Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Виды - прекрасные

Персонал убогий. В прямом смысле. От этого идёт все остальное. Еда весьма средняя, не для 5* отеля. Уборка - под кроватью не мыли много недель. Территория совершенно не ухоженная. Выпивка - не рискуйте пожалуйста. Отель не соответствует своему заявленному статусу

Замечательный отель, я бы вернулась сюда снова.

I loved all, I was really impressed. Best hotel so far! Location, food, sea, all were amazing. Stuff was also very nice. It was very very clean…. I liked the food, much fish, meat, drinks were good. I also want to mention desserts. Usually they only look good in Turkish hotels but do not taste. Here they were really nice. Also location is amazing, very green and chilled. I think hotel was fully booked when we’ve stayed but there were not much people, there was always place on sun beds and sometimes pools were completely empty. I also worked from the hotel some days and WiFi was good, it even worked on the pier. I already booked this hotel for the next year. Thank you again!

AC in the room was hard to set up. It was too cold/hot and sometimes it blew directly on you when you lay in bed but you cannot change it. Nothing I can think of more.

Duzo zieleni. Bardzo duzy wybor jedzenia i ogolnie smaczne. Pawilony dodatkowo platne super opcja. Wygodnie i duzo prywatnosci. Serwis na pawilonach tez okej, czasami byly lekkie opoznienia w dostawie zamowien, ale tak to na plus.

W hotelu tylko ruscy… dodatkowo czesc personelu nie radzila sobie zupelnie z angielskim. Przez 3 dni wial wiatr i okazalo sie to duzym paralizem w hotelu, pawilony byly zamkniete.

Красивая территория, зеленая, есть большие сосны. Чистое море, есть пирсы, лежаков всегда хватало и возле бассейна и на море. Много бассейнов и в целом нет ощущения толп народу. Вкусная еда, большое многообразие. Номера как на фото, убирали каждый день. В целом все очень понравилось )

Хороший отель, хороший персонал, мы ездили на 3 ночи за 500€ стоит своих денег, но мне кажется больше 700€ я бы не готова была за него заплатить. Напитки хорошие, еды море, мясо рыба, курица каждый день! но это отель для отдыха с малышами или парочками, которые любят тишину и покой! Мы были в мае, шезлонгов хватало, пляж был пустой

Я не могу сказать что прям не понравилось, но мне кажется как-то меню с закусками надо разнообразить и научить повара их готовить! Все турецкие мезе просто отвратительны, даже мне за 4 дня показалось очень однообразно! Рыбу готовить не умеют, все время пересушенная((( но я гурман, я много путешествую, сама готовлю различные кухни, если вы не бывалый турист, то наверное будет ок!

The location is very special and beautiful with the mountains view and pine trees on the territory. Great buffet and facilities. Water in the fridges throughout the hotel. The kids activities are great.

The airco was difficult to set in the night - too cold/too warm + the electricity/water was on and off a lot. Lots of seagulls on the territory screaming early morning. But nothing that hotel can do about it.

The hotel is based on the ground of old pine forest which was mostly preserved. It is unique in that sense.

The resort was nicely laid out and the food was excellent. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The staff was really unhelpful and for a 5 star resort I would hope that there were more staff people that spoke English. Specially at the reception desk where I had issues communicating with them.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable. First of all, I would like to thank the people working at the reception desk. Their communication with guests was excellent, and they helped us with everything at any time of the day or night. They also took all of our requests into account during check-in. I am very grateful for that.

The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful, very green, with stunning views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Everything is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of pools and piers, which creates the feeling that the resort is never overcrowded. The food was delicious and varied. There are also several restaurants on site. We visited the Italian and Turkish restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Many thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and the excellent food. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. It met all of our expectations and even exceeded them.

Beautiful hotel with a fresh, modern, and stylish design. The pools, pine trees, and overall atmosphere were amazing. We stayed in a family room by the pool, which was spacious and quiet. The beach was beautiful, with great mountain views and a lovely pier, and there was always enough space for everyone. The animation team did a great job entertaining both kids and adults, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money and a wonderful stay!

The cocktails and other alcoholic drinks could be improved, but it didn’t really affect our stay. We mainly drank beer, which was good.

The area is very beautiful

The alcohol wasn’t original. The stuff didn’t want to prepare a proper coffee, saying the machines were broken. The stuff was extremely slow, it took a half of the day for them to make the bed for a third person.

