We regularly stay at beach resorts in Turkey, but this is the only one we’ve come back to — our second family stay, and it was just as wonderful as two years ago. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and the location was very convenient. What impressed me most was the exceptional service and attention to detail. Every little thing was taken care of, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Am avut o experiență minunată și ne-a plăcut absolut totul în cele 7 zile cat am stat! ❤️ Hotelul este foarte frumos, curat și primitor, iar personalul a fost amabil și atent la toate detaliile. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, foarte gustoasă și diversificată, cu multe opțiuni pentru toate gusturile. Ne-a plăcut fiecare masă și am apreciat foarte mult varietatea. Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe toată durata șederii, iar fetița noastră s-a bucurat la fel de mult ca noi. 🥰 A fost o vacanță reușită din toate punctele de vedere și cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare drag! We got upgraded to a better suite with two bathrooms, which really helped as we were a family of five. We loved the pool, water slides and direct access to the beach. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are the highlight of this hotel, very attentive, kind and always there to help. This is our second stay at Crystal Flora and we loved it just as much as the last time.

Особенно хочется отметить команду Guest Relations за помощь и заботу. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру Guest Relations и его сотрудникам — Виктории, Эльмару и Ольге. Они всегда были приветливы, внимательны и готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Благодаря им отдых прошёл максимально комфортно. Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный отдых!

на фото не было видно, но оказалось, что проход между кроватью и стеной был очень маленький, почти вплотную стоял стол, и приходилось очень аккуратно проходить бочком, и все равно были синяки на ногах рестораны а-ля карте не впечатлили - просто летник (в жару без кондиционера не очень комфортно), кухня тоже мягко говоря, не произвела впечатление ездили в разгар сезона, может поэтому в основном ресторане было всегда сложно найти свободный стол во время завтрака, обеда и ужина лежаки приходилось занимать с утра, иначе можно остаться без лежака можно, конечно, все принять, но просто за те деньги, которые были оплачены, и обещанные ожидания - это не совсем то, все-таки отдых вышел недешевый и соответственно предполагалось, что сервис, кухня и все в целом должны быть другими

Вкусная еда, много хороших ресторанов на территории отеля, великолепный аквапарк, чистое море, много разных развлечений.

Необходимо обновить тренажерный зал с устаревшими тренажерами.

j ai tout aimé . pour les familles tout est fait , pas de bataille pour les transats il y en a plus qu il en faut . le soir les activitées sont presentes et de qualités. la restauration est parfaite , il y en a pour tout les gouts. la propretée est impresionante . Le spa est de top niveau a conseiller meme . Les chambres sont impecables spacieuses et propre ,tous les jours nettoyées .Le personel aux petits soins . Vraiment une tres belle expérience nous reviendrons et nous conseillerons cette hotel en particulier. mention speciale pour le spa et le personnel qui est present et ultra serviable . tout est prevu meme un Docteur en cas de bobo ,première fois que l on vois cela . A mes lecteurs je dit n'hésitez pas choisissez cette hotel.

Все было отлично, комфортные номера и чистота в номере, вкусная еда, чистый бассейн, в аквапарке дети пропадали целыми днями, им очень понравились горки, лежаков очень много, как на пляже, так и около бассейна, хватает на всех. Персонал очень вежливый. Отель оставил только самые приятные впечатления.

Понравилась большая территория, разнообразие развлечений, бар. Турецкая кухня здесь вкусная, европейская - могла бы быть получше. Очень шустрые официанты. Большинство персонала знает русский язык. Номера в целом комфортные, уборка на 4-ку. Интересная конвенция а ля карт, но по факту чаще ходили в обычный ресторан, здорово, что там был достаточно большой выбор по блюдам (даже была говядина и рыба). P.S. наверно, нашей семье больше нравится путешествовать, чем сидеть в отеле, на пляже :)

Очень долго приходится ждать персонал при обслуживании номеров: у фена был оторван электрический кабель питания (считаю это достаточно опасной проблемой), мастер шёл 2 часа; вечером ребёнок разбил стеклянную бутылку, т.к. самостоятельно убрать было нечем, пришлось вызвать персонал - они шли тоже больше 1 часа. На пляже сложно найти себе место, т.к. гости рано утром занимают места полотенцами.

