Väldigt bra läge.

Inte boendets fel men det var arbete på gatan under ena natten som vart störande

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Ich würde es wieder buchen, wenn ich in der Gegend wäre.

Wir sind nachts angekommen und haben bereits am nächsten Morgen ausgecheckt, weil das Zimmer stark von den Bildern abwich und auf uns unhygienisch wirkte. Wir sahen Käfer und Flecken an den Wänden; auch die Betten und die Deckenlampe waren nicht sauber. Die Klimaanlage tropfte, und die Schränke waren durch das Wasser beschädigt. Hinzu kam ein starker Toilettengeruch. Er kam aus dem Lüftungsschacht im Bad und zog selbst bei geschlossener Badezimmertür ins Zimmer. Der Betreiber hat die Buchung zwar über Booking.com storniert, uns aber trotzdem drei Nächte berechnet, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Das war für uns eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

The location is really good. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Also a tram stop right outside the hotel.

The air conditioning was not working. They mentioned that it will be fixed the next day or change the room. Neither was done. We had to leave the hotel to another at the end. Poor communication and commitment.

The service we had from the reception specifically from a boy named Dyar was perfect

C'est la première fois que je mets un commentaires négatif. Ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est plutôt pire qu'un dortoir. J'ai déjà signalé cela à booking et le personnel de l'hôtel sont au courant également J'avais réservé pour 3 nuits avec ma famille car d'après les photos de l'hôtel mentionnés sur le site de booking, l'hôtel me paraissait pas mal, voir correct. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas du tout le cas : j'ai pris des vidéos et des photos - les matelas avec des tâches d'urines - 2 lits qui sont cassés - de la saletés dans la salle de bain - l'hôtel a côté du passage du tramway toute les 10mn avec aucune isolation, donc impossible de dormir - l'odeur de la cigarette au sein de l'hôtel -...etc J'ai pu annulé les 2 autres nuits en prenant un autre vrai hôtel qui est 1000 fois mieux que ce dortoir Encore une fois, la propreté n'est pas un luxe mais une obligation Comment un hôtel peut proposer ce type de chambre sans rien vérifier ? Comment booking ce contente des commentaires sans vérifier la réalités des choses. Bref Je vais m'arrêter de parler de cet hôtel .

Absolut nimic .in primul rand pozele expuse nu sunt reale cu ceea ce gasesti dupa ce deschizi usa camerei . Mizerie in camera mai ales la baie unde era igrasie si mucegai pe pereti ventilatorul din baie nu functiona in zona de cabina de dus incredibil de neigienic . In dormitor gauri in pereti de unde noaptea se auzeau zgomote peretii foarte murdari si cojiti ,mini frigiderul introdus in interiorul unui sifonier de unde emana un miros foarte puternic de incins am incercat sa in scoatem din priza insa priza se afla in spatele sifonierului , televizorul era crapat pe ecran . Am avut un incident f neplacut ce ne-a panicat extrem de tare tinand cont ca am fost cu copiii cazati si anume in prima noapte dupa miezul noptii din panoul electric aflat in camera se auzeau niste zgomote f puternice si aparatele electrice din camera fluctuau se aprindeau se stingeau am incercat sa ies pe holul etajului unde lumina la fel fluctua inclusiv liftul facea un zgomot puternic a durat destul acest moment continuand si a doua zi cu lipsa electricitatii unde nu am putut incarca telefoanele mobile de care aveam nevoie mai ales fiind intr.o tara straina . Dupa prima seara cand am coborat la receptie nu ni se comunica nimic daca noi nu mergeam la ei sa ii intrebam despre lipsa curentului , am incercat sa cautam alta cazare in zona insa nu am gasit nimic disponibil fiind nevoiti din pacate sa ramanem cazati acolo . Nu recomand absolut deloc acest hotel .

Genel olarak konaklamam iyi geçti.Herşeyden memnun kaldım.Bu bölgeye pek çok kez uğruyorum ve hep ilk tercih ettiğim otel oluyor.En çok beğendiğim kısmıda personelin çok ilgili olması.

The only positive aspect was the staff. They were extremely kind, polite, and always willing to help. It was clear that they were doing their best with the limited resources they had. Unfortunately, their efforts could not make up for the poor condition of the hotel.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is not well maintained, and the bed was broken, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a lot of noise, making it difficult to rest.

La chambre très mal isolé et donnant sur la voie des trams toute les minutes.. Une horreur. Le personnel très distant, pas de communication. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, heureusement pas de grosse chaleur. Aucun nettoyage de la chambre où lavabos et douche pendant 1 semaine. Ptit déjeuner nul et dans une salle où il faisait 30° à 9h00 du matin. Une honte. Bref très mauvais séjour. Je tiens aussi à dire que j'avais demandé dès mon arrivée à ce que l'on répare la fermeture de la fenêtre qui ne verrouillé pas assez d'où mauvaise isolation et bruit du tram incessant. Toutes les minutes pratiquement. On m'a dit demain et toute la semaine pas d'informations ni communication du personnel, idem pour la climatisation. Vraiment n'y allez pas, c'est une arnaque cet hotel. Heureusement que j'ai bénéficié d'un bon tarif avec booking, et encore cela reste excessif pour ce que cela valait.

Staff and location where great

Since close to the centre you could hear trams and also the breakfast was alright, however as compared to the pictures advertised the breakfast has been reduced dramatically and not many options are available

Ramin, the gentleman at the hotel reception, was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and he patiently helped us with everything we needed. I am truly grateful to Ramin for his excellent service and warm hospitality.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was very disappointing. The bed sheets were not clean, and there was a lot of dirt underneath the sheets and around the bed. The overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There was also no blanket provided, and we only had a thin sheet to cover ourselves with. The room looked nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com and was very different from what had been advertised

Très bien. Le membre du personnel ; Diyar a été exceptionnel. Il a été très serviable, sympa, il nous a mis à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Malgré la propreté de l'hôtel qui n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous.

