New Balturk Hotel Izmit

i have been located at the 3rd floor , and it worked, it was not too hot - AC did work. There is private parking behind not too big but is fine. The lady that is working at the counter is amazing she did great support to me. I was definitely amazed with breakfast, it was very good and every day different choices occurred. Fantastic.

Rooms can be maintained better , especially bathroom. Entrance door of room can not open normally until the end. There is no cap at the ac controller etc.

Alles Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Konumu iyi otobana yakındı

Güvenli park denilen şey sokakta olmasi ve yetersiz, sipariş edilip parası ödenen küvetli daha lüks fakat bize verilen oda vasat bu yüzden anlaşmaya riayet edilmedigini dusunuyorum

Kedves személyzet, segítőkész.

Gyenge klíma.

Free water

Beds in the room, poor wi-fi, pretty outdated and slow TV, unfinished outlets and broken light bulb.

The breakfast was good. The location is also good.

It was a bit weaker than I expected. The room had a strange smell. There was some renovation/construction going on on our floor and the noise was a bit disturbing.

Alles Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Besonders Furkan an der Rezeption, war sehr Nett Und Freundlich.Eigentlich das ganze Personal .

Personeller güler yüzlü değildi otel hakkında bilgi verilmiyor sormadığınız sürece

Excellent breakfast, very close to an area with a lot of cafes and restaurants, a perfect location for a one-night stopover on a longer trip.

Nada.

The room was spacious and it had a balcony - not that we used it but it meant we had good air flow into the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The room was very dated, dirty and had so many broken fixtures, mostly in the bathroom. We stayed two nights on separate occasions and had different rooms and they both had broken fixtures in bathrooms including the showers, shower heads, shower head holders. The shower doors didn’t close in one of the rooms. There were super noisy guests both nights and as the doors have gaps at the bottom you can hear everything. One of the rooms had a really noisy unit outside too so it was really difficult to sleep. The other night we got a call to our room at 2:30 am and 3:30 am with no explanation, which obviously meant we had broken sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in, other than to say that the men working on reception were very helpful.

Smelt like smoke

Good Hotel with comfortable and spacious Rooms. The area near the hotel is full of Restaurants

Very friendly and supportive team, hotel is accessible and close the city . Parking is convenient.

Full of road works. Room smell smoking. Rooms are not sound proof as they mention, lound sex noises coming from "neighbour" room. Breakfast is really bad. All hotel in general very degradated

Très belle hotel, je reviendrais avec plaisir. Tout etait parfait. Merci

The staff. Location. Breakfast. Service.

Noting.

Ein mit einer Fahrt ihre Abgesicherte Parkplatz. Eine leckere Bäckerei, direkt neben dem Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bella struttura,andrebbe rimodernata,vicino 3 ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi.Sono stati gentilissimi.

The hotel was good and expected as value for money.

I like everything, the only thing i recommend is they add some other options on the breakfast.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied - plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the secure parking. Highly recommended!

All the rooms were smoked in, dirty, and there was a mess everywhere. This is not the first time we’ve used this hotel, and everything had always been fine before. We were very unpleasantly surprised.

Overall it was good.

Overall, everything was good. Regarding the sauna, they kept making excuses, saying it would take time to start operating, and indirectly prevented us from using it.