Понравилось мне персонал и снек бар. Аквапарк супер.

Не понравилось мне грязное море. Там всякий мусор валяется. Некоторые дни невозможно купаться.

Great facilities and wonderful, friendly staff. There was a wide variety of food, a large beach, and lovely swimming pools. The water slides were great, especially the children’s slides.

Staff are super friendly and accomodate various things, such as late checkouts. They also provide helpline over whatsapp and check that everything is going well. Between the pool , splash tower, and the beach there was plenty of things to do during yhe day in addition, none of them was crowded. Also good was exceptional with lots of variety

Хороший классный клубный отель. Мне все понравилось. номер, территория, все отлично. Кухня прекрасная, большой общий ресторан, нет толп людей сметающих всю еду. Прекрасное дно на пляже (специально намывают песок) Бары не плохие, по началу кажется что почти ничего нет, но если приглядеться то весь перечень основного алкоголя для 5 звезд присутствует, бармены его ставят не сзади как везде, а перед собой у стойки и клиентам его не видно. Минус, как и везде, вечно занятые полотенцами лежаки! и на пляже и на бассейне, ни кого нет, но все занято.. нет слов каждый раз как куда то приезжаем. Дети сказали что в общих туалетах, которые на территории, видели огромных тараканов. В целом нам очень понравилось. Особое спасибо девушкам на Гест Релейшн, милейшие создания излучающие радость и добро всегда готовые прийти на помощ!❤️ И еще они отдельно при выезде подарили клубные кружечки 👍.

Rooms are like pansions, without sun light, old, not good at all. Food quality specially sea food restaurant was not good.

The facilities were great clean enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

- Очень много внимания от персонала - это очень радует, все учитывают до мелочей, идут навстречу во всех просьбах и желаниях! Персонал просто великолепный, приветливый! Спасибо большое команде по работе с клиентами (İbrahim bey особенно), горничным, разносчикам, команде регистрации, вообще всем! Отдельное спасибо за поздравление дня рождения - это было очень мило! - Номера достаточно просторные, чистые, убирали каждый день и мыли полы! Мини бар, чайник с чаем/кофе, халаты, тапочки и наборы для гигиены менялись ежедневно! В номере все работает, пожаловаться не на что! Есть меню подушек - можно выбрать любой из предложенных! - Еда разнообразная, завтраки и обеды не шибко менялись, но ужины частенько были тематические! Но снек бары, а-ля карт рестораны - мое почтение, великолепно, все есть от поке и суши до пасты и раков, даже есть ресторан работающий круглосуточно! Кафетерий прекрасен, часто проводили там время - плюс там же можно взять игры и поиграть! Работники баров трудяги, работают без продыху! Повара молодцы - готовят вкусно, соблюдают гигиену! - Территория большая, зеленая, ухоженная, каждое утро садовники убирают и улучшают газоны и все растения, на территории достаточно чисто, есть мусорные ведерки каждые 20-30 метров и холодильники с водой! Отель представлен в виде небольших 3х этажных домиков с 4 номерами на этаже, что очень удобно - не приходится ждать лифта по 10 минут как в других отелях. - Море теплое (июль-август), есть несколько пляжей - песочная и с галькой, заходы также есть с песком и с валунами - море не глубокое - заход не крутой, волны есть иногда, ветерок приятный, шезлонгов много - свободные места есть, полотенца выдают везде - менять на карточку не надо - дадут сколько надо - за что отдельная благодарность! Бассейнов 3 шт - один общий большой не холодный, глубиной 1.40 м, чистый, второй под аквапарк - кстати отдельная любовь - аквапарк (надувные круги в наличие), и детский бассейн со своими горками.

Malgré la saison haute, le personnel est resté très attentif à la satisfaction client. Les prestations gratuites du resort sont très complètes. Le capacitaire des lieux est très bien géré, pas d’attente trop longue ou de sentiment de foule écrasante. Les prestations payantes SPA et plongée par exemple ont un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de Georges, le responsable du SPA. Le resort et les chambres sont tres propres, particulièrement agréable pour nous qui sommes assez strictes à ce sujet.

