Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The property was all good. Clean and comfortable for a family suite.
We forgot our vlog pocket camera there, when we first called them and said that we forgot it there they denied it and said it wasn’t there. When we said there’s a chip on the camera, they said that they let us know. They called us and said that they had it. When we received the camera back all of our videos were deleted and the language was changed into Turkish and they had taken our sd memory card out. I think if we didn’t say there is a chip they wouldn’t have given it back to us.

There was a small difference between the facilities listed in the voucher and the facilities in the room. The voucher mentioned an iron, for example, but there wasn’t one, and they didn’t bring us one when we asked. The elevators had a very strange smell!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at Sesse Suit Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything. What impressed me the most was their honesty and care—they contacted me after I had already left Turkey because I had forgotten my phone in the room. This level of service is truly appreciated. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Exceptional stay,10 out of 10. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was extremely clean, well designed, and modern. We stayed on the 10th floor and the city view was absolutely lovely. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and always helpful, which really made a difference. One feature I really appreciated was the shared microwave in the hotel restaurant. Even though some suites have their own microwave, having one available for all guests is a great idea and really helps save money. The smart TV was also a nice touch, fully connected to the internet and easy to use with apps like YouTube, small detail, but definitely appreciated. I would gladly stay again.
A few small suggestions for improvement. There was a water purifier in the room that didn't work, and it felt a bit unnecessary to have it there. The bathroom amenities were a bit limited. Small items like cotton swabs, a shower cap, or a small tube of toothpaste would make guests feel more cared for. Also, the handheld shower had a minor issue and could use some maintenance. That said, these are just small suggestions and I didn't reduce my rating because of them. With these minor improvements, this hotel would be absolutely perfect.