Tesis genel olarak güzel açık ve yeşil alanlara sahip. Denize girebilmek için 3 farklı iskele ve sahil imkanlarının olması harika. Ayrıca her türlü istek ve ihtiyaca yönelik havuzların olması da memnun edici. Tesisin kalbinde yer alan büyük havuzlar son derece kalabalık ve canlı. Daha sakin deneyim isteyen müşteriler için daha sakin ve gölge alanların olduğu 2 ayrı havuz olması sakinlik arayan müşteriler için sevindirici. Odalar geniş ferah sadece yatak değil pencere kenarında güzel bir oturma alanın düşünülmesi ve balkonlarının da geniş olması harika. Banyolar geniş kullanım detayları düşünülmüş ve gider kokusu yok. Şampuan, sabun ve benzeri sunulan her ürün günlük olarak değişiyor ve gayet yeterli sayıda var. Mini bar çeşitliliği mükemmel değil ama yeterli düzeyde. Mini bar günlük olarak yenileniyor. Tesisin pek çok noktasında kapalı şişe suya hızlıca erişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz bu açıdan harika düşünülmüş detay. Lobi barın verandası son derece hoş sakin bir atmosfere sahip. İçkinizi yudumlarken doğanın tadını çıkarabiliyorsunuz.

Öncelikle yeme ve içme konusunda felaket kötü bir tesis olduğunu belirtmem gerekli. Çeşitlilik yok denecek kadar az. Her gün aynı yemekleri görüyor her öğün aynı yemekleri yiyorsunuz. Izgara yapılan etler çoğu zaman çok pişmiş ve kuru şekilde servis ediliyor. Restoran yoğun olmaya başladığında ise yiyecekler yüksek sıcaklıkta ızgara ediliyor. Dışı yanmış fakat içi çiğ oluyor. Servis edilen diğer yemekler de oldukça sınırlı ve yine kendini tekrar ediyor. Tatilimiz boyunca hep aynı yemekleri yada birbirine çok benzer yemekleri gördük. Restoranda tüm yemekler çoğu zaman soğuk. Yemekler tuzsuz ve baharatsız. Tatlılar ise tam anlamı ile bir felaket.. Ya ağdalanmış ve kendinden geçmiş şerbetli tatlılar ya da şekersiz pasta olduğunu iddia eden kötü kremalı kekler var. İçki kalitesi ise ayrı bir fiyasko. Mojito siz belirtmediğiniz sürece sprite ile yapılıyor. Negroni, Old fashioned gibi kokteyller yok. Pina colada vb kokteyller özensiz ve yanlış tariflerle yapılıyor. Pool barda çalışanlar saygıdan uzak kötüler. istediğim kokteyli barmen yaparken arakdan başka bir arkadaşı gelip beni rus sanıp benim hakkımda türkçe çok ağır küfür etmişti. Ben de duyduğumda sorun değil olabilir böyle dediğimde küfür eden kişi özür dilemek yerine bir şey olmaz zaten deyip sırıtarak çalışmaya devam etti. Ruslar için yapılmış bir tesis türk olarak gittiğinizde çalışanlar size iyi davranmıyor. Kötü de davranmıyorlar ama kendinizi özel hissetmiyorsunuz. Konfor olarak da ne yazık ki tesis sınıfta kalıyor. Bu kadar çok yeşil alan varken insanların vakit geçirebileceği daha fazla alan ve daha konforlu alanlar olmalı. Tesiste sadece plastik sandalyelerde değil minderli rahat konforlu oturma alanları olsun isterim. Tesisin martılar için de bir çözüm bulması gerekli. Kuşların siz yemek yerken gelip yemekleri çalması can sıkıcı. Son olarak Animasyonlar yetersiz ve sadece Rus turistlere yönelik. Gün içinde bir kez dart akşam dandik bir gösteri ve hepsi bu.

Certain membre du personnel sont vraiment pas à la hauteur du lieu.. si vous n’êtes pas russe alors on ne vous considère pas. J’estime avoir payé au même titre que les autres. Et mon comportement n’a rien à voir avec certains qui semblent attendre les vacances pour manger et boire.. et pourtant vous ne parlez pas russe alors on ne vous regarde pas on ne vous recharge pas le mini bar alors que c’est compris et annoncé par la réception des l’arrivé. Honnêtement pour un tel traitement je ne recommande pas à 100% l’hôtel. Vraiment dommage car d’autre membres du personnel sont vraiment d’un professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse exemplaire.. je pense au photographe Gokan à la serveuse Seline et son collègue Yunus au responsable des chichas qui grâce à eux nous avons passé un bon moment. Mais quand au autre.. changer de métiers.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Essen war gut, Zimmer war gut. Unterhaltung war auch gut. Das Abendprogramm haben wir wenig genutzt da es nicht ganz unseren persönlichen Interessen entsprach.