La nourriture est d’un bon standing mais assez inégale d’un plat à l’autre. Nous avons déjà connu de meilleures prestations dans d’autres resorts, il reste une marge de progrès sur cet axe. J’ai tout de même mis la note maximum car l’attention du personnel a été remarquable en particulier en saison haute.

Un paradis pour les enfants, un personnel aux petits soins et un séjour incroyablement relaxant et parfait pour toute la famille.

Прекрасный отдых устроила нам команда отеля!!Заселили в номер выше категории! Огромное спасибо!Весь персонал всегда на позитиве! Территория большая и прекрасная!!!толчеи не было, можно найти себе уголок уединения.Спа центр классный, ходили вдвоем с ребенком на релакс массаж - удовольствие сплошное! Массажистка Ика - лучшая! Рекомендую также процедуры с хамамом. менеджер по работе с клиентами всегда на связи, решает вопросы быстро. Завтрак, обед, перекусы, бургеры, рестораны а-ля карт, мороженое, пирожные, кофе, смузи… всего в достатке. Супер активные фитнес занятия и весьма разнообразные: водные батуты (маленькие индивидуальные), кенгу, растяжки, аквааэробика, волейбол и прочее…

Вечерние шоу часто состояли из концертов живой музыки, приглашают каждый раз разных исполнителей, но у них у всех примерно один и тот же репертуар!!!!! Звери, Ленинград, Полина Гагарина и иностранные композиции тоже зачастую совпадают! По поводу еды: надо ставить значок «остро» везде, где вы добавляете что-то острое, людям с чувствительным желудком может быть некомфортно после еды. Лучше меньше выбор, но больше внимания к приготовлению и качеству блюд. К примеру, в кафе с пирожными их очень-очень много, но большинство из них абсолютно не отличаются друг от друга и по вкусу нейтральны, классные были: десерт Павлова, Сан Себастьян, пахлава, остальные посредственные.Лучше сделать 5 позиций, но классных, чем 15 просто чтобы были. На фотографиях были изображены тренажеры на улице, на самом деле это от апартаментов рядом с отелем и там нельзя заниматься.

We had a fantastic stay, with friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel right at home and excellent facilities throughout. The pool was a real highlight, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Yemekleri lezzetli ve çok çeşitli tazeydi. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi. Denizi pırıl pırıl ve 3 iskele ile çok genişti. Her gün bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye özel olarak sorarak ilgilendiler. Akşam showlar muhteşemdi 3. Gelişimizdi ailece çok memnun ayrıldık.

Girişte tesis hakkında daha iyi bilgilendirme yapılabilir.

Второй раз приезжаю в этот отель. И, надеюсь, в следующем году вернуться сюда снова. Все нравится. Услуги, питание, анимация. Бассейн близко к морю :-), очень ухоженная и красивая территория. Огромное спасибо менеджменту отеля (особенно Ибрагиму) и всему персоналу. Буду рекомендовать этот отель всем своим друзьям.

Прекрасный сервис - во всех точках касания персонал быстро и качественно помогал. Вкусная еда - на ужин каждый день гриль - сибас, дорада, лосось, говядина и курица. На завтрак копченый лосось. Можно завтракать / обедать / ужинать а-ля карт и без записи и это отдельное удовольствие - сервис в этих ресторанах отличный. Полотенца пляжные без карточек. Много уютных локаций с барами, после шоу дискотека с современным оборудованием. Много активностей в течение дня, даже в море аниматоры что-то проводили. Уборка каждый день, качественно и деликатно. Мы много путешествуем, отель нам понравился, вернемся сюда.

Beds are not very good.

День добрый, отель просто супер соотношение цены и качества выше всяких похвал, путешествуем 2 раза в год, не останавливаясь в одном месте, но отель удивил, все по порядку, заезд. На рецепшене при заезде уточнили наши предпочтения, 9,30 утра, это очень важно, номер не большое ,но с свежим ремонтом, территория очень домашняя, вековые сосны.Пляж огромный немытые пески,питание ресторан, персонал огонь, каждый вечер новая программа, отдохнули от всей души, Александр Сергеевич Пушкин на рецепшене просто молодец, ну и хочу добавить в мой день рождения бутылочка вина и тортик в номере просто супер, здоровья и процветания вам и вашей компании.

