Nish Suites Atasehir

Nema doručak, iako je u bukingu naveden . Lokacija je loša, udaljeno od svega. Teren brdovit .

Sve.

I had a wonderful stay at Nish Suites Atasehir! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional were the staff—especially Murat and Muhammed. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable during my stay. Murat was always helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Muhammed brought great energy and was quick to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommended thanks again to Murat and Muhammed for the outstanding service!

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. but if I had to mention something, perhaps a bit more variety in the room amenities or breakfast options would make the experience even better.

Erken çıkış yapmak zorunda kaldığımız için iki günlük ücret iadesini rica ettik fakat anlayış göstererip geri ödemeyi redettiler.

Sehr freundliches Personal - Emre, Sinan TOP

Bed comfort was fine. Did not use good services

The location is very good, close to Ataşehir and main roads. The staff is very attentive and responds quickly to all requests. The rooms are of a good size and functional.

Good staff, location is suitable for me, Taxi aviable in 1 min, bus station in 3 min, clean rooms, good breakfast served in room, wifi , TV, YouTube...

It's not so suitable for who is looking for super quiet property. Here you will hear dog barking at night... and can hear a few noise from the rooms beside (at night). all the rest Good .

Everything

Wifi connection

late checkout was helpful Facility team tried to helpout on several things

didn't receive checkout - Invoice A/c was in only 1 room and not in other room

The staff were kind, helpful, and informative - they mistakenly charged me twice, but did pay me back in the morning once they realised their mistake.

There was cleaning in the next room at 11pm (with some noise naturally), just around the time one would go to bed - The walls must be thin, such that I had to put on my headphones to cut the noise to be able to fall into sleep - anyhow, one could stay for a night, but would not recommend for longer stays.

The reception was wonderful. Since entering the place, my family and I found calm and comfort. Good reception. The place is clean. It is clean, far from noise, and this is what we were looking for.

Staff and parking service

Location and at night dog sounds from outside

It is in a good location with decent access to public transport and also taxis anytime. Staff were very helpful and respectful.

Nothing that I remember. It was a good experience.

"Exceptionally clean accommodations, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were both pleasant and efficient, contributing to a positive experience. Any concerns or issues that arose were promptly and effectively resolved, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction."

"The soundproofing could be improved, as conversations from neighboring rooms are easily audible, and there's a noticeable lack of privacy. Additionally, the bed had a tendency to slant to one side, affecting overall comfort. It's worth noting that the presence of questionable activities, such as the presence of individuals that may not align with a family-friendly environment, could be a concern for families considering a stay."

Friendly staff. They helped us when we have question and they provided bigger room without requesting extra fee.

Unfortunately people smokes even it is forbidden. Rooms and coridors were smelling. Since my wife and kid have allergy, they are effected by this smell.

Pillows and comfortable are old bed sheet old isolation between room are poor specily when they are watching TV till 3 morning🤷‍♂️

friendliness

Netflix did not work

Didn't eat breakfast/ Price comaped to quality is too good

I liked all

As we came to Turkey, we came to the facility by taxi. As soon as we got out of the door, a concerned staff greeted us. After completing our registration at the reception, we went to our room. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and helpful. As soon as you enter the room, a fresh scent welcomes you. after touring around. We came to the conclusion that the room was really very clean. The sheets, pillows, towels were like new. the bed was pretty firm and nice. The television was big and smart. The air conditioner worked pretty well. Also, the hotel food was amazing. I stayed with my boyfriend and we were very satisfied. We now have a house to stay in next time we visit Türkiye. thanks a lot