Очень грязно в номерах ! Пол не мыли наверное с открытия отеля ! Нас не поселили в 14:00, обосновали это тем , что ваш номер еще убирают , в итоге нас попросили подождать еще 15 минут , потом еще 10 минут , в итоге в номере грязь везде Попросили одеяло в номер , привезти и одеяло грязное и пододеяльник Персонал не вежливый , орут , злые Много мух ,с ними никто не борется никак Чайки воруют еду со столов

Красивая природа вокруг. Красивая ухоженная территория. Много зелени. Красивые бассейны. Отремонтированные номера. Новые шезлонги.

Ужасная зона ресепшен. Совершенно не соответствует отелю. Первое впечатление - полное разочарование. Когда приехали, один из работников на ресепшен вообще был одет в спортивный костюм… Плюс жуткий ароматизатор, которым, наверное, пытаются прикрыть запах канализации( не знаю, как работники выдерживают там целый день.

Отель безумно красивый! Природа вокруг невероятная. Территория большая и очень чистая, народ не ощущается. Море замечательное! Большое количество лежаков у пляжа и бассейнов. В любое время можно найти место. Номера хорошие, кровать очень удобная.

Но отметили и минусы : 1 Еда на 4-. Голодным не останешься, но и восторга не было. 2 Редко делали вкусные коктейли, импорта такое чувство, что нет. 3 Нам показалось, что нет души у отеля. Красиво - да, но вернуться нет желания. 4 Практически нет анимации. 5 По всюду летают осы, а в номере муравьи.

Pool sehr schön! Sehr schön angelegt auch die Stege zum Meer! Es hatte ein wenig „ Thailand Vibes“. Frühstück war gut, Mittagessen in den à la Card Restaurants auch. Cocktails ebenso. Hier wird nur originaler Alkohol verwendet. Foodcorner war lecker!

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Ob Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Bar. Ein Lachen hat dort niemand auf der Lippe. In unserem Zimmer in der Dusche gab es einen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Wir haben das Personal mehrmals drauf hingewiesen, uns wurde nicht geholfen. Das Abendessen war wirklich schlecht. Es war sehr viel Auswahl, aber es hat nicht geschmeckt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Essen eher für die russischen Gäste angepasst wurde, da es in dem Hotel kaum deutsche Gäste gab. In unserem Aufenthalt haben wir keine einzigen deutsche Gäste getroffen. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns dafür nicht entschieden. Überall würde man auf russisch angesprochen. Ich erwarte nicht, dass deutsch gesprochen wird, aber Englisch wird doch wohl möglich sein. Dies ist eine Fehlanzeige in dem Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur 3 Nächte dort waren. Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht dem Türkei Standard. Das war wirklich sehr schade!

Not all stuff speaks English, massage was very bad for $100. And rumor has it that for every person the price is different, so somebody paid $60 for the same service that feels not nice.

Территория при отеле очень красивая, мест где можно сделать красивые фото настолько много что кругом голова идет, очень все чисто, прям вылизано, в комнатах убирают каждый день, складывают твои вещи настолько аккуратно на место что не возникает возмущения что их трогал кто-то посторонний, еда вкусная, сезонные фрукты есть постоянно, лежаков у бассейнов хватает, интернет по всей территории отеля, развлечения весь день, с утра можно позаниматься йогой, а вечером ждёт выступление(каждый день что-то новое), недалеко есть рынок где можно взять сладости, а также остановка чтобы доехать до рынка в Кемере. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый, посоветует где лучше что купить, куда поехать. А также нам повысили тип номера, что было приятным сюрпризом. есть ли желание вернуться в этот отель? Однозначно ДА!

К сожалению пляж каменистый, если не надеть тапочки можно все ноги поколоть, но есть 2 пирса что спасает ситуацию ( в будущем конечно хотелось бы чтобы почистили пляж от камней)

Останавливались в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! Отличное расположение, чистые и уютные номера, внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, особенно хочу отметить девушку на ресепшен Жулдыз (Спасибо ей огромное за прекрасное размещение в отеле с учетом всех наших пожеланий). Атмосфера спокойная, чувствовали себя комфортно на протяжении всего отдыха. Единственный момент, который немного огорчил – питание, хотелось бы больше разнообразия и качества в меню. Но в остальном впечатления самые положительные, отель можно смело рекомендовать!

Great food, friendly staff, a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and professional shows. We really enjoyed our stay!