We had a wonderful stay. Ibrahim Ersek was excellent. He was very informative, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel also surprised my husband for his birthday by decorating our room and providing a cake and a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration extra special. The staff, food, beach, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to others.

The only downside was that the pools closed at 8:00 pm. If we went into town in the evening and returned later, we couldn’t enjoy another swim. It would have been much better if the pools stayed open until at least 10:00 pm, especially during the summer.

Great view with sea on one side and mountains on the other, good variety of food, SPA center with professional massage team. Gosha - manager from the SPA team has very friendly and chill vibe. Separately standing housing blocks that in my opinion are much better than one big building. The guest relations team is very proactive. There is also a small zoo on the property.

There were some flies around but they did not bother much.

A la carte restaurants included in the price without any limitations. Tasty food. Personel is very friendly, helpful, makes to feel welcome. Facilities like aquapark are open 10:00-12:30 and in the afternoon until 17:00. Nature around is super beautiful, green territory.

Sea was dirty during our stay, small plastic particles on the shore. The premises are worn out, toilets although cleaned all the time , give dirty impression. Food selection is not large. Some cocktails although being on the menu are not served due to the missing ingredients. Pool is rather small.

An excellent hotel for families. ​We stayed in a spacious family room with two separate bathrooms, which was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spotless, clean, and very well-equipped. ​The location is perfect, sitting right on the beach. With several restaurants on-site, you will never go hungry—even late at night. The food was incredible, with a huge variety that changed every day, and the à la carte restaurant was excellent as well. We also loved the cozy café that served drinks and pastries; in the evenings, they hosted wonderful live music on the rooftop. ​The facilities are great: there is one big main pool, a shallow pool for toddlers, and a separate pool with waterslides. The beach offers both sandy spots and rocky areas, along with piers lined with sunbeds that offer incredible views. Entertainment was top-notch too, featuring different shows almost every night at the amphitheater and fun parties at the Garden Pub. Highly recommend!

Please be very careful using the slides, especially when using the tubes, as they can be quite dangerous. I unfortunately hurt my hand badly when I fell off my tube while exiting into the pool. Sadly, I witnessed a few other guests getting injured as well. Just be sure to use extra caution!

The hotel has its own beach, many locations to swim. The food is good, plenty options to choose from. Main buffet restaurant is pretty good. The hotel area is green and has mini zoo with animals. There is live music in the evenings

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of activities for the children. The food was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. It was great not having to rush in the morning to reserve a sunbed by the pool. The restaurants were fantastic, and the evening entertainment programs were excellent. We would love to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

* Furniture in the room felt a bit old. * Housekeeping could be improved. * Upper-view rooms do not have elevators, which can be challenging for families with children or elderly guests. * The resort felt more like a good 4-star property rather than a luxury 5-star resort. * The kids club was small and offered limited activities, especially for younger children.

It was green and beautifully planted with nice flowers. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Food was great. Variety and selection!

The walkways weren’t always logical especially around the pool area. Music was loud in the evening due to the adult parties

The place is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and I was hoping to spend a holiday in it, helping and receiving the workers in the place, especially Mr. Ibrahim, and it seems that you treat as if you were a member of a family

The water in the swimming pool could be warmer. For a 5 star resort, the sun loungers could be cushioned. The room could be better sound proofed.

Maybe the family room could be a little bit more spacious, but nothing that descrease the joy of our stay.

We had an amazing vacation. Very friendly staff, they are doing their best to help you feel welcomed and comfortable. Good food. Great facilities. Very nice entertainment for kids. Also great evening entertainment! And fair to mention- clean pool and beach!

