Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Quality of fixtures and fittings everywhere Space - we had a 2bed 2bath Good sized bathrooms especially the master. Nespresso machine and kettle in kitchen Plenty of plates and bowls Water and chocolate on arrival Plenty of hangers in wardrobe but I always ask for more! They arrived very quickly. Reception staff spoke good English
Not many restaurants, bars and grocery stores in the street. Several, a 10 minute steep uphill walk away. Not easy in heels! There was a bus stop a short walk away but again uphill. We were glad we discovered the funicular in Taksim area. Definitely get an Istanbulkart for public transport. We did use Uber many times when we were in a hurry but it wasn’t expensive. Bed in master was a bit too soft but that is a personal preference.

After spending 6 nights at the hotel, we asked if we could leave our luggage for a couple of days while we were travelling. The management was charging 10€ per luggage, which is too excessive considering we paid for a 6-night stay. Besides that everything was good!

За тут сумму, которую просят за эту квратиру , можно взять 5* отель. Апартаменты очень «уставшие». Требуют косметического ремонта. Грязные стены, оторванные плинтуса. Жуткий запах из общедомовой вентиляции — сигаретами и жареной невкусной едой. Звукоизоляции нет от окон. Всю ночь мы проспались сначала от крика чаек, потом от постоянных драк уличных котов, а в 4 утра начинался намаз, и спать не было возможности никогда. WiFi все время отваливался. Нет хорошего освещения на втором этаже, где располагается гостиная и кухня. За 60 тыс в сутки всего 4 таблетки для посудомойки и 3 мусорных пакета. Кушетка в спальне развалилась, когда я на нее сел. На входе в гардеробах нет плечиков и вешалок для одежды. В итоге вся одежда валялась на диванах, которые были все в пятнах. Ну и в туалетах нет беде. Видимо это не предусмотрено культурой, но за эти деньги можно быть чуть более ориентированными на гостя.

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – alles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Hotel selbst war ausgesprochen sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Wohlbefinden gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026La atención por parte del personal de la entrada fue realmente buena. Las vistas al Bósforo son sensacionales (incluso mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos). El apartamento es amplio y cómodo y si bien está algo alejado del centro, es una gran zona para explorar un poco más Estambul (solo hay que estar dispuesto a subir y bajar un poco por las calles, lo que no fue ningún problema en nuestro caso).

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026الشقة مفروشة و جميلة غرفتين نوم و 2 حمام و صالة و مطبخ مفتوح متوفر فيه كل ادوات الطبخ و غسالة اطباق و غسالة هدوم . طبعا متوفر ماكينة قهوة و كبسولات و أيضا كاتل شاي و شاي و سكر . الشقة مريحة جدا وواسعة . و الاطلالة حلوة علي بيوت اخري . قريبة من ميدان تقسيم 12 دقيقة مشي لكنه مطلع فصعب شويا . يوجد سوبر ماركت سوق قريب للغاية . قريبة ايضا من محطة العبارات كاباتاش تقريبا 14 دقيقة مشي لكنه منحدر شديد و سلالم متعبة شويا اذا اطفال او كبار سن .
بس الطريق إليها ضيق و منحدر

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Posizione. A circa 10 minuti a piedi dal tram che porta alle principali attrazioni e a 10 minuti da piazza Taksim. Vista spettacolare. Dimensioni e numero delle stanze e dei bagni
Pulizia molto approssimativa. Abbiamo trovato delle calze degli ospiti precedenti. Poltrona e divani sporchi, con macchie. Macchie di umidità sul soffitto del primo piano dell’alloggio(abbiamo soggiornato in un attico). Illuminazione scarsa e insufficiente. Rifiniture approssimative. Tende che si staccavano dal soffitto al secondo piano. Assenza di appendini per asciugamani. Senza avvisare ci hanno portato un divano che evidentemente mancava in soggiorno, il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo. Intenso odore di fumo quando siamo arrivati e che non è mai sparito nonostante noi non siamo fumatori e vigesse il divieto di fumo; dal ventilatore arrivava l’odore di cibo degli appartamenti vicini. Odore sgradevole in due dei tre bagni. Piano cottura e tavolo ancora con aloni e croste degli ospiti precedenti. Camere poco insonorizzate (al contrario di quanto segnalato in altre recensioni).

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Ando Living Taksim House. The apartment was beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. It felt spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped – truly like a home away from home. The location is perfect: quiet enough to relax, yet just steps away from Taksim and all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything was easily accessible. The staff were outstanding – extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience stress-free. Overall, an exceptional experience in Istanbul. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service, even though such gem should not be shared with anyone 😊

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment: It is exactly as per the photos. It is clean and very convenient. It has all needed for comfortable stay: towels, iron, kitchen utensils, heater, hot water. Beds, sofa and pillows are very cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Gym in basement is properly equipped and decorated. The location: it is very convenient. 11min walk from Taksim square. The elevation isn’t high and easy to walk. Also, it is close to airport shuttle buses. The area is quiet despite being close to Taksim. It is safe. Nice views of Bosphorus and close to supermarkets. The Mashal speakers in apartment and Gym are the cherry on the top :D

موقع الفندق جيد والسياره تصل اليه و لكن في حال رغبتكم التنقل بالترام او المترو هناك منحدر درج طويل متعب في النزول و الصعود في حال كان معك اطفال او كبار سن

It's just a personal preference but since a like cold I found the place too warm But maybe some people like to stay in well heated places, I don't . The lighting can be a little bit better by adding some lights Otherwise everything was great