I didn’t give a 10 only because of the à la carte breakfast. They didn’t bring salmon or meat even though it was shown in the breakfast picture, probably because we went at the end and they had run out. The Greek restaurant was also a bit disappointing. However, the Turkish and main restaurants were really excellent

It was ok in overall. But I didn't like the staff at the food truck and at the bars. They were very slow and not flexible. The aqua park is small, not funny for adults. Even my 9 years old daughter got bored after some time at the aqua park. It should definitely be improved. Pools are nice.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. There’s a lot of all inclusive to choose from, it’s quite overwhelming, but Siu Collection was 100% the right choice for me. From the moment we walked in, we were pampered. The service of all employees was amazing - everyone is so friendly and helpful. Most speak Russian and Turkish - hotel staff said 80% of the guests are Russian. Very little English spoken but you don’t really need it! The employees who made my experience beautiful below: Raziye and Deniz make the best lattes - at the coffee shop. Gokhan - go see him for all your hair care needs! He gave me a blow out before dinner - I loved it. Tony at the spa hooked it up (treat yourself to a massage everyday) Aibek, Ali, and Cameron at the shop gave us amazing recommendations for the rest of our trip in turkey. Thank you so much! Also, the food truck girl Sahin and golzeme woman - hands down the sweetest most hardworking employees here. They deserve all good things! Thank you to everyone at Siu who made my trip absolutely wonderful.

The food quality at the Italian al-la carte is not as great as the food buffet. We ended up eating there the entire trip!

Cleaning staff took an unopened bottle of wine and fruits from the room without asking for no reason. There were not enough sport activities , for instance, we were promised yoga classes and there was none during our one week stay.

I had a great time at this wonderful property. Thank you so much, I couldn’t have wanted for anymore. It was clean, food was great and everyone from staff to guests were so friendly, it gave me everything I could want from a relaxing holiday.

I didn’t like how far it was away from Antalya, although I did find stores that catered for my needs close by along the strip of hotels nearby.

Comparing to resort hotels in Antalya coast, the hotel’s area is not big. Travelling as a family with small kids, this was convenient for us, as it did not take much time to move from one place to another. The variety of different foods was not very big but the quality of it was good, all was very tasty. The snack bars operate as a la carte. Pool bar has some imported alcohol and bottled beer. The are is green and clean. Guest relations’ workers help to solve any occurring issues.

During our stay we noticed that personnel was insufficient especially in the main restaurant during the dinner.

The food, location and amenities are amazing. The location is super nice and close to Antalya and Kemer for anybody wishing to explore nearby cities. All non-managerial and executive staff is super nice and very hard working. They also hosted a pop-song cover band which were amazing!

There are a few managers who wanted me to pay extra for my guest, even though I paid for a room for two. This happened in front of my partner and as she was coming later than me, she didn't want to stay at that resrot due to humiliation. So after I invited her to have coffee with me and lunch at the resort, and the staff asked for ID's just for a short visit?! I was very unsatisfied with the treatment I got from the receptionist/managerial staff at the resort. Other staff were really nice and great.

Barmen refused to make 4 coctails as considered it to many. Doctor's services are absolutely useless in emergencies, and the clinician was extremely rude. Rude male staff at the reception, wasn't helpful at all. I sent an email to ask for additional services for additional prices, but no one responded.

İlk günden son gününe kadar memnun kaldığımız bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin temizliği ve odaların genel durumu oldukça iyiydi. Yüksek ve kaliteli yemek seçenekleri oldukça geniş ve kaliteli bir şekilde servis yapılıyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Banyo kapısının tutma kolu arızalandı yaklaşık 5 dakika içinde teknik ekip sorunu çözdü. Gitmeyi düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde yeniden görüşmek üzere.

Great facilities

Only a few staff members spoke fluent English, which made communication very challenging. We encountered a persistent ant problem in our rooms and called three times for assistance. Despite assurances that someone would come, no one arrived, and I eventually gave up. Additionally, the cleaning staff mistakenly threw away my son's brand new toys, believing the boxes were empty. The boxes were located on the balcony. As an apology, the hotel provided us with two beach bags, which I found somewhat amusing. I chose not to pursue the matter further, as it was evident that the cleaning lady was already distressed by the situation. I believe the hotel should have taken more responsibility in addressing the issue rather than having the cleaning lady offer compensation from her own pocket. It is the hotel's responsibility to manage their staff and address mistakes, not the staff's responsibility to resolve issues financially on their own. Furthermore, I was surprised to hear a guest relations staff member ask if we spoke Russian because their English was not very good. In a tourist-focused establishment, one would expect staff in guest relations to have a strong command of English.