The property was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Mr. Diyar was very responsible, friendly, and highly cooperative throughout our stay. He was always supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would happily stay here again.

- Great hospitality by hotel staffs, understands simple conversational English. Aydin was especially very kind and helpful! - Safe comfortable room, with good breakfast at the rooftop. - Location was excellent - just near the Gulhane stop for T1 tram for tourists. Also within walking distance to other transports including train and underground metro. - Close to Gulhane park, bazaar, restaurants and convenience stores to get food, necessities and souvenirs. - Very simple breakfast provided. Although promotional picture can be misleading showing lots of food.

- Blankets were quite thin - rooms provided with extra sheets rather than actual blanket. - Room was quite old with broken mirror, very thin slipper, broken bedlight, But as a solo traveller - these were not concerning as they are not a necessity.

El recepcionista atentó y nos ayudó mucho. La ubicación es excelente porque está en pleno centro y a menos de 10 min del palacio topkapi. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y el tranvía que pasa justo por la puerta; tiene nevera y aire acondicionado. En el baño la presión del agua es excelente pero la luz escasa. La limpieza se podría mejorar bastante. El desayuno variado y muy bueno en una terraza increíble.

Lokacija hotela je odlicna, odmah pored tramvajske stanice Gulhane i ulaza u Gulhane park. Metro stanica Sirkeci je takođe odmah iza hotela a brodsko pristaniste Eminonu je 10 minuta pjeske od hotela. Hotel je mali, ima svega 10 soba ali je cist, nema vlage i stjenica. Osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Dorucak je skroman, svaki dan isti. Hotel je uz ulicu i tramvajske sine pa je malo bucno.

Excellent location, good price

Отличное соотношение цена/качество. Просторные номера, вся техника работает, всё чисто. Персонал максимально старается для обеспечения комфорта. Расположение превосходное, прямо у стены парка Тюльпанов, можно пройти в парк через короткий проход через стену. Также в двух минутах трамвайная остановка Т1. Завтрак шведский стол, вполне сытно и вкусно. На крыше ресторан с шикарными видами на парк и на город.

Небольшие следы износа ремонта в номере, небольшая пошарапанность, но за предложенную цену это абсолютно нормально. Главное - все чисто. Ещё прямо под окнами ходит трамвай. К нему быстро привыкаешь, но для кого-то может быть неприемлемо.

I don’t recommend to anybody .

Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten, som var veldig sentral og praktisk. Jeg vil også gi ros til Diyar i resepsjonen. Han var veldig hyggelig, hjelpsom og ga god service gjennom hele oppholdet.

Rommet var eldre enn det så ut på bildene, spesielt badet, som virket ganske gammelt og ikke helt som forventet. Rommet var rent, og rengjøringspersonalet gjorde en god jobb hver dag, men på grunn av rommets alder føltes det likevel ikke helt moderne eller like pent som på bildene.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été déplacées à l’hôtel Royal Bosphorus ( même propriétaire) en raison d’un problème d’eau. Le personnel a été adorable et la chambre plus spacieuse !

Das Personal war top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Tram, der vor dem Hotel fährt, ist extrem laut, ohne Ohrstöpsel ist es einfach nicht möglich zu schlafen (auch damit ist es nicht einfach, vor allem, weil der Tram jede 5 Minuten fährt). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist viel weniger als was auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Es gab auch mehrere technische Probleme im Zimmer, die aber vom Personal prompt beseitigt wurden.

The only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist. He was very polite and kept apologising for our bad experience, which I truly appreciated. Other than that, unfortunately I had a really disappointing stay.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had in Istanbul in specific and in my entire life in general!!! From the moment we checked in, I was shocked and already wanted to cancel the reservation, but unfortunately it was non-refundable and the hotel did not help at all. The hotel was completely different from the photos and description on Booking. The room was very old, not clean, and extremely small. I even found a cockroach which was honestly unacceptable. On top of that, we were 4 and we had an extra guest when I asked them they said no issued and she can join you although they didn’t provide an extra bed, blanket, or pillow even after continually asking for it and then suddenly during checkout, they demanded extra payment and even threatened to call the police. The breakfast was also very poor and disappointing, I only tried it one time and never tried it again!!! Overall, the experience did not match the price, the photos, or the expectations at all.

Die Tram ist etwas laut aber bei geschlossenen Fenster ok. Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Für den Preis passt es zwar, aber es könnte bisschen besser ausgestattet sein. Die Lage ist 1A, das Personal ist super nett und der Chef persönlich ist auch ein sehr netter Herr.

Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető szálláshely, a T1 villamossal a főbb közlekedési csomópontok és látványosságok elérhetőek. A szállodától séta távolságra a Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Kék Mecset, Ciszterna Bazilika, Nagy bazár. Sok jó árfekvésű étterem a környéken. A programok transzfer felvevési pontja 1 perc sétatávolságra. A szálloda tiszta, napi takarítással és törölköző cserével (Nem kértük minden nap), a tetőteraszon kiváló étterem és kilátással a Güel parkra. Kedves szolgálatkész személyzet, jóval korábban érkeztünk mint a becsekkolási időpont de mivel a szoba már kész volt azonnal rendelkezésre bocsátották. Csomagmegörzére is van lehetőség. Reggelizési lehetőség is van, az emeletek lifttel is megközelíthetők. Csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállodát.
