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is the availability of both indoor and outdoor free parking, which makes it especially practical for travelers with a car. The breakfast is not very diverse, but it is sufficient and satisfying. The room was well - equipped, including an iron and ironing board, which is useful for business trips. There is also a small fitness room available. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for short stays (2–3 days), particularly for business purposes. Compared to other options, it offers good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the room was not ideal. The bed linens and towels were not at the expected standard. I also requested a shoehorn, but was told that the hotel does not provide one. If the hotel improves its cleanliness standards, it could easily become one of the best and most preferred options in Izmit.

Nice safe area, clean, beds super comfy, staff beyond exceptional and helpful, daily breakfast excellent, daily cleaning , small fridge in room, coffee and tea facility’s in room and filled up daily, black out curtains, bathroom very clean and modern. Multiple pillows on bed to use , bedding very clean and super comfy. Large TV if need in room.

My first room given had a stained carpet and sofa bed , but I was able to swap rooms with no fuss at all, so I was very happy. I extended my stay to 10days total.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and lots of choice for breakfast. The location was great for our travel plans, we would love to come back if the opportunity presents itself.

The Hotel is a quite new structure with big, clean and comfortable rooms. Good free parking space for your car.