Our stay at Crystal Flora Pearl Collection Ultimate All Inclusive was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the hospitality, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Ibrahim, the Duty Manager at the reception, who was extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. I would also like to sincerely thank Ashraf, Jumali, and Rasool from the Food & Beverage team. Their kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service made every meal enjoyable. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Hayatımda konakladığım en özel tatil deneyimlerinden birini yaşadım diyebilirim. Aslında bu ikinci gelşimdi Daha giriş anından itibaren insan kendisini gerçekten değerli hissediyor. Özellikle Misafir İlişkileri ekibi, ön büro inanılmaz ilgili, profesyonel ve samimiydi. Tatil boyunca her detayla birebir ilgilenmeleri, sürekli memnuniyetimizi sormaları ve en küçük isteğimizi bile hızlıca çözmeleri gerçekten fark yarattı. Kendinizi klasik bir otelde değil de özel olarak ağırlanan bir misafir gibi hissediyorsunuz. Personelin güler yüzü ve hizmet kalitesi tatilin her anına yansıyor. Restoranlarda çalışan ekipten havuz görevlilerine, bar personelinden housekeeping ekibine kadar herkes son derece nazik ve işini severek yapıyor. Bu kadar büyük bir tesiste bu seviyede koordinasyon ve kaliteli hizmet görmek gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Yemekler ise başlı başına ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor. Açık büfede sunulan çeşitlilik inanılmazdı. Her gün farklı lezzetler görmek mümkündü ve özellikle Türk mutfağı ile dünya mutfaklarının dengeli şekilde sunulması çok başarılıydı. Tatlılar hem görsel hem lezzet açısından adeta profesyonel pastane kalitesindeydi. Izgara ürünler, deniz ürünleri, taze salatalar ve gün boyu sunulan atıştırmalıklar son derece kaliteli ve özenliydi. Birçok otelde birkaç gün sonra yemekler tekrar ediyor hissi oluşur ama burada her öğün ayrı bir keyifti. Doğası ise gerçekten büyüleyici. Yemyeşil ağaçların arasında yürürken bir resorttan çok tropikal bir doğa parkındaymış hissi oluşuyor. Kuş sesleri, temiz hava, denizin berraklığı ve dağ manzarası birleşince insan tamamen huzur buluyor. Özellikle sabah saatlerinde doğanın sakinliği tarif edilemez güzellikteydi. Hem dinlenmek hem gerçekten kaliteli vakit geçirmek isteyenler için mükemmel bir atmosfer sunuyor. Odalar oldukça temiz, konforlu ve düzenliydi. Housekeeping ekibi çok başarılı çalışıyordu. Ortak alanların temizliği de günün her saati dikkat çekiyordu.

리조트 내에서 모든걸 다 해결할수 있어서 너무 좋은 휴가를 보냈습니다. 물론 음식, 시설 모두다가 좋았고 음식은 24시간 이용가능했고, 터기 목욕. SPA 및 마사지가 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 금액도 아주 합리적이어서 매일 이 시설을 별도로 이용했고 비용적 부담은 없었습니다. 음식은 일반 부페, Sushi, 이탈리안 음식, 햄버거, Fish등 종류별 레스토랑이 정해져 있어 취향에 맞게 이용하시면 좋습니다. 저희는 이탈리안 레스토랑이 좀 더 많이 이용했습니다.^^

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på dette resortet og kan varmt anbefale det videre. Rommene var fine, rene og romslige, og hele resortet holder en gjennomgående høy standard når det gjelder renhold og vedlikehold – alt fra toaletter til gangstier var veldig rent og pent. De ansatte var hyggelige, imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte gjennom hele oppholdet. Maten var også et stort høydepunkt. Det var stor og god variasjon i utvalget, med alt fra italienske retter til tradisjonell tyrkisk mat. Kvaliteten på all maten vi spiste var veldig bra. Resortet er svært baby- og barnevennlig, med mat tilpasset både spebarn, barn og voksne. Det finnes mange aktiviteter og mye underholdning for alle aldre, blant annet volleyball, tennis og daglig underholdning ved bassengområdet. Resortet ligger direkte ved sjøen og har massevis av solsenger tilgjengelig ved den nydelige stranden. For barna finnes det et eget vannpark-område med ulike vannsklier, og det er også fem større vannsklier som passer perfekt for eldre barn og voksne. Vi var her i 7 dager og reiser veldig gjerne tilbake igjen.

Otel temiz ve düzenli çalışanlar çok nazik ve güleryüzlü idi. Sauna arızalıydı bu yüzden kullanamadık. Hamam ve buhar odası güzeldi, temizdi. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi, özellikle alakart restoranlarda öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinizi mutlaka tadımlayın. Memnun kaldık çok teşekkür ederiz.
